Just before Christmas I damaged the front of my 2015 Porsche 911 GT3. I had pulled into a parking space and didn't see the concrete parking block. The concrete block damaged the front underbody and the front bumper. To say I was devastated is an understatement. After calling numerous body shops, I spoke to Ron at Bumperdoc. I was impressed by our conversation so I drove the car to his shop to get his thoughts and guidance. After meeting Ron, I was very assured by his professionalism and his knowledge about repairing and painting cars. I was particularly impressed and comforted by his knowledge and experience painting Porsches. He explained to me in words that even I understood! He described in detail, the work needed to make my car look brand-new again. I also had previously slightly scraped the right rear rim so I asked Ron to examine the rim while I was there. He indicated, they could also fix the rim making it as perfect as new. Today Ron called informing me my car was finished and ready to be picked up. True to his word, Ron and his team at Bumperdoc performed outstanding work. The car looks factory brand-new. They also repaired my scraped wheel so well, it looks perfect again. Quotes I received at other bodyshops ranged all over the place. Some were similar to Bumperdoc but most were higher. I found some shops pricing confusing which made me uncomfortable in doing business with them. Pricing was a factor but not the most important factor for me. I wasn't going to go with the lowest price just because it was lowest. Quality of work and expertise was what I was looking for. I felt confident in Bumperdoc and was convinced they had the expertise and experience to repair my GT3 back to factory condition. My wife and I had the best experience at BumperDoc in the Escondido location. I know there's other Location that I could have went to. But I thought I would give this shop my business. Cliff was the gentleman that I was warmly greeted by. I explain to him my concerns. I have a baseball size dent on my Tesla model X on the left side quarter panel. Just picked my car up, and all I can say, A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I was a very fortunate winner of a radio contest (KGB 101.5) to have my car repaired by this location. They were very polite and genuinely seemed to care about me and the needs of my car. I think that's an important quality of any company, but I think it REALLY says something considering they fixed at least $1500 worth of damage for free! They treated me as if I was a paying customer. I'm actually perplexed at how many negative reviews there are for this location. Both the owner, Ron, and the manager, Cliff were absolutely wonderful, and it's obvious they're passionate about what they do.
