I'm too lazy to write another one for Paul, because I'm old...and fat. Besides, I think I said it pretty well in my Google review anyway, so here it is- Absolutely amazing!!! I have a 2012 135i with a highly modified suspension. Larger wheels and tires, completely re-fitted with spherical links, sub-frame bushings, Ohlins, Hotchkiss, Eibach, etc. It is about the most race-car street-car you can get. Several months ago, I took it to a supposedly reputable BMW Indie in Esco, who works on and HAS BMW race-cars because they said they knew the alignments on these cars backwards and forwards. Well, the car left with the same issue I brought it in with, and a $500 camber-plate marred to hell with a pry-bar for my trouble, as well as a $250 bill. After blowing away my third set of $1000 tires in less then 12 months, I decided I had to hunt someone down who's actually good at this. As usual, Yelp really seems to help me out of a tough spot. Just happened to find D&E Alignment in Esco as I was close by, visiting clients. Paul finished up with another client and immediately gave me some time for the questions that are inevitable with this kind of set-up. You know, the tap-your-head while you rub-your-belly kind of questions? FINALLY!!! Someone who knows what they are talking about and how to convey those ideas to us dummies!!! Scheduled it last week, for today, and I could NOT BE MORE PLEASED with the results! Paul again took time to understand my use and preferences, wrote down key points, told me what he could and could not accomplish, and we met at a happy compromise where I'd still have my handling but not at the expense of tire life or steering weirdness. Car is back to driving like stock, only with an absolute TON of GRIP!!! Obviously, I need to keep an eye on my tire wear for a bit, but his alignment knocked it out of the park, and he only took a little over two hours to do it!!! Got my alignment done here, and I am pretty impressed. They were quick, knowledgeable, and honest. I hit a pot hole and and it messed up my lane assist so bad that they had to relearn the 0 value for me, and they did it free of charge. I brought my car back for a brake job and they let me know that Amazon had sent me the front pads instead of the rears and they told me my rear brake pads had plenty of life left when the dealer and tire shop I just saw both insisted that I needed to change them our immediately. Great shop, very glad I found them. I brought my raggedy old commuter in for an alignment after I did some steering work myself. Paul delivered the bad news confirming what I suspected to be the case- several control arm bushings were toast, and the alignment wouldn't do much to fix the car's sloppy shuffling down the road. He offered advice on how to do the necessary repairs myself (he could sense my DIY mindset), and after listening to his detailed advice and doing some quick math in my head, I asked for a quote to have it all done. The quote was very agreeable (so much so that I wished in hindsight that I had just brought the car to him first), and he had my tired old car ready for me the next business day, riding like it was new again. I am very glad that I chose D & E Alignment to check and adjust the alignment on my 2018 Kia. I've had problems with extreme tire wear since buying the car new in 2018. It has only 28,000 miles on it, and had ruined the first set of Michelin tires at just 20,000 miles even though we had told the dealership of suspension noise every time we took it in for service and had it aligned twice. Paul found that one of the rear alignment bolts was loose, and I suspect it was that way from the factory. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail and thorough explanations Paul gave, and feel much safer driving the car now. read more

Like many other reviews have said, guy who answered the phone was rude. Not personable at all. Seemed like I was doing him a favor by calling in. Plus, for a Tesla alignment,m they charge $200. Everybody other shop I called charged between $120 - $160 and had proper customer service. Never got any work done with them but definitely don't seem to want new customers with the attitude they give. read more

Wow! I wish I knew these guys earlier. Absolutely top notch service and just straight up nice people as well. They took the time to shift the subframe on my Audi when almost all shops will charge an extra arm and a leg for that.
