Let me not bore with the mundane details, just know: -they took good care of the car, addressing every item on my list. -Frank, the service manager, took the time to discuss the list of repairs with me and explained what they would do-to make sure we were on the same page with everything. He listens! In fact, when he received the list (which I'd emailed ahead of time) he immediately spotted a safety issue and reached out to me to get it addressed promptly. -they finished the work AHEAD of the promised completion time -took the trouble to score parts at a lower price than quoted (and passed on the savings!) -provided a detailed completed work order with information I about my vehicle that I found valuable. It turns out the expensive removal and replacement wasn't needed. Michael is an honest mechanic. Sometimes as a woman, you're never 100% sure the auto shop is being fair when it comes to pricey repairs, especially when you're driving a reliable car. I would give them 10-stars if possible! I have to admit I was a little nervous about the service when I explained to him that Midas had told me that I did need to replace my front brake pads and he told me he didn't even know who Midas was. He did the service in a reasonable time about an hour just like he told me. and the price was right. so far the brakes are working pretty good.

***This is going to be a long review*** My husband and I bought a car from Gary a few weeks ago and we love it, but a few days after we got it home it started to make a noise. I called Gary and he told me to bring it on over to his shop. Turns out that it needed a new camshaft and lifter, and it had failed pretty much a few days after we bought it. My husband was out of town for work for a few months and I was faced with the challenge of having to figure out what to do while juggling temporary single parenthood. Gary was AMAZING he repaired everything that the car needed (at his own cost by the way) and had it back to me in a little under a week. He was honest, understanding, and kind when I needed help. Not only did he repair what the main issue was, but he took care of a few more things he saw that needed fixing while he had it. I will be a loyal Fast Service Center customer from here on out! Was in a "damsel out of town distress situation" when I encountered red flashing warning signals indicating my battery was not charging on my Jaguar. Took a chance with a mechanic I knew nothing about. But am relieved to say Gary and his team resolved my problem in a Fast Service manner so that I could confidently resume my vacation in the area. I conferred with my own mechanic back home and was reassured the diagnosis was correct and repair price was fair. They were even accommodating in getting me back and forth from my resort while the car was worked on.
