An exceptional experience across the board, dialing in an out of whack alignment and replacing some worn out inner tie rods to get my steering back to excellence. From scheduling with Ron to conversing with Paul on a variety of subjects, this team is generous with both their knowledge and skills. I can see why other shops refer alignment customers here. Their work is nothing short of the best outcome possible. Look for the purple flag outside and get your steering in line. read more

I am very glad that I chose D & E Alignment to check and adjust the alignment on my 2018 Kia. I've had problems with extreme tire wear since buying the car new in 2018. It has only 28,000 miles on it, and had ruined the first set of Michelin tires at just 20,000 miles even though we had told the dealership of suspension noise every time we took it in for service and had it aligned twice. Paul found that one of the rear alignment bolts was loose, and I suspect it was that way from the factory. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail and thorough explanations Paul gave, and feel much safer driving the car now. read more

Like many other reviews have said, guy who answered the phone was rude. Not personable at all. Seemed like I was doing him a favor by calling in. Plus, for a Tesla alignment,m they charge $200. Everybody other shop I called charged between $120 - $160 and had proper customer service. Never got any work done with them but definitely don't seem to want new customers with the attitude they give. read more

Wow! I wish I knew these guys earlier. Absolutely top notch service and just straight up nice people as well. They took the time to shift the subframe on my Audi when almost all shops will charge an extra arm and a leg for that. They set my camber and toe to the custom settings I prescribed and we got to talk shop a bit. I will definitely come back. If you own an Audi or Volkswagen vehicle, definitely come here! D&E will get you going straight. read more

I was very pleased with the work done. Quality service for a reasonable price. ( installation of Front end upper, lower control arms, thrust arms, inner and outer tie rods and sway bar end links and alignment. My car drives like new. If you have any suspension needs I recommend D@E. read more

What a great experience. Great communication and service. The shop is super clean and everyone is pleasant and friendly. They completed the service quickly and there was no heavy upsell. I would recommend this spot to anyone needing an alignment or suspension work. read more

Needed a wheel alignment and saw this company's flag near my work. They provided me a quote within an hour which was very reasonable. They got me in that week and they couldn't have been nicer. They are a family run business as well. In addition to fixing my alignment they showed me pictures of another problem area. Very informative and I can see they want the best for their customers. Didn't rush me to get it fixed right away like other places. I will be back next year on their recommendation and will continue to recommend them to friends and family! read more

Super quick alignment service at a reasonable price...I will be coming back for future alignments! Thanks so much!

Thank you, Paul and team, for the alignment service today! Paul is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and I appreciated him showing me pictures while they worked on my car. They've serviced both of my cars (a 370Z and an RS7), and I'll definitely be returning, as I trust their expertise. It's money well spent! read more

I had my car aligned and the tires balanced for a perfect ride! Paul is really knowledgeable and passionate about cars and pays attention to the details. I highly recommend D & E Alignment. read more

Paul runs one of the best shops I've ever been to. He's honest, very reasonably priced, has a great sense of humor and is an all around good guy. It's a family business - his dad works the desk and D and E are the initials of his kids names. He does much more than alignments - pretty much anything. The other mechanic - Ben - is an ace as well. Both are genuinely interested in getting your problem solved vs. trying to extract the most cash from your wallet or brush you off. I can't say enough nice things about this shop! I'll be a customer for as long as I'm in San Diego! read more

I requested an alignment for my 2017 Prius. I had no idea how messed up my alignment was before I came to them. They notified me that my subframe can also be repositioned and they took the extra time to make sure everything was right. The car drives and corners incredibly smooth now. I would highly recommend this business. read more

Found this spot using YELP. read the reviews before hand and had very positive feedback and decided to give them a try. My truck needed an alignment to be done so I Made an appointment and was taken in as soon as I arrived, which was really awesome. Very quick and informative. Took about roughly 45ish minutes. At the end was given valuable info and tips, the do's and dont's. Lol very pleased with the customer service, knowledge and expertise on this kind of stuff. Thank you very much guys! read more

I got new tires so needed an alignment. Was recommend by a friend and it was a quick and reasonable price. Very easy company to work with. Will definitely go back to them. read more

My daughter's 2020 KIA Soul needed alignment after getting her a new set of tires (the old set of tires showed uneven wear and my tire expert at Shorty's Tires on Quince recommended an alignment and then rotation of the tires every 5000 miles to extend the life of the tires). So, I used the Yelp Project tool to receive multiple quotes and information from various establishments. D & E Alignment was highly recommended and the research on Yelp proved that it was very reputable and reasonable. I wasn't disappointed!!! Made an appointment that day and was completed in a brief amount of time. Be careful though. The waiting area was very comfortable for me and I fell asleep . It was a warm summer day and the air conditioner was set at a perfect temperature to grab a cat nap. I highly recommend D & E Alignment to keep your vehicle going in a straight line and to help your tires wear evenly for a long time. read more

Paul is an expert in his field. He has done alignments on several of my cars and put in new adjustable shocks. Great work.

Paul, his son, and Ben were amazing guys and did excellent work on my C7 Corvette. Definitely going back to D&E for any future work on my Corvette or truck. I finally found my new go-to auto shop :) read more

Highly recommend. I needed an alignment after having my front struts replaced on my Honda Pilot so I called a couple of places and ended up booking with D & E Alignment. My decision was based mostly on price but also because of the favorable Yelp reviews. D & E Alignment did not disappoint. Paul had my vehicle done in less than an hour and my Pilot's alignment feels perfect (no more pull to the left). He said if I have any issues just bring it back. I spent probably 10 to 15 minutes chatting with Paul about cars after my vehicle was finished and he was super nice. He answered all my questions and gave me a tip on how to clear up my headlight lenses. I will definitely be back the next time I need an alignment. The quality of work, price and customer service were all excellent. read more

Paul knows what he is doing and it shows on his work. Right from the start made me feel welcomed at his shop. I had an appointment at 2pm and decided to go in early (1hr) to avoid driving on new tires (needing alignment). He took me in right away. (Wasnt expecting) To my surprise he started working on my truck and explained every little detail he was doing. I found my new alignment shop for all my vehicles. The fact that Paul doesn't B.S with nonsense and is a straight up stand up person shows the quality in his work. Couldn't be any happier with my new leveling kit and alignment on my truck. I highly recommend D & E Alignment and let Paul take care you and your car. Thanks Paul for your honesty and craftsmanship. You have a new lifetime customer/ friend. read more

First of all, I'm married to a mechanic. So I am sweet talked into doing all sorts of fun errands for his cars on my days off. Every encounter I had with everyone here, from my initial phone call to when I left, was one that made me not unhappy to have to run these type of errands for my husband. Professional, friendly, upfront, and treated with respect. And reasonably priced to boot with convenient appointment times. Thank you, Paul and everyone there. I appreciate you all! read more

Horrible/rude customer service and failure to align my car. The elderly gentleman at the front desk is rude. He acts annoyed to have to talk to you and does not tell you what is going on. He doesn't let you know what is happening. Doesn't tell you how much you will have to pay, what forms you have to fill out, and doesn't tell you if you should wait there or come back later etc. When you ask these necessary question he is rude and condescending. I have an unusual car which needed alignment work before it could be driven. The actual technician immediately test drove it out on the street despite me asking him not to, and telling him that it was not safe to do so. He was then unable to figure out how to align it. I'd give less than one star if I could read more

Best shop I have ever worked with. I have a 2011 tundra and usually do all my own work. I didn't have time and needed axles, wheel bearings changed, struts and Allignment. These guys not only did it in a day but we're extremely reasonably priced and trusted I knew what I was doing and didn't treat me like a fool. Gave great advice and we're honest, knowledgeable and respectful. I even like the grumpy old guy at the front!! Lol. I highly recommend them. Great establishment. Thank you read more

Excellent experience! Found this company on Yelp! I made an appointment for the alignment of a late model Toyota Camry that the dealer failed to do properly twice! I was referred to this place after another alignment shop butchered my truck and cut parts off of my frame. The shop that referred me said they are the "best alignment shop in Escondido". I will be going here for all future alignments. read more

I came here to fix my alignment after getting new tires and I was blown away by the customer service. Ron is incredibly nice and made me feel comfortable hanging out in the waiting area while they worked on my car. The total time took about 1 hour which was expected. I appreciated how at the end they said I should consider getting my brakes replaced soon and didn't try to push me to get new brakes right that instant and only with them (unlike most places). The service was so great though that I will go back to them from now on! read more

These guys do great work, are super friendly and are very reasonably priced. I took my '20 Forester here after I got new tires and I'm glad I did, the rear end was way out of spec after quite a few desert trips. I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on. Thanks again. read more

Efficient service with a smile. Cost-effective. No issues at all and will come back again for alignment.

Paul and his entire crew are great. We got a 2020 Rubicon this year (tricked out with 3.5" lift kit and 37" tires) and they have helped us on more than a handful of small repairs, alignment, upgraded steering dampeners and general safety checks. Paul is no BS, but he's also very helpful with newbies like us, so I will be a customer for many years to come. read more
