I want to share my excellent experience with this group at D&E. I called right at 8:30am needing an alignment on my 2017 Tacoma that has a mid travel king suspension. Unfortunately I had an incident on the passenger front wheel and desperately needed an alignment. This group went above and beyond for me. They got me right in the same day. They had my truck for longer than anticipated but still charged me the same price for an alignment. They also torqued everything down to spec, my truck is straighter than ever and they even bent back the retainer clips on my lower control arms that were damaged in the incident. I was referred to D and E alignment to align my 85 BMW 535i after i replaced the suspension. Sadly while the car was in there parking lot it was sprayed all over with hard water spots from the sprinklers. This was not the fault of D&E, however they not only informed me of the incident but payed to have my car detailed. This is super customer service! Oh by the way the work performed on my alignment was superb.. My car has never driven so straight. I strongly recommend this shop to anyone who has pride in their ride. These guys are personable, honest, professional, and knowledgeable. Took my Sequioa in for an alignment and was given the right price given only the 2 front wheels are adjustable and the rear wheels being fixed. So they charged me a discounted price vs other shops charging me the full price. When I came in they were race camber tuning 2 really nice Camaros. With my new 2" lift and style of my use of my SUV he personalized my alignment, adjusting to meet my needs and prolong my tire wear. Other shops will just make it straight and call it a day. These guys specialize in suspension and I highly recommend them if you want a real alignment. read more

Whoever the older sounding man that answered the phone was super rude. I had a problem after a poorly done alignment on my air suspension Touareg. These are notoriously difficult to do so I asked if they has ever worked on one before. The guy on the phone rudely just said No. So I said "Maybe you aren't the shop for me"? He said No again rudely. If you are looking for acceptable customer service or a difficult job I don';t think these are your guys. PS: The next shop on Yelp was Alignment Pros. Marcos Sr. answered the phone and knew all about the car and was willing to help me out and spent a good 10 minutes on the phone diagnosing the issue. read more

Took my CTS-V to a dealer to get an alignment after what I thought was a small accident but noticed car pulling to the left. I thought all it needed was a simple alignment but after trying their best they suggested that I take it to an alignment shop because they couldn't get it to go green. Both the dealer and ACM Body and Paint where I had the body work done suggested D&E. I took it there and they fixed it. They had to replace the control arm and realign the sub frame. Very knowledgeable. It was an insurance job and because of Covid. The insurance co. said it could take 3 days for an adjuster to get back to them. I did not want to drive the car because I just got new tires and I did not want the misalignment to damage them so I paid for the work and then submitted to the ins. for reimbursement thinking that I might have to eat part of the bill if the adjuster didn't agree with the charges. Within 1 day of sending them the invoice the insurance co. issued a check for the full amount. read more

Attention Yelp: this is the cheapest and best alignment in town. Friendly staff, quick service, and they go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. I was in and out for a $70 alignment, and they even rotated the wheels since the fronts were worn unevenly. Will absolutely be bringing all of my cars here for my alignment needs. read more

D&E is a great place. Both the order taker and the technician were very helpful. They completed the job in half the time they quoted me. After the work was done, the technician explained everything in great detail. Their price was fair and less than the Toyota dealer charges. Please note that for some historical reason, the street numbers are out of order in this area. D&E is about 3 places north of where the number would indicate. read more

Paul and his dad Ron are amazing. Paul is the best mechanic, no bs, gets the job done right the first time, and doesn't try to rip you off. And I absolutely love talking to Ron. He always makes sure I know exactly what the problem is and what is being done to fix it. Just left today after getting my ac fixed. Dealership wanted another $500 to attempt to "fix" it yet again. My only regret is that I didn't hear about them sooner. The staff is not only the friendliest most welcoming staff I have seen at an automotive shop but they definitely know their stuff. Before I heard about them I took my truck several places only to be told they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. first of all..trash customer service from the old man that's behind the desk is rude!!! went for an alignment after replacing front end parts..they put it on the machine and told me my vehicle was involved in an accident and you need a frame adjustment..what!?!?!? I owned the vehicle from day 1 never been involved in an accident..went back to my mechanic told him the story..he checked out my vehicle and found nothing wrong with my frame or anything that will involve alignment issues..he told me about an alignment location in san marcos (alignment plus) he's been in business for over 30 years..he align my vehicle to manufacture specifications with no issues at all..I ask if there's any damage to my frame that will cause an issue to align? he said absolutely not everything looks great!! D and E are scammers!!! just to take your money..I don't recommend anyone going here for anything!!! read more

5 star service and I wouldn't expect anything less from them. I have never brought my car into a shop as I don't trust anyone. After purchasing a new set of wheels and needing to swap tires and wheels between two separate sets, & needing an alignment I knew I had to find someone trustworthy to 1. not turn me away for having a lowered car and 2. not scuff my wheels. They took my wants and needs into consideration when working on my car, even gave me a bolt that I had lost from my LCA's and didn't lie to me and tell me I needed the camber bolts I had purchased. They double checked that I approved the fitment and ride height before going through with my alignment which I really appreciated! After arriving to pickup my car he went over every detail with me and asked if everything was to my liking, also told me if I had any issues regarding my alignment (I am now running a little bit of negative camber), that he'd be happy to help fix it. I dropped my car off a little bit after they opened and it it returned to me in a timely matter Received awesome customer service Very personable shop My car came back in the condition it was dropped off in & the wheels too! VERY happy with my service & will be returning for any further alignment/tire needs as well as recommending to those I know. Thanks guys! read more

Apparently, this is THE PLACE to go in Escondido for alignment, since they actually tie down the car and do the alignment "weighted" which is required on several makes/models including my 2004 BMW 330ci. Price was a bit higher, but after another set of prematurely and unevenly worn tires (despite several alignments at discount shops for the past 10+ years and new front/rear suspension on last new set of tires), my BMW mechanic suggested I go to an alignment shop that does it right this time. Paul and staff did the alignment over a 2h period, taking me as a walk-in (quite unusual for them to have walk-in availability but I was fortunate this day). They were doing alignments for local dealership used cars that afternoon and were able to squeeze mine in right then. When I picked up the car, Paul showed me that some of the alignment adjustment points had never been touched - EVER - and he was able to get the car well aligned, adjusting points that had never been touched before. Wow. I had no idea there are different levels of alignment and this shop does it the recommended way with weighting and high tech machinery. read more
