Very honest and clean job. I found Will on Yelp. I was impressed by the reviews, so I decided to contact him for a quote. I had already contacted a couple of other body shops but the quote from Will was the best. Will came to my house with his van and repaired my car in less than an hour. After repair bumper looks all new. read more

Still good stuff. They came back and polished the bumper like they said. I also asked them to come back a few days later since there were some super fine scratches in the bumper. When they actually got here to look, they had trouble seeing them. But Will is a good natured guy and he wet sanded it and polished it back up. No more scratches. read more

My car was hit and I searched for repairing my real bumper damage. Some repairing shop told me to change the whole real bumper which costs me $650-$850. I contacted Bumper Remedy via e-mail with some pictures of my damaged bumper on Sat. Will contacted back on Tue with quote price (a lot cheaper than others). Called to confirm and make appointment. Will and his partner arrived at my place before appointment time and took 2 1/2hr to finish their job. They came back two week later for waxing and finishing the color job. The outcome is so good. Color is matched and the damage is totally gone. read more

This is by far the FASTEST, EASIEST and CHEAPEST way to get your car fixed. If you hate dealing with insurance companies, shady repair shops or dealerships, then this is the place for you. I knocked off my front bumper during 4th of July weekend and I got a ton of quotes for new bumpers/refurbished bumpers, etc. No one offered to just reattach my current bumper. I was quoted prices between $700-$900. Otherwise, I could pay my $500 insurance deductible. That's some BS if yous ask me. My car is 11 years old; it doesn't really need a shiny new bumper. Will, the owner, and D came out to me at my office, in the Downtown area, to take a look at my car. 20 minutes later my bumper was re-attached. This cost me 10 times less than what i was quoted elsewhere. They are fantastic, don't hesitate to use them. read more

I've been meaning to write a review on Bumper Remedy since they serviced my boyfriends car a few months ago, and now I finally have the chance. Bumper Remedy provides quality service for reasonable prices. A couple months ago my mom backed into my boyfriend's car and caused some pretty extensive damage. Because of everyone's busy schedule we needed a service that could come to our house to fix the car. Sure enough, I turned to yelp and found Bumper Remedy. The reviews were excellent so my mom gave them a call. After sending them pictures we were quoted a price and decided to make an appointment. Will showed up right on time and said the damage looked worse than the pictures. He offered to replace the whole bumper for more money or repair it as planned with the risk of seeing a little dent. Since the car is old we decided to just go on as planned. It took Will about two hours to fix the bumper and by the time he was finished it looked as good as new! To this day I still can't see where the damage was. Will was great! I was so impressed by Bumper Remedy, and they should be recognized for the quality service they provide. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and families and use their services again if I need to. read more

To be very blunt, I was VERY skeptical on how well a quick "bumper repair" would work on my BMW. Now, I would recommend this service to anyone! I called and scheduled an appointment with Will, the owner. A week later, he showed up on time to my home and took a quick look my vehicle and the problem areas. After about 2 minutes of inspection, he said the repairs would be very simple and would only take about 45 minutes (I was blown away). I personally have painted several vehicles in the past and would have never imagined that the repairs needed on my car would only take 45 minutes. 45 minutes later, the job was complete and the problems areas looked better than brand new! His pricing was leaps and bounds LOWER than you average bodyshop. A week later, Will returned to buff the areas that he repainted free of charge. Will, runs a very straightforward and honest business. I have and will continue to recommend his services to my friends and family read more

Thank Will! Called Will up, and he was straight forward and honest. I called a couple other places, and they tried to give me some run around. I don't have time for that sh*t. I texted Will a picture of my car, he came back with a price of $250. He showed up at my work, did his thing, and I paid him off. He came back next week to do some touch up polishing, and even threw in a free headlight polishing. Overall super easy experience for a great price, that fit my busy schedule. A+bro! read more

These guys are the real deal! I spoke with William and text him pictures of my bumper and in a matter of a few minutes he called me back gave me a quote and set up a time to do the work, I did not get the same attention from the other people that I called. William gave me a call the next day before our appt. and said he was on his way, prompt is always good in my book! William and D Brown showed up and got right to work! I was totally intrigued by what they were doing and must have asked a million questions, yet both of the guys were willing to answer all the questions. At the end of the experience the bumper looked like new and I could not have been happier! PROS: Professional from first contact to finish! Great customer service. Knowledgeable and meticulous. (down to cleaning the little bolts that hold the bumper) Affordable CONS: N/A read more

I signed up just now for Yelp just to give these guys their due credit for phenomenal service! My wife's bumper on her 2004 Honda Civic had come off after running over a blown tire on the highway. I was dreading having to give up my entire Saturday to take care of this problem. That's when I searched on Yelp and called Will from Bumper Remedy. I called him at 1pm and he and his partner showed up on my driveway 20 minutes later ready to fix the bumper. They gave me a great estimate ($100) and the end product was wonderful. They even fixed the front bumper which had come loose at no extra charge. They said that they could clean and polish the oxidation off the head lights as well, so I also had them do that as well for a relatively small cost ($40). I was blown away by the fact that I never had to leave my house, the end cost was what I had been quoted, and how quick they were able to complete the repairs. Will and his partner were both friendly, professional, and trustworthy. They even referred me to a great mobile window specialist to fix a chip in my window. While I appreciate the excellent work and the ease of the mobile service, I most appreciate how down to earth both Will and his partner were to me. Thanks again! read more

I don't write that many reviews anymore. Now I only do when a business has really impressed me. Will & his team were great. I couldn't ask for anything more. I love the fact that you can communicate with him through text. This allows for an estimate in no time. I love that he came to my home. He was very clear in what I could expect in terms of results. I was extremely impressed. See pix - mine is the red Lexus. He even came back after a week and buffed the bumper. Above and beyond. Love it. read more

Absolutely fantastic! I was rear ended and there was a dent and scratches on my bumper. I got a few quotes to have the bumper replaced and it would be over $1000. I found bumper remedy on yelp and am so glad I scheduled to have my car fixed through them! They came to my work and it took less than 2 hours to fix! I cannot believe how perfect it looks! When the accident happened I got estimates in the $1000s to repair. Thankfully, I got in contact with Will. Sent him pix and car info and gave me his price right then and there. Let me just say it was a fraction of the cost!!! He is an awesome guy! He let me know ahead of time he would be a little late, no big deal as he came to the house to do the repair. After I made the appt. for my car, I asked if he could repair my aunts car at the same time and it was no problem. He finished both cars in about 2hrs. My aunts car was flawless, while mine (the one pictured) you could tell a little bit that it had been patched, but according to the picture you can't see a thing and really hardly noticeable anyway and I am 100% satisfied! He also let me keep the paint if I got into any other accidents. Would def. recommend him for bumper repairs!! read more

I called Will and he quoted me a great price to repaint my front bumper. He showed up on time and did the job. It turned out great. He even came back and re polished the entire bumper about a week later. Great customer service and quality workmanship. read more

Will and his company did a fantastic job on my car. To return my bumper to like-new condition, three different body shops quoted me between $700 and $900 and wanted to keep my car for 2-3 days; Bumper Remedy did the same job at my house in a few hours for a fraction of the cost, and the bumper looks just as good as a brick-and-mortar body shop repair. They even made a follow-up visit the next week to check up on it and give it a final polish. I've already recommended Bumper Remedy to other people, and I'll definitely call them again if I need another repair. read more

Happy with the service, professionalism and price. We are in Southbay; Will and his employee came down 3 additional times to make sure he got the job right. It was a brand new car and it was important to that it was done well. The lack of shade and heat caused some issues with the clear coat. He's Mobil so he deals with the conditions he has. Happy with the end result. I can tell he is committed to maintaining his reputation. read more

Will and his men are laid back yet professional and offer the best prices in town as well as amazing service. Will was in contact with me via phone, email or text, whatever I preferred. He came to my work to repair my bumper with 3 business days of my request. Will and his crew finished my repairs in only an hour and a half while I was at work. Will's customer service and courtesy were outstanding and I would highly recommend Bumper Remedy to anybody in San Diego and beyond. read more

Bumper Remedy is an understatement. Bumper Magic! I had a bumper decorated in at least 4 sets of license plate screws indentations along with some scraps due to backing into a low cement wall.  Either way I was over driving my Charger with a bumper decorated with small ugly marks all over it.  Did a yelp search and found Will.  Thank you once again yelp.  My bumper is 'like' new again I won't disrespect it like I have in the past!  Pricing is beyond reasonable and unless you want to send $ 1,000 on a new bumper call Bumper Remedy now read more

My daughter hit a car in a parking lot a week after she got her license. Sigh... Will at Bumper Remedy did an amazing job fixing our car! I created a before and after photo of the car but I can't figure out how to post the photo. Just amazing results! read more

Couldn't recommend these guys more. There's nothing quite like that lovely moment when your car gets damaged, you need it fixed, you know next to nothing about what is entailed nor what it should realistically cost... and every daunting stereotype of the malevolent vulture autobody shop with dollar signs for eyes starts plaguing your mind. I did my research, started calling and emailing around for quotes. Will came in lower than the rest, however that was not why I ultimately went with his business. You should go with whoever is going to do the best job and give you the best service and be honest about it. That is why I went with Will and Bumper Remedy. Honesty will lead to appropriate quotes. And I could tell from the other reviews that there was a sense of trust and quality in the service that they had received. They live up to the reviews. Will was very quick to respond to any communication and questions, he was quick to come by and the guys were extremely friendly, personable and thorough in their job. They will work until your car is exactly where you would want it to be, not just "good enough, see you later." like others will. They come by a week or so later to check on the job and polish it up and it isn't just an afterthought type of thing, Will takes his work seriously and he stands by it. It will seriously give you peace of mind to work with them. Great guys, great service. read more

Will did such an amazing job on my car. My bumper was smashed in with a huge hole in it. I definitely thought I needed a new bumper. He said he could fix it without having to pay the high price of a new bumper. He came to my house, and in two hours, was able to make my car look like new again. I can barely tell where the hole was. I'm so happy with his work. I would definitely recommend his services. read more

Very thin paint that never really matched the original color anyway. It has been 1 year since I had the bumpers done, and the front one looks pretty bad. The super thin paint that was done is chipped all over from normal road wear. This is a little hard to fault since it is the road and you can't really anticipate what you are going to find on it. But, if you look at the factory paint it still looks fine. But where the repair was done, it is just peppered and you can see the primer underneath. Also, the paint is pealing up on the top edge at the grill where the repaint was done. I guess, it was inexpensive and I shouldn't complain, but, the work was pretty poor from the start and not matching. So with all that, I would recommend a different place to do the work. He gets lots of great reviews, so maybe it was just a bad day. But, I am not stoked about this after just a year. read more

My bumper looks brand new and they did it for 1/2 the price of the quotes I'd gotten. Not to mention the auto body shops wanted 2 to 3 days to fix it.
