When I was researching auto body shops to have the oxidized paint on my car repaired, I requested quotes from several places. What drew me to Dent and Scratch Pro in Poway wasn't necessarily their cost estimate, but their responsiveness. They took the time to explain what level of work was involved. I was okay in driving the extra distance to Poway even though there were plenty of shops on Miramar closer to my home. Mariela who works at the desk is super friendly and a pleasure to work with. When the car was finished I was notified an hour in advance and since I had trouble getting a ride there, they were kind enough to send an Uber on their dime to pick me up. When I got my car back everything looked amazing however, I noticed later that a piece was misaligned so I texted Mariela back and explained the problem and she told me to stop by anytime to get it fixed. Did just that and they followed through. The quality of work and quality of customer service is absolutely stellar with very reasonable prices and I highly recommend this business! read more

Estimated price ($395) from pictures was way lower than in-person visit estimate ($852). If you are going to get an estimate from this company, just go there. The work was good and I can't see any evidence of the deep scratch we needed to fix. read more

An unfortunate collision with a very full greens trash container left us with a nasty hole in a rear panel. With a prior excellent experience, I called Dent and Scratch Pro-Poway. They, as in the past, were friendly, responsive and professional. For a fair price the car was rendered good as new! I was very pleased with the workmanship. If you have dents or scratches this is the place to go. read more

Mariela will take care of you, she's the best! Our truck was rear-ended and we had a tight timeline to turn it around. Mariela worked with the insurance company for the at-fault party and was careful to have the repairs come under the maximum allowed. She even went out of her way to look for some extra parts and worked directly with the insurance company for approval. She was able to turn the truck around in less than a week. Incredible!!! read more

Excellent service! Mariela and the guy who worked on my car (didn't catch his name) were both super kind and honest. Was really easy to communicate with Mariela, she was very responsive and flexible about when I should come in. I came in for my bumper that was falling off and had damage to the tabs and they were able to fix it within an hour of me getting there. They repaired it as if the damage had not even occurred and offered the lowest price compared to other places I spoke to. Some shops even recommended replacing the whole bumper, which would have cost quadruple, if not more, but they were able to fix it by reattaching the bumper. Extremely happy with their work and would definitely come back! read more

Thank you so much to Dent and Scratch Pro for the amazing job fixing my car! I brought it in with serious dents and scratches that were quite the eyesore, and now it looks brand new. I'm especially grateful to Mariela at the front desk for being so considerate and pleasant to communicate with and for going out of her way to help me out! Definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area with body damage on their car. read more

Took my 2003 330 in for new B Panels, top roof molding repaint a new mirror cover. Excellent work. Mariela is the best. Some of the best customer service I have ever been around. When working on the car, they had to lower the back windows and the regulator went bad. Totally not their fault but offered to comp the part as long as I paid the labor. Awesome. So, at the same time I took my Sliver 440 that hand just been hit in a parking lot. Gave up on the dent ding guys that come to your home and had it done here. Absolutely perfect. So hard to give a sliver car dent right. No sign of the dent at all. Will be taking my cars back from some more detail work. read more

Like it never happened. Had a little accident with my sister's Tesla (Model X) and they fixed it right up. Mariela was great. Thanks.

I bought an older commuter car that needed the trunk and roof repainted. Most shops want to repaint the entire car but Mariela knew exactly what I wanted and took care of it. The car looks great and I couldn't be happier with the total experience! read more

It didn't take long for me to scrape the edge of my bumper on the curb outside my house. My formerly pristine bumper now had a nasty scrape, about the size of lime, where the paint was removed. A large, black spot on my white bumper that became the first thing I noticed every time I walked out to my car. I lived with it for several months as I debated spending the money to have it fixed. Next came a small but noticeable scratch and dent smack dab in the middle of the same bumper. My beautiful car officially had a janky bumper that I could no longer ignore. I came onto Yelp and searched for "bumper repair." I found Bumper Remedy, sent photos of the damage via text message and quickly received a quote. The cost was right in the ballpark of what I expected. But what convinced me to go with Bumper Remedy were the great reviews on here and the fact that they would come out and do the work while I was in my office at no extra cost. I eventually spoke with Will and scheduled a time for him to come out. Will arrived in the time frame provided and had the work done within an hour. He explained the curing time and that he would be back in about a week to put the finishing touches on and smooth out the bumper that had just a bit of drip from the clear coat he applied. True to his word, one week later, Will was at my office and within a short time, had the bumper looking as good as new. This return trip and touch-up work didn't cost anything. I'm extra careful now when I park and it feels good to walk outside and not see those awful scrapes. Hopefully, I can keep my bumpers looking like new but when the inevitable scratches and scrapes happen again, I'll definitely be using Bumper Remedy. Will is good at what he does, is professional, obviously cares about his customers and his reputation, and I highly recommend his services. read more

Dent & Scratch Pro (D&SP) of Poway is absolutely great! I'm very picky when it comes to my vehicles. I took my 2017 RAV4 in for bumper repair after backing into a trailer hitch. Communication with Mariela was top notch! The work was done ahead of schedule. The cost was very reasonable. The workmanship was superb; new pearl white paint matched perfectly to the rest of the vehicle! D&SP takes pride in their work and it shows. They did such a great job that I took my 2014 Corolla in for front bumper repair. Try them, you won't be disappointed. read more

To my dismay I backed our mini-van into a tree at our property and went here to have it fixed. They did a fantastic job. The van looks as good as new. Pricing was reasonable given the damage, and the staff was very friendly, especially the lady at the reception desk. Highly recommended. read more

They did it again, but this time with a 2012 Honda Accord. Made it look brand new, and right on time before shipping it out to New York. I bought the Accord for my parents that live out on New York, and due to the previous renter I received my car back with alignment, balancing issues, and bumper damage. (Want to say quick side note if you decide to rent your second car for extra money you most likely will spend the profits on damages and repairs, don't do it unless it's a car you have no attachments to) Came out and fixed my bumper while I was working, and took his time doing it. It looked just as new, and I knew my parents would love the car. Wanted to say thank you once again for meeting my expectations, and to offer a small discount because it wasn't to your standards really makes me appreciate your work to the finest detail. And for those who are reading this review, it is run by a single person so please help out the small business owners and get quality work done right the first time. You won't be disappointed. read more

I had Will work his magic on my 2014 Honda Civic LX. Someone gashed the corner bumper when I was at work and I was LIVID. He messaged me back fairly quickly and arranged a time and date to fix my bumper He's a super down to earth dude, very professional, and took no longer than 20 minutes to fix the gash. I found some bubbling under the paint in my car during the recent rain storms here in Southern California. I got a number of different quotes to repaint the car door, some way higher than others. I was convinced by Mariela's offer and the other reviews I saw here online. They did a great job in the end, and I was very satisfied.
