Came here after our sons youth football game. We had a pretty big group with us. Upon entering, it was ok. We were seated shortly. Seems they were understaffed. Looks like the cook had to come and help with seating showing a younger staff member where to seat us. It was not packed. We ordered our food. All our food came out randomly. Food was not good. Steak was flat and hard. Could not chew it. Ordered onion rings with my main dish and received about 3. Other family ordered onion rings as well and got about 7 pieces. It was a bad experience. Glad to have had family join us but the food was horrible. 75 percent of our food ordered was not good. Will not come here again. Our bill was over $400 and food was bad. read more

The service here really sucks most of all the waiters and waitresses are just so rude to you if you're a person of color, they don't come back and actually if you want anything, they don't say I'll be right there to help you. I'm waiting a half an hour to get one of the most simplest played. It is after 15 minutes she walked by me several times And never said one time I'll be back to take your order and just looked at me. We went to Denny's for breakfast because they are one of our favorite breakfasts restaurants. But this morning the service and food was terrible. We asked for grand slams and when the food came out the bacon was extra crispy and the scrambled eggs were rubbery. We asked for different bacon bc we didn't ask for crispy bacon. The waiter would not let us keep our plates so we could eat. Instead he insisted he take the plates so he could bring us new plates with different bacon. It took another thirty minutes to get our food again. When he brought it out the bacon was perfect and hot but the eggs were the same rubbery ones and were cold as were the hash browns . When I told the waiter the eggs and hash browns were cold he just said I'm sorry about that. My friend left her food and I took mine to go but left the eggs. That was the first time both service and food has been bad. The waiter said the policy was to take the whole plate which is not okay when we could been eating the eggs while they were hot. The waiters should never serve burnt bacon and cold food. It was not busy for such terrible service. read more

I hate leaving negative reviews. I was also a former waiter and always leave very generous tips. The waitress tonight was just awful. We were the only table and got the worst service. The waitress had such an attitude. I'm not expecting amazing service at Dennys on a Sunday night but to be rude is just not acceptable. I simply asked for ranch and it was like pulling teeth. We got our food with no utensils. We had to ask for our drinks 3 times. One time I even got up and walked to the kitchen to remind her about our drinks. I had to use google translator to ask one of the bussers for ranch. What's the point of being in a service business for tips just to provide rude service? I checked out of this Denny's at 4:45 PM order number 2113003 on March 2, 2025. After we dined and paid (Inclusive of a 20% gratuity, we noticed there was a sign on the door for AAARP members to receive a 15% discount. I am a AARP card holder and 60 years old. I reentered and let them know that we had just noticed the sign about the discount and asked them if they could run the discount on my card. Our Waiter Francisco said he would have to ask the supervisor. The supervisor came and without hesitation REFUSSED to honor the discount. The entire hour and a quarter that we were in the restaurant we were the ONLY patrons in the place, including when I asked for the discount. I replied to the woman that since they do not honor what they advertise this would be our last trip. Her response that's fine. Clearly this location must need every single penny they can swindle out of it's customers. At dinnertime not a single customer in the place. I am miffed at not receiving the discount advertised and plan to contact AARP directly about the matter. In my many years in the travel agency, I did constant checks on my clients travel arrangements to see if costs had reduced and when they did, I contacted them to come in for an exchange. I was a very busy travel agent. This experience was shameful. read more

We usually come early to beat the morning rush and the servers start out friendly at first but often become snappy, short, and even rude as the restaurant fills up. Sandwiches weren't cut, absolutely no hash browns the tiny amount given were just charred. I'm sad, you're sad, we are all sad. Not even 1 regular portion of hash browns between two full meals. I'm hungry. This sucks. I tipped really well but I took the food to go so y'know. That stinks. The guy at the front was great but he was a manager so I guess not that great. Super bummed. This is not any regular Denny's. This place is amazing. My experience; the looks, the feel, the ambiance, the service and the food were all Excellent. I highly recommend you try this place, you will be pleasantly surprised. I sure was. And the last kicker- I didn't walk out of there with a huge check that the last 10 other restaurants I have gone to gave me. It was TOTALLY reasonable and I left a tip that should have been more. I had a walk-in order. It was 3am. Don't ask me what I was doing, it's none of your business. The guy who took my order looked overwhelmed and underpaid but got it mostly correct. I also found it amusing he looked like Hugo from Lost. He took it to the cook that double checked the "hash browns as dark as the bowels of hell. Fried, refried, deep fried until there's nothing left but crispy grease" memo. I looked at him. He looked back at me. I nodded. He started cooking. About 15 minutes after it was done the order-taker-fellow panicked and brought me my food. The Moons Over My Hammy was the best I've had in 30 years. Crispy, crunchy, cheesy, delish. Let me start this review by saying the only reason for the 4 stars is the server Javier. He was the best part of the experience . The food wasn't very good and the restaurant wasn't very clean. Our table needed to be wiped down. There was so much food on the floor and seats. However Javier was essentially alone. Seating people,taking their orders , serving and assisting with paying the bill. All while maintaining an amazing attitude. Came here after a long flight back home to the Bay Area. It was exactly midnight when we walked in. We waited and nobody greeted us. The two girls on staff seen us but neither of them made an effort to acknowledge us. One just kept doing what she was doing which was sweeping. When she got done she I asked are you guys open. She replied and said yes and she will be with you guys. The other girl was back and forth with taking orders to tables she didn't even say a word to us. We got tired of waiting. The most simplest thing they could have done was say we apologize for the long wait we will be with you guys shorty. But customer service tonight was lacking because in my opinion they were way understaffed tonight to be waiting and not one person came to attend us. They need help in there hire more people so they can attend to all guests. read more
