How have I never had Erik's deli before?! This place is so delicious!! And the sandwiches .... stacked. I love that they offer other things to eat besides sandwiches such as salad, soup, and pasta salad. This location has a great selection of drinks and chips to choose from also. I made a build your own sandwich and wow it was amazing!! Such a bummer they don't have any locations in Las Vegas, will definitely be a place to eat when in California. The owners of this location are so nice and helpful.

Experience Based review! It's a long one... I wasn't even going to review this place, I hadn't thought of it. That was until the woman's comment when she handed me my food. Her tone was an "oh well take it or leave it tone". So, patronizing! Back history, I am a deli snob and have a background in food, from Fast food to quick service, to fine dining and food trucks. I know how messy it can get, especially during lunch. SO yes, I can be biased when it comes to the food industry, and I can be very forgiving. But one thing I am very unforgiving about is the experience. If you are busy or having a hard time at work, it happens, no biggie we have all been there. But at least TRY to make the customer feel welcomed. I have never eaten at Erik's Deli before, and I have been in this town for 10 years now. So today, I decided to try them. I spent about 5 mins looking at the menu, asked about bread types because I am very limited on what I eat. On top of being picky, I have medical food restrictions. I know I know why not just make my lunch, sometimes people do not have time to! The Cleopatra wrap, with provolone and instead of the tortilla, if they could put in in the pita bread instead. I have to go back to work, so I figured it would be easy to eat one handed, as well as the fact that I do not like factory packaged tortillas. They taste like plastic to me. They woman behind the register assured me that it was okay, and that she made sure it was going to be made that way. Zero indication that it might be complicated, why would it. You have pita stuffed sandwiches on your menu. Here is why they MADE it complicated. 1- The woman did not make the modification on the screen or in the system, so the person making my Cleopatra did not know and started using the tortilla. 2- I asked, "Did you make sure to add the pita bread? She is using tortilla." "Yes, I did". a. Okay, cool. Maybe not my order. My bad, I will sit back and shut up. 3- Once "that order" was wrapped up and being bagged, the woman whom took my order turned and noticed, it was made wrong. They whispered harshly, looked at each other in irritation, warmed up two halves of a pita bread, cut the pita open on the sides instead of stuffing it. Opened up the finished wrap, pulled hand fulls of the contents and stacked in on the cut pita/s Closed them up and wrapped them. When she handed me my food in a bag, instead of "Here you go" or "your order is ready", I got "Here. If it didn't come out right it's because we have never done this one this way before, we did our best." - enter irritated eye roll here. Never have done what, stuffed a pita correctly! It was a bit sloppy, since it wasn't simply remade from the jump, it was disassembled, stacked on the pita and then re-wrapped. I mean it all tasted the same I guess, I am assuming. But are you effing kidding me. You are irritated because you messed up on the make, then lazily moved the contents over and you Nora, are going to give me cr@p for it. So now I am going to sit back and eat my messy pita stuffed sandwich in irritation instead of enjoying my lunch. Still having to hold it with two hands because it's contents are not nicely snug in it's pita, instead they're falling out the sides that have been sliced open manually, get behind on my work because now I have to actually put more effort into eating. Do better Erik's Deli, specifically Nora, your attituded toward a mess you created innocently, turned into a messy, inconvenient and bad lunch experience. Which is bizarre since there are mostly good reviews, I am sad that this was the way my first time here turned out, but glad it wasn't anyone else. If this was your best, I will just go Togo's or Subway, anywhere else rather that deal with an attitude that was self created. On a happier note, the restaurant was clean, in order.

I've been going to Erik's Deli Cafe on-and-off for about 20 years and slowly, they were disappearing. As of the last 5-6 years they seem to be making a comeback and opening up everywhere. First time at this Erik's Deli Cafe and place is bustling on a Saturday at 1130...placed an order online but no visible signage for online order pickup. I should've just cut up to the front but didn't want side eyes or scoffs. Sandwiches are always delicious as only place that adds alfalfa sprouts. The sprouts give it some freshness and slight crunch to any of their sandwiches. My favorites are the roast beef or pastrami options! Pricing seems to be inline with other sandwich spots averaging $12 with tax/tip. Other available items: chips, soups, green salads, potato and pasta salad and carrot cake. Place is clean, with outdoor seating. Staff friendly and I'll assume is the owner (Mina) was very welcoming and knows the regulars. Line was about 10 deep but she kept the line moving quickly and efficiently. Located in the strip mall with Dollar Tree and behind Golden Sand Harbor restaurant.

Another Amazing Visit to Erik's DeliCafe Dublin! Stopped by Erik's DeliCafe of Dublin today at 1:45 PM (1/31/25), and once again, the experience was fantastic from start to finish! Salad - Super fresh and crisp! The greens were vibrant, the tomatoes and cucumbers juicy, and the croutons added the perfect crunch. Tossed in a delicious dressing, it was refreshing and full of flavor. Roast Beef Sandwich - Absolutely delicious! The roast beef was tender, perfectly seasoned, and layered with melted cheese, sprouts, and fresh veggies. The bread had a great texture, though it was not toasted as expected. Still, every bite was packed with flavor! Service - The service here is just as impressive as the food! The staff was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and positive energy. They genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure everything is just right. It is always great to dine at a place where the team is as warm and inviting as the food is delicious! If you are looking for a satisfying and fresh meal with outstanding customer service, Erik's DeliCafe Dublin is the place to go! "Friendly, Fast Service, Tasty Meals, Clean" I am always looking for a light, healthy meal. Honestly, I forgot about Eric's until recently. It's easy to miss in this shopping center, because it's tucked a little ways back. Today I ordered the Strawberry Fields salad and my wife got a half Sweet Liberty sandwich. With two sodas our total bill was about $27. The salad is an especially light meal, moderately sized, and served with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing on the side. Just what the doctor ordered on a hot summer day. My wife tells me the Sweet Liberty sandwich was tasty, served with a pickle on the side. Okay, my wife hates pickles and I ate the pickle. The staff here was efficient and friendly. If you're looking for a light, quick meal, but better than fast food, this is a good option. I thought the prices were more than reasonable.

If you're looking for a well made sandwich, this your place! I wouldn't compare it to those other sandwich shops that are good but yet slathered in sauce. This is the place for a nice and simply well made sandwich with super fresh ingredients. One of a few sandwich spots that use sprouts which I happen to enjoy. I usually come before the lunch crowd and always get my order made quickly. Come check this place out and don't be discouraged by the alleyway location.

The food isn't just healthy; it's an explosion of flavor that's absolutely mouthwatering! Plus, the service is lightning-fast!

The Italian Job

Great little hideaway spot in a tidy strip mall with a Grocery Outlet, Round Table Pizza, Korean BBQ and Donut Shop near Tesla chargers. This was my second visit, both times getting The Italian Job on dutch crunch. Great sandwich neatly prepared with generous fillings and a separately wrapped pickle portion, cute! The sandwich was a little slim on the salami and pepperocini for the true Italian flavor but made up for it with ample other deli meats and fillings. The interior features dark wood paneling so was a little dim but there was ample seating plus a few tables outside. Lots of attentive staff preparing the sandwiches, salads and soup orders. The manager even circulating and wiping tables, welcoming guests. My sandwich was prepared surprisingky quickly at peak weekday lunch time. A great experience with quality and service!

Workers greeted us right away and we were sat quickly. We luckily beat the lunch rush but just a few minutes because after we ordered it started filling in quick. I originally chose this spot because the older menus had sugarcane juice listed, but it seems that's no longer on the menu. I was pretty bummed but we went ahead and ordered a few different things to try. We started with the Shrimp Fresh Rolls and Pork Banh Mi. Both very solid choices. The spring roll was refreshing and peanut sauce was tasty. The meat on the sandwich was super soft and seasoned great. Nice soft toasty bread. For the main dishes we got the Five Spice Chicken & Rice and the Satay Pho. The chicken was super juicy and tender. Might be some of the best chicken I've had texture wise. Flavor was great. It was my favorite dish there. The Satay Pho was probably my least favorite, but not bad by any means. The flavor was interesting, but I think I'd prefer normal pho over it. My husband really enjoyed the broth though. Overall, everything tasted pretty good and was cooked well. We enjoyed it much more than we thought we would!

I am glad we did. The food was pretty good, We had bun bo hue and banh mi with a pandan coffee. We are bun bo hue lovers, and often we have to go all the way to San Jose for good bun bo hue. This place can satisfy our craving going forward. Honestly some spots in San Jose still are better for this particular noodle, but if I dont want to drive that far, I am happy to get it here. We order the wrong banh mi... did not enjoy the BBQ pork version. We thought the combination is the one we normally get at other banh mi shops, but it was our own fault, we know what to order next time. The pandan coffee... well they sent me to the wrong coffee first, then corrected it. I am not sure if they really re-do the coffee as I really do not taste any pandan at all. The service was fine, we need to wave them down for more water a few times, but I am not asking too much. The place buzzing so a bit noisy but really you cannot expect to have quiet ambiance in an Asian restaurant after all. yes we will be back, and next time I know which banh mi I need to get.

I love that the calorie counts are included on the menu, and the portions are just right. The service also reminds me a little of Trader Joe's customer service. Everyone is usually super smiley, personable, and genuinely helpful. If something isn't quite right, they'll actually try to make it right instead of making you feel like you're being difficult. My usual order is the Avocado & Quinoa Salad, with the "Not So Fried" Chicken sandwich or salad-style version as a close second. I also really like that you can turn any sandwich into a salad. If you order in person, the staff will usually let you choose from several different salad mixes, which I wish was also an option in the app. The seasonal menu is probably one of my favorite things about Mendo because there's always something new to try. A few summers ago I had a spicy prosciutto and peach sandwich that was honestly out of this world. It's still my favorite sandwich I've had here, and every summer I hope it makes a comeback. I may or may not think about that sandwich more often than I should. The 1/2 sandwich option is also great when I want something smaller since it comes with a side. I just wish there were more salad choices besides the kale and apple rainbow salad. On colder days or when I'm feeling under the weather, the lemon chicken and farro soup is excellent comfort food. And the basil pesto shells are my boyfriend's favorite side, so those almost always end up in the order too. There's a few tables outside, which I prefer when the weather's nice. Inside, just beware of the grassy bench seating because I've definitely run into a few sticky spots there.

Self-depreciation joke aside, let get straight into this review. My wife and I were looking for a place for lunch and wanted something on the lighter side. Ive been meaning to try this place out and was very glad that I did. This place actually makes eating healthy fun and is very delicious. Life is about balance and I certainly cant always have fries and cheeseburgers. I mean, I could but I'd pay the price. I didnt feel like I was making any big sacrifices with the steak sandwich. It wasn't heavy like a cheesesteak would be and I was satiated. What I didnt expect, however, was enjoying the salad more than the steak and bacon sandwich. Excuse my english but Holy Shitballs, this was a very tasty salad and everything tasted so fresh. Salads are supposed to taste fresh so, you can tell I dont eat salads very much by the way I am describing it but man, I could eat this salad multiple times a week! I am trying to make healthier decisions, it's not easy but every little bit counts.

The staff was really friendly and helpful which always sets a good tone. I ordered the Hawaiian Morning sando and it was yolky and delicious. My one gripe is the spam situation. They've got two small tables on the inside and a few tables on the outside for slightly bigger parties. You can order at their counter or at the kiosk, but service is pretty limited in general. My friend and I ended up opting for the same thing. We each got an Eggy and a hot Honey Matcha (regular size, no sugar added). The Eggy comes in a small glass jar filled with potato puree and topped with a poached egg, some chives, and bacon bits. It comes with four slices of baguette. The concept is very similar to Eggslut in Las Vegas, but is not very comparable. I think they lack some ingredients in the potato puree. It honestly just tasted like mash potato, but has room for improvement taste wise. My egg was a tad overdone, so it wasn't runny at all, so there's no egg yolk to mix in with the rest of the jar. It would more be tasty if it was runny though so that it would serve more as a dip with the baguette than a spread. They probably could have elevated the baguette a little more too - maybe with some seasoning. For a little jar, it is quite filling with the amount of carbs. My Matcha was also just okay. Flavor was a little flat, like it doesn't have a vibrancy to it like some Matcha does. The honey doesn't help much either. All in all, our lunch experience was okay. It might be better to go for their Sandos next time since there's probably more ingredients to it. I think I would opt for drinks next door if I were to come here again. Interesting experience though!

We scheduled pickup for 10:15 AM, yet when our admin arrived around 10:00 AM, the staff had absolutely no idea our order even existed. How does a business fail to keep track of an order placed online two days ahead of time? What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility for their failure to check online orders, the staff blamed us for not calling to confirm. We placed the order through their online system, provided two days' notice, and scheduled a pickup time. Why should the customer have to chase down a business to make sure it does its job? Our order ended up being an hour late, completely disrupting our lunch plans. For an order worth nearly $400, we expected at least basic professionalism, courtesy, and an apology. Instead, we were met with an unapologetic attitude, poor hospitality, and staff who somehow managed to make the entire situation feel like our fault. When the sandwiches finally arrived, they looked rushed and carelessly thrown together, which only added to the disappointment. What is particularly frustrating is how poorly this entire situation was handled from start to finish. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes says everything about its management and customer service. A simple, sincere apology and an effort to make things right would have gone a long way. We received neither. I've also noticed a pattern in how this location handles online reviews: positive reviews seem to receive responses, while negative feedback appears to go unaddressed. If management only wants to engage with happy customers and ignores legitimate complaints, that raises serious questions about whether customer feedback is actually valued. *We will never use this Lee's location again, and I would think twice before trusting them with catering for an important meeting or work event. When customers spend nearly $400 and place an order days in advance, the bare minimum expectation is that the order will be ready on time and that staff will treat them with respect. This location failed on both counts. Whoever is managing this location needs to take a serious look at how orders are handled, how staff treat customers, and what accountability actually looks like. The lack of preparation, the hour-long delay, the attitude, and the complete absence of an apology were unacceptable. This was not just a minor inconvenience; it was a thoroughly mishandled catering order and a disappointing example of customer service. Absolutely unacceptable.
