We stopped coming to this location about a year ago, the service was terrible, the staff was rude, the food took forever, never got refills etc. We decided to test our luck today and we are so glad we did. From the moment we walked in it was so great. We were immediately greeted by the hostess, and when we were sat she made conversation with us and was very friendly. Our server was very personable and did a great job taking our orders and delivering everything we needed. We were never short on refills. The manager was walking around clearing tables, refilling drinks, and asking customers how they were doing. Our food came quickly and correctly as well as any extras we needed. I in tonight or I should say this morning at 5 o'clock in the morning I was greeted by a guy name David. And let me tell you something that was the best service I ever had. He was polite. He helped me out with the issue I was having heck he even reminded me of the condiments that I forgot to ask for.He made sure I had my silverware and napkins everything I needed. And then he even offered to bring it out to the car for me even though I went ahead and ordered it to go. He didn't have to do that he went over and beyond.. this is the kind a waiter I want every time I go out to eat. The husband and I walked in to the restaurant and was greeted right away. Got seated super fast and our server Alena was awesome!! She is wonderful and super friendly. Even though her section was overloaded with customers she never forgets anything we requested. She always come check on us and ask if we needed anything else. Before we left we asked for a To go container and a Togo coffee cup. She went and got it for us right away. Alena also brought us a new cup of coffee and creamers. So first and foremost Denny's as a whole is an amazing diner and affordable to boot. However more then that Denny's has a certain standard for service. Now this Denny's in particular has a place in my heart. Here they usually take things a step further, more attentive servers there is always a seat in the house, and speaking of seats I do like the layout of this one quite a bit. Last but not least the food never dissapoints. The 2-4-6-8 menu isn't cheap in quality that's for sure. In any case would highly recommend for sure (especially the french toast slugger). I created a Yelp account JUST because of the experience I had with my husband and son. We had Jenise as our server and we were thoroughly impressed. To be honest, I don't expect great service at a Denny's but yesterday she made a big impression. She was so kind (big smile!) and was very attentive. She seemed to know what we needed before we even asked. (Ranch, extra napkins, extra ice for my iced tea, etc!) She engaged with my toddler numerous times and even brought him some crackers because he was getting fussy. Little gestures like that mean a LOT. I've been coming to this Denny's for about one year and about twice a week. The service is excellent and the staff members from the Cooks to the Clean-Up personal seemed to be focused on satisfying the customer. I have certain places that I prefer sit at and the waitresses have memorized that and when they see me come in, they look to seat me where I will be happy. The atmosphere at this Denny's stands out above others and I am not only happy to write this review, but also to tell others to come to this Denny's. Just came by last night and the service was great and quick! One of THE best Denny's I've ever been to. All the workers were super cool. I went in with my buddy and our waitress attended us immediately and made us feel very welcomed. Food came out really fast, I had the crazy skillet and it surprised me in taste nonetheless. We sat at the bar because we like to see the work happen right in front of us, even when our waitress was busy she kept a conversation with us and made sure we were okay. Thank you so much Annay! I took my elderly parents out for dessert at the 1151 Herndon Ave location in Clovis CA for a late night dessert the other evening. Jerimiah was our host and he did a FABULOUS job seating my elderly parents and I - taking time to find an easy path to the booth; followed by a very appetizing description of the desserts we shared we would be ordering. She knows our drinks already and knows the little items my mom orders on the side and remembers how we like our food cooked and style. Me and my family came in for breakfast and we made a good choice. We were super hungry and the hostess and our server Miguel was exceptional! He went above and beyond to treat us like family. Went out to dinner with the family tonight after some grocery shopping and Christmas shopping. Seemed like the whole town had the same idea. It was packed but our server was Stephanie was AMAZING!! My mom wanted to go to Denny's for her birthday on this past Monday. We had a wonderful experience thanks to Kylie, who was a fantastic waitress. She was one step ahead of us on every request. They ended up being out of a couple things we had ordered, but they immediately made it right by offering us some free items. All of our meals were delicious and my mom had a very happy birthday. My most recent trip to this Denny's was my first time at this location, and I'm looking forward to going back in the future! My family randomly decided to go at around 9 PM and we were seated and helped right away. Francisco was our server and I can easily say that he gave me the most memorable, positive experience. The manager always touches tables and comes to say hello and see how my meal was. The servers always have a smile and are quick to greet and help out. Even when busy.
