When we arrived, there was only 1 person in line ordering. The cashier was a very friendly, smiling, helpful server. She was very chatty and nice. Told us what is what, sides, etc. I saw ice cream on their little paper menu. She told us they don't serve ice cream. Yet. Lol. I've cream, you'll have to wait to next time should they server it. I've been a consistent sandwich connoisseur since Charley's first opened up here at Sierra Vista Mall. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and my sandwich has never disappointed. My favorite is the Chicken California with a side of a cheese fries. Apparently the rules here have changed for customer service. The front door was open letting in a cool breeze. This made it uncomfortable as we were eating. I asked an employee if it was ok to close the door, one said no "it's too hot in here", the other gave me the nod to close the door. A few minutes later the employee who said it was too hot, went and opened the door again. There's a specific worker who was really fun to chat with; his name was Malachi. Kind man and hard worker from the looks of it. I find most of the workers kind. I think people judge a place too harshly based on how long it takes but they never take into consideration of the number of workers or how long food realistically takes to be made. read more

Last night my family and I enjoyed some sandwiches and wings. Axel and Rita (our servers) were very busy and kept updating us on our order because it was pretty big. They had run out of a few things by the time our order was being made but offered substitutions. They apologized and were really nice about making our order right. Excellent customer service! I came today 07/19/24 at 2:30 and although I've been here many times, today was my favorite visit. The two girls working behind the counter today are so amazing, not only to me but to everyone here in the restaurant. They made my day so much better by having positive attitudes & serving delicious food. My go to everytime I come here is the chicken California, and these girls had my order out so fast and had me smiling and laughing the whole time I ate it. First time Charleys customer here. Almost didn't come due to negative reviews, until I read about a dozen 1 star reviews just whining about wearing a mask. I was more interested in the food, as I'm a cheesesteak guy. I walked in (no mask) and was promptly greeted. I was not asked to wear a mask. I stared at the menu for a bit and the gentleman gave me a some feedback about the sandwiches. I ordered the bacon 3 cheese with no pickles to go. I got my sandwich and it looked good! Called at 8:23 on a Sunday night, they close at 9 yet when I called a girl picked up and said that I couldn't place a to go order over phone. She then said yeah we aren't taking anymore to go orders, I said so I can't come in then? She told me no that they are about to close. Almost 40 minutes until they actually close and if I had a card instead of cast I could have placed it online on the website because once again they aren't closed. Idk of any restaurants that stop taking orders like that. I really like the sandwich but I will be taking my service elsewhere even if that means going to a different location. read more

Visited this location during covid times. Hot dog on a stick, Charleys and the Sakua place next door were the only eateries open. Typically this place is busy, however, when I visited this location at 1:00pm, there was no one there. I ordered a regular chicken philly with a drink and fries. The lemonade is a tad too sweet for my taste, it is a little less tangy than hot dog on a stick's lemonade. The philly cheesesteak had a great amount of chicken, mushrooms, bell peppers and cheese. They also add lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and a pickle inside the sandwich. I ate the sandwich in the car and it was very hot and burned my mouth, but I continued eating because it was delicious and I was hungry...so that's my fault. read more

I placed my order at 1:15pm. Order was simple, cheesesteak sandwich and fries in combo meal . Three people who ordered in store after I ordered got their food before me . I asked the cashier and he said sorry maybe 10 more mins . After 2 more people who ordered after me got their food I was agitated . Finally after 30+ mins my meal was ready ..
