Sunday, 3/16/2025 - saw Charley's Philly Steak and decided to try it. We just wanted something qick and easy to go. Address is 1240 Shaw Ave Suite 109, Clovis, CA 93612. When we arrived, there was only 1 person in line ordering. The cashier was a very friendly, smiling, helpful server. She was very chatty and nice. Told us what is what, sides, etc. I saw ice cream on their little paper menu. She told us they don't serve ice cream. Yet. Lol. I've cream, you'll have to wait to next time should they server it. Our Philly cheese steak was good. We asked for extra teriyaki sauce and got it. We liked our sandwich. It was easy, quick, and good. For something easy, this worked for us. We liked it! read more

I've been a consistent sandwich connoisseur since Charley's first opened up here at Sierra Vista Mall. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and my sandwich has never disappointed. My favorite is the Chicken California with a side of a cheese fries. Apparently the rules here have changed for customer service. The front door was open letting in a cool breeze. This made it uncomfortable as we were eating. I asked an employee if it was ok to close the door, one said no "it's too hot in here", the other gave me the nod to close the door. A few minutes later the employee who said it was too hot, went and opened the door again. First time Charleys customer here. Almost didn't come due to negative reviews, until I read about a dozen 1 star reviews just whining about wearing a mask. I was more interested in the food, as I'm a cheesesteak guy. I walked in (no mask) and was promptly greeted. I was not asked to wear a mask. I stared at the menu for a bit and the gentleman gave me a some feedback about the sandwiches. I ordered the bacon 3 cheese with no pickles to go. I got my sandwich and it looked good! It had pickles on it, but those were easily picked off so nbd. Sandwich was an 8 out of 10, I was pleased! I would come eat here again. read more

I came today 07/19/24 at 2:30 and although I've been here many times, today was my favorite visit. The two girls working behind the counter today are so amazing, not only to me but to everyone here in the restaurant. They made my day so much better by having positive attitudes & serving delicious food. Called at 8:23 on a Sunday night, they close at 9 yet when I called a girl picked up and said that I couldn't place a to go order over phone. She then said yeah we aren't taking anymore to go orders, I said so I can't come in then? She told me no that they are about to close. Almost 40 minutes until they actually close and if I had a card instead of cast I could have placed it online on the website because once again they aren't closed. so this was my first time in this establishment and I found it to be very nice. There was one person in general that was very helpful with explaining what the sandwiches had on them since I had not eaten there before. I believe his name was Alex or Aaron. Visited this location during covid times. Hot dog on a stick, Charleys and the Sakua place next door were the only eateries open. Typically this place is busy, however, when I visited this location at 1:00pm, there was no one there. I ordered a regular chicken philly with a drink and fries. The lemonade is a tad too sweet for my taste, it is a little less tangy than hot dog on a stick's lemonade. The philly cheesesteak had a great amount of chicken, mushrooms, bell peppers and cheese. They also add lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and a pickle inside the sandwich. I ate the sandwich in the car and it was very hot and burned my mouth, but I continued eating because it was delicious and I was hungry...so that's my fault. read more
