Terrible customer service. I have been a paying customer for years-since my daughter goes to dance next door. My son had an emergency and needed to use the bathroom -this doesn't happen very often as I usually don't have my son with me. They told me it was for paying customers only. I told them I wanted two salads because they asked. Finally, a lady comes to the cash register and see what kind of dressing. No one had asked what I wanted on my salad so I started telling her for the first salad she says well do you want dressing. I said no not on that one then she said do you want it on the other one? I said yes. Then she started to charge me and I said I need to tell you what I want on it and she goes well. That's what I was trying to get from you. When she had never ever asked me that. Then because she got mad at me, she served everyone else at the register, took their orders while my salads were made, and they were sitting on the side. she did not give them to me till everyone else served. Their sweet potato fries and beer battered fries are stupendous. Their sandwiches are pretty good. All the veggies are fresh, the meats are good and the bread is soft and has good flavor. The sandwiches are a little dry, even with condiments as well as oil and vinegar. The kids insisted on grilled cheese sandwiches. I warned them that they would be on sub rolls and not like dad makes. They are advertised as containing "provolone, American, and cheddar cheese melted together." They came with only a single piece of cheddar cheese that was lukewarm. They were also bone dry. Like many places, you have to learn what's best and what to avoid. The person who helped us was a woman dressed in all black, no uniform, seems like maybe she was the owner. I took my 87 year old grandpa to get a sandwich here. He had never been, so he asked the woman how long it would take. She then replied 3-5 minutes. I understand old people can be annoying and slow, but to be rude because of that is not okay. The whole time we were ordering she would talk over us and ask "what bread what bread" "what kind of sandwich" acting in a rush, I believe since my grandpa asked her how long it'd take. Mind you, there was no one in the restaurant. She was very rude to us and I was so uncomfortable and disappointed. A disappointment. Compared to other Deli Delicious locations, this particular location does not compare to the quality and value I have come to expect. I have visited this location on multiple occasions since it is closer, but the amount of meat and toppings is skimpy and the orders are not always correct-- sandwiches missing a topping or a few. I was thrilled to discover this location, because I figured I'd be eating here every Monday and Wednesday when I'm in the neighborhood, but there was an older Asian woman who has repeatedly been rude to me every time I go in. I came in at 7 PM on a Monday, and she treated me like I had the gall to ask her to make me a sandwich after they had closed (they close at 8 PM). She slammed the ingredients for my sandwich around, like she was throwing a tantrum, and when I asked for the works, she said "So just onions?" I read her the ingredients for the works, so she again told me, "So just onions" as though confirming that the works was actually "just onions". Ironically, she did give me a sandwich with the works, not "just onions". Though that should have been the last time I went in, I was stupid enough to return another Monday at 7 PM, and she told me she had already closed down the cash register. I wrote in to Deli Delicious's website, asking if the hours were listed wrong online. Do they truly not close until 8 PM? Because, if the hours are accurate, why are they closing the cash register at 7 PM and getting angry if you try to order a sandwich a full hour before they close? I never got a response, and I've sent in that question 3 times now through their website. Needless to say, I would be an idiot to ask somebody with anger management issues to make me a sandwich, so I have not returned. read more

They open on time and have made me a sandwich on occasion close to closing time.
