I had the most excellent drive-thru experience here recently--seriously, I can't remember the last time I had such fantastic service at a fast-food spot. The employee who took our order and handed out the food was incredibly friendly and talkative. He really made the interaction great. It was clear the staff cared about the order, and I truly believe our food was freshly made. For the food, I ordered the mini corn dogs and they were perfectly cooked and super flavorful. The root beer float was gigantic--it had more than enough ice cream, maybe even a little too much root beer! My daughter loved her veggie dog, saying it was well seasoned. A huge bonus: it came with a pickle that was almost as big as the dog itself! And finally, a huge thanks for the little extras: the staff was so thoughtful, they even gave a pup cup for our actual dog. That level of care makes all the difference. read more

Just went through the drive thru and Julisa had taken my order. She was very fast, efficient, and pleasant. I Love to come here cause people seem so nice and food is always delicious. The time before I came in and was served by a young gentleman. I can't recall his name but he was pleasant to deal with and inside is pretty clean and nice! read more

Great customer service and greated with a smile. Thank you Sara M. For your hospitality

I love their hot dogs when done correctly. The reason that their hot dogs are so good is because the buns are steamed. When we received our food, it was so disappointing that the buns were just taken out of a bag and put the barely warm hot dog in it. Paid for extra cheese on chili cheese fries, yet again another disappointment, barely any cheese. I won't eat at this location again when I'm in town. The staff was iffy, seemed like they all hated their jobs. read more

Love this location! I live near Modesto but travel through Fresno five days a week for work and this is the only Wienerschnitzel I will go to. The ones around Modesto all have terrible service but I go out of my way to stop at this one once a week. Samantha and her crew are awesome! They are all super friendly and courteous and the restaurant is always immaculate. read more

I have been coming here once a week for the past few months. Every time I come Samantha the manager and Stephanie her coworker are working. Let me say that wienerschnitzel has always been a guilty pleasure but the customer service is as good as any five-star restaurant I've been to. Samantha is so very inviting and personable. I love this spot so much because of how I am treated. I usually have a taste for a few things at a time. I always go to two places for fast food. This store lets me bring whatever I want then I order from here and sit down to eat. They never bother me or tell me I can't bring stuff in. The staff is always very polite and welcoming. The food is consistent and the restaurant is always clean inside and out. I've been frequenting here for 35 years read more

You lost a long faithful customer. Saw a commercial for the 5 for $5.95. My husband left immediately to go pick that up for us for a treat for dinner. You and your managers told us you no longer had that. REALLY?? I JUST saw the commercial. So, you told him he needed to buy the $10.00 combo...again REALLY? 6 dogs and 3 fries? We don't like your fries unless smothered in your chili. He asked to switch all 3 fries for 1 chili frie, would have been cheaper for you...but nooooo couldn't/wouldn't do it. VERY UNHAPPY with your service this evening. And to top it off...there is a nasty chemical taste to your corn dogs. And now, I have a really bad taste in my mouth for your product. read more

Good food, fresh fries is the only reason why we waited about 5 minutes for our order, the young lady with the shoulder length hair named Melissa was really. I've she waited as I figured out what I wanted to order and didn't hesitate when I asked for an extra soda at the window. As I was waiting also seen employee cleaning and making sure the place was in order. Fast and friendly and great food thanks again Melissa read more

I haven't been in a Wienerschnitzel for about 10 years. All the sudden after watching an episode of hotdogs from food trucks on the Food Network, I had a craving. When I walked in, I was greeted by the person behind the counter. I informed her that I have not been in a Winerschnitzel for a long time, and will need a little time. She said, okay, but did not offer or asked to see if I needed help with their menu. I asked about their combos and family pack. I also asked to see if I can substitute the regular fries with chili cheese fries. All I got was it is what it is. If I wanted chili cheese fries, I would need to pay for chili cheese fries. I just opted for the family meal and went on my way. The chili dogs were good. No complaints. The service could of been better. read more

I ordered from coupon so I can't really complain I wanted them to double it but they didn't i was wondering why it was so cheap I guess I wasn't specific oh well didn't really need the extra food anyway.. but the food was fresh and service was fast. Other than the fact I wanted more food than I ordered I'll be back and more clear on how I would like to use the coupon read more

The service here is awesome! I ordered a bunch of food and had one coupon and the girl working the drive thru told me there was another coupon on the same flyer for another part of my order so I ended up saving even more money and they were very friendly and fast getting the food out. Two thumbs up! read more

Im a very picky person myself and i had no complications. Food was fresh and exacly as i orderd.

I decided to try this place after passing by it almost everyday as an undergrad. When I first got there the staff were super friendly and so nice, something unusually rare in fast food chains. The cashier recommended me to try the street dog and I tried the chili cheese dog as well. I was amazingly suprised and how delicious they both were. Very nice people and almost felt like a mom and pop restaurant. Will indeed go back! Staff were amazing and that too me that is always a reason to go again! Plus the food was yummy! read more

Usually decent chili dogs but today my chili dog had about a teaspoon of chili and French fries were pale and limp. After taking chili dog back was told after chili dog is wrapped, bun absorbs chili!! I can honestly say I've had more than a few chili dogs in the past and never had one with such a a small amount of chili on it. Quality has gone way down and won't be eating there anymore. read more
