The food is good, but the location is sketchy lol. I do appreciate the fact that there is a drive thru tho! The other location don't have a drive thru. This was our first time here. We got the chili cheese fries and added pastrami. And then a bacon cheeseburger by itself no tomatoes. The service was good. They forgot to take the tomatoe out and didn't realize it till after they handed us the food. Then he offered to take it out of the burger to which we said no it's fine we'll just take it out ourselves lol. Got home and tried the fries. It was a big serving for the price! They were still pipin hot!! The fries were really good and the pastrami was a nice addition to the chili cheese. The burger had a soft pillowy bun and it was juicy!! We stopped here yesterday because we were in the area, and we love to try new (to us) burger places. This one was awesome. It's a small burger place downtown on Divisidero. Inside there are two tables -- sometimes in a small restaurant, if there are only one or two tables, you almost feel like you shouldn't use them, you know? Like in some tiny places, you feel the tables are just for show. Or you feel like you're invading the restaurant. But not here. It's a small place, very clean, and we felt like the tables were meant to be used. We were very comfortable staying here to eat. There were also a couple more tables outside. The service was very friendly, and the food was made quite quickly. Also when I paid by credit I was shocked that there wasn't a tipping option -- more and more, even at a fast food place, you're always asked for a tip. There was also a tip jar though, and I had some cash so on my way out I made sure to tip. We were happy with everything here. The food was delicious -- the best sort of burger. A quarter pound cheeseburger, fresh bun, fresh toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, grilled onion), and hot off the grill. Loved the burger. The fries were crinkle cut and very fresh, light, slightly crispy. Perfect fries. They reminded me of Triangle Burger fries. Husband got pastrami sandwich which he liked. The pastrami was well done and slightly crispy. A little different but good: it was served with lots of mustard which I think he would have preferred to choose his own amount of mustard? Next time we go, he'd probably ask to have the mustard on the side so he can add the amount he likes. He also got onion rings which were just like the fries -- light and fresh out of the fryer and tasty. They were served with ranch but we also grabbed some ketchup packets. Also got fountain sodas - good! Overall it was a perfect burger joint experience. We'd definitely go back next time we're in the area at lunchtime. read more

Got a bacon cheeseburger combo at the drive-thru & ate it in the parking lot. Speedy service: maybe a 6-minute wait. Decent, fairly standard burger was a little heavy on the mustard and the bacon could have been crisper (unable to bite through 2 of the 3 rashers, I had to tooth-drag them out & chew up without the comping condiments). Stopped by Juicy Burger for the first time after a long drive, and while I didn't try a burger, I went for the chicken strips and fries. The chicken strips were solid--crispy on the outside, tender inside, and well-seasoned. I usually can't finish meals like this, but I managed to eat everything, so either they were that good or I was just really hungry! The fries were great--perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, just the way they should be. The portion size was just right, and everything came out fresh. The worker was very kind and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Drive-thru to get it shortly later. Worker was masked. Received with good day wishes! Lunchtime! My veggie cheese sandwich was DELICIOUS! Jalapeños with it added a nice spice! Onion rings with hot sauce& ketchup were GREAT! Crunchy, tasty with a nice spicy kick!! This place is so so good. From the outside it looks a little seedy, but the food is great. I usually get the pineapple burger, but recently I've tried some of their other burgers and appetizers and they're all really good. Staff are always polite and friendly and hook it up with the dips and condiments. I llove a good JB2 burger. read more

Good service and usually good sandwiches. This last time not so much. Our philly sandwiches were charred to a crisp. You could see and smell that they were burnt. Had this issue in the past and thought they may have corrected the issue. Guess it's hit and miss with these guys. They gave us our money back with no hassle but I'm done with them. As we walked in.. the cashier said hello, she wasnt very informative but was a bit hard to hear due to the A/C units were on (hot day). We had Juicy burger no#2 and the Juicy Pineapple burger. Great burger spot in DT/Tower area. If you are deciding between Juicy Burger or Frosty Queen down the street, LISTEN UP! Juicy Burger is DEFINITELY superior. I ordered a cheeseburger combo for under $10 and it was delicious. The cheeseburger is a great size, and very thoughtfully put together with cheese, pickles (the good ones, not those thin wimpy ones), crisp shredded lettuce (a MUST - not that soggy stuff other places have), onions if you would like, tomatoes and mayo. Everything about the burger was fresh and delicious. The fries were your traditional crinkle cut fries, the thinner ones, that were seasoned and fresh! Their ranch tasted homemade, and it was refrigerated. Delicious meal. Glad this business just opened, the quality of the food and service were exceptional. Hope they keep up the quality. Went to Juicy Burger on Olive last year and wasn't impressed. Today was my second time going to Divisadero and both times I was great. Tasty burger and even the patties had plenty of seasoning. Food was good. Fries were extremely salty, like someone dumped a container of salt. Burger was good and the jalapeño poppers were absolutely amazing. Root beer was probably the most carbonated I've ever had. I'm giving it a 3 because the service was horrible. I went though the drive through and couldn't hear the guy, even turned my car off so I could hear him, he YELLED at me asking about my drink flavor. I have worked in fast food so I definitely know how to treat a customer and it was just simply rude. No need to yell at a customer when YOUR drive through speaker has extremely low volume.
