We were blown away by the exceptional customer service at Del Sol Auto Sales. We had been searching online for a quality used car, but every time we found something we were interested in, either no one got back to us or someone finally got back to us but the car had already sold but the posting was still up. When we contacted Del Sol about a vehicle, not only did they have the car and all its details, they also gave us suggestions on a few other cars there so we could compare. Del Sol has their own mechanics on site, so they inspect their cars and make necessary repairs without passing the price on to its customers. We never felt pressured or deceived. In fact, Sel Sol went out of their way to make sure we got the best prices possible and made sure we understood all the contractual stuff we were signing so we could make informed decisions. Today I purchased a car from Del Sol, it was my first time financing a vehicle and my credit is less than great. I expected to have to sit there for hours and possibly not even get a car because that's what other dealers had led me to believe but that was absolutely not the case. I walked in there and test drove a couple of vehicles and found the perfect one for me. It was nice to not be pressured by the sales guy, Victor. He wanted to make sure I found the car I would love, not just a quick sell for him. It was a difficult decision, only because they have so many great cars on their lot and he gave me many options. Within an hour they had me financed, insured and ready to go. The customer service was fantastic and they are very accommodating. I will definitely be coming back here to purchase another vehicle. Worse place on earth...of course they will be nice to try and get money from you, but you should see what they do behind your back, me and my significant other got a car, at their lot, here recently we found out ALOT wrong with it...so we wanted to get a different car because it was to unsafe to drive and expensive to fix. so we went to a dealership and they gave us the background check for it and found out that the car that we got from Del So Auto Sales, was totaled and title was lost, in the past, we would NEVER have bought the car if we would have known that...Del So Auto Sales falsified the car fax just so they could sell a unsafe car to a innocent man, so now we can't get anything for the car. What you people did was not only illegal, but also morally corrupt, and completely lacking business integrity. To falsify documents for an easy and lucrative sale. Shame on you! read more

I recently took my son to Del Sol to buy his first car, what a Great decision that was. We were met by Mario, who has very helpful helping us pick out a vehicle. We didn't have much money to put down, but after working with Victor for a while, my son was able to get approved for a newer vehicle. After getting approved, we headed off to the finance department and worked with Javier. He worked very hard to get my son a Great rate as a first time car buyer. He then called my son back the next day with a better interest rate. This has never happened to me in all my years buying a car. Everyone working at this dealership was very courteous and exceeded both my son and my expectations! I saw an add online and went to check out the truck. It ended up not being fourwheel drive, So I told John Sanchez, my sales guy what I was looking for and three days later they had purchased a vehicle for me to come check out. It was clean and we worked out a great deal. It is a car dealership and of course they have sales tactics but I was happy with my experience and it doesn't feel like other dealerships with hard pressure sales. I really enjoyed working with John and felt he was honest and was very up front with the sales routine and very interested in getting me what I wanted, not just what they had on the lot. I went in to look for a car for an SUV for my wife and a first car for my daughter. Jason helped me find a good fit for both needs at a good price. He worked to get us deals that fit our budget and seemed more interested in helping me than about making money. The financial manager, Javier, was very knowledgeable and helpful and the owner, Edgar, came out and talked to me and my wife and daughter. He was very welcoming. Everyone here was super helpful and nice. They take the time to look at the car before you drive it off the lot. They changed the oil.
