Was nearby and looking for something quick. This was a great option. Service was quick and very friendly. I ordered a chicken pesto pizza. It was pretty good. I've had better sure but this wasnt the worst. They have wings but I didn't try any. If I'm ever in this area, I would order from here again.

They have vegan cheese, therefore, I had to give it a try!! The pizza was very good, and I loved the variety of toppings. I've tasted better quality vegan cheese but overall, I would definitely return. Good service, good food, reasonable prices.

We were staying around the Dupont Circle neighborhood and wanted a quick pizza lunch pick up. DC Pizza was close by and had decent Yelp! ratings, and so we gave it a try. It was a fun experience... The setup is very efficient. Once you walk in, you pick up an ordering sheet to fill out. You can build your own or choose one of their few preselected combos. Then you head to the left and hand over your order form to the staff at the first station. Within less than 10 minutes, your pizza passes through each station wrapping around the store in clockwise fashion til you get to the cashier to pay for your pizza. They'll call your number and your pizza is ready all boxed up to go. A 10 minute walk back to our hotel and the pizzas were still hot, fresh and crispy with the thin crust...just the way I like it!

Spectacular gluten free pizza - the freshest ingredients- natural tomato sauce - and wait for it yall THEY ANSWER THE PHONE !!!!!!! Always fabulous service and they cook it exactly how I like it - well done !! Lovely staff - our go to for delivery !

I would've loved this place for my own love for pizza before. Unfortunately with my family having to go gluten free and dairy free (GFDF), having pizza is just not the same. I'm glad DC pizza has an option for persons needing the same dietary restrictions. My son wanted a pineapple pizza. He was thrilled to 1. get GFDF pizza, 2. watch them make the pizza, and 3. eat it while it's hot! I tasted it thinking it won't be that good cuz my experience with plant based cheese has not been meh - it was actually pretty good. It was too toasted though so maybe next time I'd ask that when making the gluten free pizza to either run it shorter in the oven or lower the heat. I lie, one more thing, it was pretty pricey for opting for GF and vegan cheese. Like $5 more. The cash register saw my shock of the price so she offered I take two cookies for my two kiddos. It was a generous and kind gesture. I sadly declined because they weren't gluten free but it was still very sweet of her. I'd come back for the GFDF pizza for my son again. The place was tight inside. It could probably seat 5-7 people inside. There were definitely a lot more seating in the outdoor area.

Good pizza, great prices. The concept is really cool. You basically order like a "Subway" style and they make your pizza right there at the counter. I opted for The Marty which has: Naturally Sweet Tomato Sauce Three Cheese Blend Banana Peppers Pineapple Pepperoni Sausage Sweet Red Chili Sauce (finish) I loved the flavors together and it was fresh and hot! The cheese was wonderful and plentiful. The sweet chili finish was a great complement. My friend made her own pizza and admittedly didn't have as much cheese as mine did. It also took them longer than the promised "3 minutes" (maybe 10/15). Maybe just a one-off? I'd definitely recommend DC pizza for a quick and tasty option. You really can't beat it for the price and convenience!

    Vegan chorizo!
    Marc M.

Vegan Chorizo, what else needs to be said! For a flat price, you get to choose your cheese and sauce, and up to 4 toppings. There are some up charges, but there are enough included options that you don't need to pay more. On the weekend it's open late, great spot for the munchies.

Where the door dash customer service rep said the pizza was delivered (incorrect address)...walked next door and it was gone!

They were a few left, so we got an orange blossom oat toffee cookie. It was perfectly balanced with floral notes, tanginess from the orange, and caramel-y sweetness from the toffee. We also appreciated the lattes: halawa honey and baklawa mocha. Never thought to add tahini to my coffee (halawa) and the rose and orange blossom notes were nice touches to the baklawa mocha. You may add sweetener yourself to get it to your preferred level of sweetness. I definitely would love to come back, particularly early, to be able to sit down, relax, and have a slow meal with a latte and a book. (That and to see more variety at the pastry window!!)

This time I ordered the Halawa Honey which was a bit too sweet, but it was a nice twist of flavor and you could taste the tahini. We were sat down quickly since it wasnt crowded for a sunday evening. The servers were helpful with the menu. We ordered about 10 minutes into our visit. We ordered appetizers to include Taiwanese popcorn chicken, spicy wontons, and cucumber salad. We also ordered our meals, too. A beef lamen, pork soup dumplings, crab and pork soup dumplings, and I originally wanted the fried chicken curry lamen but he talked me against it due to spice level and I opted for the sake chicken, per his recommendation. The soup dumplings came out abt 15 min later at which I was told that the cucumber salad was sold out and asked if I wanted anything else. I passed since I had ordered the popcorn chicken already. My friend wasnt a fan of her pork soup dumplings and didnt finish them at all. She stated a severe lack of flavor. The crab/pork ones were a hit for the other friend. I cant eat pork nor beef, so I was still sitting and waiting for my popcorn chicken appetizer to hold me off a bit. About another 20 minutes passed then the beef lamen came out for one friend and then an order of the curry lamen. We were confused on if this was our actual order until he realized that he wrote down the wrong dish for me after I explained that he told me to get the sake chicken instead. He apoligized but by this point, I hadnt had food in roughly 6 hours, I was starving and asked to keep the wrong order, please. He refused and said he would get me the correct item because it's just in the back. Keep in mind that the spicy won tons were still missing and so was my popcorn chicken. About 10 minutes later, the spicy won tons finally made it and she enjoyed them more than her pork soup dumplings. Then the other server comes to tell me that there is more cucumber salad. Im not sure how we go from sold out to availability nearly an hour later but I still refused since I was ready for my main entree at this point. The other friend ended up ordering it instead. She said it was good. I didn't try out of frustration of how this experience was unfolding for me. My entree finally came out after another 15 or so minutes, which meant it acrually was NOT sitting in the back and ready. Im exhausted. Im starving. Ive sat here and watched my table eat while my orders were fumbled for some odd reason. The sake chicken was okay. Its really like katsu chicken with a ton of yum yum and eel sauce over a bed of rice. Best way to explain it. I probably would have enjoyed the original curry dish more. About another 10 minutes later, my popcorn chicken arrives, which beyond upset me because I asumed this order wasnt put in at this point. It had been over an hour! I gave it to my friend instead after trying one and not enjoying the flour-heavy taste. I'm not sure if this was an off night or what but I cant say that I will return just from the sheer time it took to get our orders! An hour and half was beyond ridiculous when the place wasnt even full. No one explained the delays nor came to give us updates while we were waiting, either. I gave them a star for the food being half enjoyed by some of my party and another for pricing because it really wasnt expensive, which was a plus. If you have hours to spare and dont arrive hungry, check this place out!

I made RSVP for this Korean restaurant on a Sunday evening...and it was bustling!…read more Despite RSVP for the main room, we got seated in an extended part of the room (more like an indoor patio?)...so frankly, the ambiance was a bit off for me. So was the overhead music. Guess I expected a more authentic Korean experience, but the place was more or less an Americanized Korean bistro. Still, the foods seemed authentic! We ordered a few things to share... Mandu, Dolsot Bibimbap, and this Ssam Board. For drinks, my husband got some beer (?), and I got this fruity cocktail (??). First, the positives! The Mandu was really, really good...and quite meaty! The Dolsot Bibimbap was good in that it came with a generous load of fresh veggies. Now the problems. The Bulgogi in the Dolsot Bibimbap was problematic. It was a bit too fatty...and too chunky...and just hard to eat. It was also a bit bland! They should have cut it up a bit...or provided us with proper cutlery, like a fork and a knife! This is a pet peeve of mine...but nowadays, hardly any restaurant gives you the full set of cutlery. Just fork, or just chopsticks!! Then the Ssam Board. While it looked luscious, I personally had a problem with the meat. While I love Galbi, cuts of Galbi was all-out rare. The waiter didn't even ask for our preference, by the way. If I knew it'd be prepared that red, I would have ordered something else. If it was medium-rare, for instance, I might have liked this dish. My husband prefers a much more rare cut of meat than me, yet even he thought this was too red. Also, I expected something more than raddish for sides. Not sure if this "Board" was worth $42. We also tried this Black Sesame Ice Cream dessert. I loved the flavor...but nothing too special. Service was a bit off as well. While friendly at our table, our waiter wasn't too attentive...especially in the beginning. If he stopped by our table earlier, I might have gotten them to bring back the Ssam Board to cook the meat a bit more. Frankly, I was underwhelmed with the foods, the presentation, even the service. Overall, there were just too many things amiss (or just underwhelming??)...so much so that I doubt I'll pick this place again.
