I cannot get over how delicious the crust is on this thing. I mean don't get me wrong the whole pizza is delicious but the crust is just cooked perfect and has great Italian flavor to it. Love the whole in the wall tiny vibe to it. Staff greeted me right when I walked in. Found the station right away. Ordering is like "Which Which" (If you've ever had it) but basically you get a sheet of paper, check off everything you want on your pizza and a couple minutes later you get a rectangle of deliciousness. The order went through Grubhub and it stated around 45 minutes, to have the pizza. When the time came for the order, I went to the hotel lobby and waited. After about waiting for about 20 minutes, over the expected delivery time. I called Grubhub and the customer service person apologized and told me the order wasn't yet picked up and if I still wanted the order. I told her, I still wanted the order, but I hoped that it wasn't going to be cold. I waited another 15 minutes and someone called me, to come out and pick up the pizza. The delivery guy apologized and gave me the pizza. I got to my room and the pizza was very cold. This was a really bad experience and the restaurant could have called and apologized. I had the veggie pizza, GF, with pepperoni added. It was good - and fresh! - but nothing special. I prefer a thicker crust and more distinct flavor profile, esp. at that price point!
