Giving 3 stars because the manager/owner is very friendly. I don't think I've ever had a crappier pedicure. Didn't file or clean under the nails. My toenails were left jagged and not shaped. Nail tech didn't use much effort into scrubbing bottom of heels/feet. I wanted to like this place but it seems as if the staff is not experienced. I showed a picture of the color I wanted as dip and emphasized I did not want pink, that I wanted a nude. I kept asking "this isn't going to be pink, right?" And was told no. It definitely is pink. All in all, I think they could have put more effort instead of just doing the bare minimum. If I received a basic pedicure, I wasn't offered anything better. Wouldn't recommend read more

They are the best! I have been coming here since they opened and have never been disappointed, the friendliest staff and my nails are always beautiful read more

Wow...I've been trying to find the right nail salon around downtown Austin that wasn't $30 for a manicure and I finally found my salon... I had the best manicure for $18 and a pedicure for $30. The leg/foot massage that comes with the pedicure was fantastic. Great customer service and clean environment too. I'll be back! read more

Absolutely love this place and the people working here. My nails look terrific, the staff is warm and friendly, and the facility so clean

Very happy with my manicure (Dazzle package with SNS/dipping polish) and pedicure (Classic). Great location, prices, and availability. Friendly and professional. Will be back. read more

Called an hour before I wanted to come in and they were able to squeeze 2 of us in 90 mins later, which worked out great. Arrived and the place was somewhat busy but they still made our appointment happen on time. Had an amazing pedicure, and the team was wonderful/super friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to my Austin friends (since this was just last minute for me when I visited). read more

I really enjoyed this salon. Was once and returned again. Very clean, nice music playing. The manicurist is polite and very delicate. I am once again pleased with the result. I recommend! read more

Made an appointment and when I came in they were extremely busy. I waited 30min past my appointment time and some lady came in demanding to be seen because she had an appointment. They ended up putting her in a chair because she complained about having to wait 10min. They did my nails an hour past my appointment. I would have left but my daughter and her friend was with me and they really wanted to stay. read more

Wonderful place!!!! My husband and I are hooked! Very clean and the couple that own it are very sweet. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment through their website and received a text confirmation within ten minutes! Also, this place has a parking lot which is an added bonus! I had nail dip powder (oval shaped) and pedicure with Vanna. I loved the way my nails turned out. This will definitely be my go-to from now on. Pricing is very reasonable for the area! Thank you for the great service! read more

This place is very clean and has amazing staff. The color selection is also much better than I've seen at other nail salons and my dip powder nails came out beautiful! I will definitely be making this my go-to nail salon in Austin. read more

This place is so personable and well managed! My #1 spot for nails! Nothing but praise for this place.

The best nail treatment I've ever had. The owners were so kind and talked to us the entire time. They were understaffed and my friends manicure took a bit longer, and they gave both of us 10% off and a couple of face masks. Not to mention my nails look amazing!!! Will definitely be coming back. read more

I am updating this review on 8/16 - 2 weeks after my first visit and 5 star review. What a different experience! It wasn't the friendliest atmosphere and should have known it would be a less than ideal experience when another customer was asking for her nail to be fixed and also asking if the tool they were using was clean. The beginning of my manicure was fine, but the tech had to leave so another, older tech stepped in. I asked for almond shape - just like the shape I currently had. She filed my pinky nail to be basically square but kept insisting it was round. When I asked if she could try rounding it again, she aggressively filed into the side of my nail into the cuticle bed, causing pain and disfiguring the nail. The other tech had to step back in to finish. They apologized but it was such an awkward experience and truly hate having to beg for the nail I want. Lastly, Vivian, the owner had done my nails before and had done an excellent job. I inquired the days that she worked so that I could time my visit better next time. They told me that as of this morning she is no longer the owner and has "moved on to bigger and better things". Ultimately the nail tech, Mindy, did a fine job, and the "new" owner Alex was polite and made pleasant conversation, but the experience really ruined it for me. ---- Great spot downtown for mani/pedi. Just moved here from San Francisco and have been trying a few places as I search for a regular spot. (You never know the pain of moving until you need to find a new nail lady!!) This place is a gem! New studio, super clean and organized, and the staff is really friendly and kind. Great shaping, polish and good length of time for massage. My nail tech went back multiple time to perfect the nails and cuticles when many others would have just left as is. There is easy parking and wasn't too busy when I was there mid day. read more

I had a couple of interesting experiences at this salon. The first time I went I noticed that when I walked in I got offered a water. I didn't think anything of it, but then I noticed that every one that walked in got offered wine or water. Like I said I didn't think anything of it and figured it was just an oversight. The service was fine and I left without giving it much thought. The second time I went in I got offered a water again. But again I noticed that everyone that was walking in was offered sparkling water or regular water like I had been given. In fact some people sitting down were drinking sparking water. Now I do not know if I should go back. Both times I have been in there I have noticed I am the only Latina and everyone else is either white and a few Asian customers. I do not know if that is a factor to the subtle difference of treatment because other than that the manager has been polite. But still it was enough of a difference for me to notice it. read more

I won't go back here. When the person giving me my manicure saw someone else walk in that had an appointment with her she cut my manicure very short. Barely got any massage at all to my hands and none on my forearms. I was waiting for my girlfriend to finish getting her manicure and pedicure I looked at my fingernails and noticed they weren't even clean. The person doing my pedicure was mediocre as well. And the bill was $133. Bye-bye read more

Okay y'all, I can hands down say this is the best gel manicure I have ever received. I was visiting Austin with my boyfriend for his birthday and we popped in on a whim to get our nails done. We knew we were cutting it close arriving at 530 when they closed at 6, but we figured all else fails we'd come another day. However, they were so accommodating and squeezed us both in! Yes both, because my boyfriend decided why the hell not get a manicure too. He even went for some black nail polish for fun. The woman who did my gel removal and gel manicure was so precise, and at one point I asked about the glitter topper I was getting and the male (owner?) came over to show me a couple options and even painted his own nail to show me the colors! He said he wanted to be sure I was happy with the outcome. When they found out we were celebrating my beau's birthday, they even gave us a couple of face masks to do that night. I can't sing praises enough for how warm, friendly, and professional this place was. And here's the real kicker, my nails still look EPIC 2 full weeks later. Not a chip in sight. The picture I attached is at the 2 week mark, and to be clear this is gel over my natural nail. I will be definitely visiting when I'm back in town! read more

This place was amazing. I just happened to stumble upon it thanks to yelp while visiting Austin for a conference. The owner(?, a man probably in his 50s or 60s) I assume, was so so sweet and very conversational with me. The woman Mandy who did my nails was thorough and did a great job. The place is clean and updated. The gentleman even gave me a face mask to go as a gift before I left. Definitely recommend! read more

My friends and I went here on a whim this weekend, and we could not have had a better experience. The owners and employees are so friendly and nice, the service was perfect, and they were generous with their time! They just opened and the place is really sharp, clean, and well-run. Prices are reasonable as well. Can't say enough nice things about them - we had such an awesome time and look forward to going back! read more

Text to book is super convenient, especially when I had to change appointment times last minute. Very affordable price for SNS (standard to what I'm used to paying) and quick turnaround. They also had great attention to detail and did the SNS thin so it looked natural, something I've had a hard time finding at other salons. Thanks Dazzle Nails! read more

Dazzle Nails Spa - SNS powder dip - Nail Salons Near Me - Austin, Texas

I paid for a callus treatment pedicure and dipped powder nails. I have been here before with no issues but this time I was severely disappointed with the treatment and customer service. In one photo you can see my foot is left with so much callus. The manager said it was my fault for not requesting more to be shaven off. Why was I not asked if I was okay with the amount if there was clearly so much left? A callus treatment removes the callus, not a little foot scrub. If their policy is to shave a little until the customer is happy, then they should have asked me and informed me. I can also say this was not my experience last time I came here, so I think it shows how inconsistent they sre. In the next photos you can see how much residue is left all around my nails. They said I should just shower to have it all come off. I washed my hands twice during the process and they tried to clean it off 2 times after it was done when I mentioned it. The nail technician kept saying she didnt even see anything on my nails. I have never had this much residue left around my nails before after getting dipped powder. It was a sloppy job on the nail technicians part. The manager then said he needed a customer's second opinion on the nails. The customer was extremely bothered by the fact that she was being involved in the situation as it was ruining the spa experience. I completely agree and the manager should not have involved another customer. It comes down to my opinion and what I am asking for since I am the paying customer. Additionally, the nail technician forgot to shape my nails and cut my cuticles before pulling out the powder. I had to stop her and ask when she was going to do that part. The experience seemed very rushed for having had an appointment. I am very disappointed with the treatment from the staff making me think this was acceptable. The manager even said he has seen nails come out worse than mine and once you shower it is fine. I am shocked a nail salon does not aim for perfect nails when leaving. You may come here and have a fine experience, but I dont reccomend coming here if you want consistency. There are plenty of competitors out there that will treat you better that aim for the highest quality nails and toenails when you leave the salon. Not something that can be fixed by yourself later on (ie/ taking a shower or doing an at home callus treatment). read more

Everyone was so nice and they managed to do my nails and my toes at the same time. However, I wasn't thrilled with the color selection-- I was looking for a light jade color that is on trend right now and was left with a rather neon green instead. I guess I should have brought my own. In addition to that, my manicure looked extremely transparent and showed my nail color through, even though the many coats made it look chunky. The nails I felt were filed very unevenly, and my pedicure chipped about 30 seconds after I left. read more

Went here off an insta rec and was surprised with how quick and cheap the dip process was compared to other places!!! However, two days later I have three nails chipped and now NOT even a week later have had 5 out of 10 nails break or chipotle. This has NEVER happened as I usually keep mine on for 3+ weeks. I would not recommend this place for dip at all. read more

I've been to so many nail salons in Austin, usually just going someplace because it's convenient while not being completely satisfied. This is going to be my regular go-to from now on. Extremely great service, well organized, lots of great color options, easy to schedule appointment online, clean, plenty of parking and incredibly friendly staff. I got a mani with dip and pedicure. They took their time and I didn't feel like other places where they try to rush you in and out as soon as possible, even though I was there on a Friday afternoon. I saw them greeting people by name and chatting, so I can tell they have their regular clientele. I'll definitely be back! read more
