I love this place. If you never been there before, just go. I guarantee you'll find something you'll like. Their bread is awesome. They don't have a huge variety but you'll find something you'll like. They have plenty of cookies to choose from. They have plenty of mini pastries to choose from. They have plenty of cakes and pies to choose from. Every cake and pie I had was awesome. I had an apple once that was to sweet for me. That was the only item I had that was a bit much. The place is spotless and everything well organized. I only wish things were labeled with what they are and priced, but they are quick to explain and make your mouth water even more. I believe they have the best and largest Elephant Ears around. Thicker than many places, they are crisp and soft inside, not overly sweet. Sfogliotelli (I probably killed the spelling) have just the right sweetness and citron inside and perfectly crunch. First time at this bakery. Errr.... Ahhh... I wasn't impressed with what I tried. I'm really shocked at the glowing reviews. The scones were good. I'll give them that but the bread was dry. Definitely not fresh and it was a Sunday morning. Maybe because it was a holiday weekend? Cheese Danish was just okay. Although I didn't try the pastries, they did not look tempting. I've never seen the owners with their masks on. The owner, his wife and children either never have their masks on OR their noses are ALWAYS out of the masks. How can you ask your customers to wear a mask when you yourself aren't wearing one properly? Their bread is good. But I can't feel sorry for a business if they're not getting customers during the pandemic especially if they're not doing enough to keep their employees and customers safe. So many of their desserts are great but if you like chocolate you have to get their lava cakes and their chocolate raspberry cake which they also sell by the piece. My current favorite is the cheesecake with strawberries, it is delicious! We try to pick one up here and there for our sweet fix. I think the prices are right too, nothing crazy. Their cookies are also yummy! I like picking my own, even though there are usually pre-packaged bags/assortments I try to spend no more then $10 when buying cookies for family and friends. We have tried some of their cakes in the past, some are spot on while others have been a miss. Here is my only complaint, i wish there were prices on the items where they are displayed. I do not like that I don't know what my bill is going to come out to until I finish ordering and then pay. It would be helpful to have prices on the items for people who have a budget. Regardless, I will continue to visit DaVinci's and I look forward to trying more of their items. read more

I love it when hospitality is great in comparison to taste. It's like pleasing all your senses. I have been here couple of times, ordered a cake for my baby's first birthday , had the rainbow cookies, sesame cookies and the chaffed pastry(cannot pronounce the name), etc. Every time we leave we are so happy because of food and conversation. Small time, big quality. Just spent some time having lunch at a fairly new bakery/deli in town and i have to say I'm quite impressed. Great selection of pastries and cake items, the deli is fully prepped with all the essentials to make any sandwich you'd like. Had a grilled chicken, cheese, lettuce and tomato sandwich. Chicken was seasoned great and the serving size is more then plenty. I also tried my personal favorite , sfogliatelle pastry. I have to say it was fresh and very crunchy. I couldn't tell you about the quality of DaVinci's baked goods since I couldn't get past the poor customer service I experienced. I called the bakery asking to place an order for a cake with a custom design on it. It was as if they've never heard of the concept before. I was unable to come in to the store to show them an image (which was uncomplicated) so they asked me to fax them a photo. Once they received my fax the manager of the store called me back with an attitude complaining that my photo was in "black and white." This was a fax so yes of course it was. I asked if I could then email it but this woman was becoming increasingly aggravated and nasty so I decided to order it elsewhere. If this is the way you treat a potential new customer who just needs a simple cake order then I think i'll pass. read more
