Dan Moo Ji is a casual spot for Korean eats. I think this place mostly serves street food or comfort food (so no Korean BBQ or spicy tofu soup). The inside is pretty simple and there is a server who takes your order and brings the food to you. My friend and I split the Donkatsu Omelette Rice, Spam Kimbob, and Kimchi Ramyun. The Donkatsu Omelette Rice was good as the donkatsu was crispy and not oily. However, the fried rice had corn in it which I am not a fan of and I thought the sauce on the egg did not appease my tastebuds. I got the Kimchi Ramyun but I do not know why as I like kimchi as a side, not as a flavor. They add a lot inside the dish, such as bean sprouts and kimchi, but it was too sour for me (although it was my fault for ordering it). I really liked their Spam Kimbob! It was tasty and filling. They also offer a complimentary soup, which I think is a type of fishcake soup? That was really savory. The portion sizes are also huge, which is nice as the pricing is really reasonable. I would come back to try the other items on their menu as there is a lot to choose from.
I love coming here during my 1-hour lunch breaks! Super casual place with some k-pop music videos playing on the tv, plenty of seating, cheap prices for a great quantity of food. Located in the Nukoa plaza, there is enough parking in the lot, but sometimes gets packed. Service is good, they are usually pretty quick to take the order. But checking out, you will have an easier time just going up to the front. This place is known for their affordable assortment of kimbap and the dukbokki (spicy rice cakes). Complimentary soup and radish too.
So...my dining experience here has been up and down over the years, but it's been awhile, so I thought I'd try them again. I saw pics of their Donkotsu plate on Yelp, and felt inspired to go... Well, I ordered the Tonkotsu plate...but as it goes, it looked NOTHING like what others got...all on a big black platter. Instead my version came in a hodge-podge fashion...cafeteria plate format. So yeah, the presentation was terrible. WHY?!? This is not how this Tonkatsu platter looks for all others. This has been a common experience for me here at this restaurant. Everything I get looks nothing like what's pictured (and not in a good way!). Luckily, it tasted good enough. I will say, however, that the service was good. In fact, they even swapped out the spicy sauce for the normal one when I expressed that it was too spicy. I just have no faith in what I'll end up getting here...as from my prior experiences, everything I get is so different than what I previewed on Yelp pictures beforehand.
Good Korean street food for decent price. If you want a quick meal. Come here. I love their omelette rice. Their fish cake soup is flavorful. I love their corn cheese as well. This is my go to spot for a quick meal.
This is first time at Dan Moo Ji. My first impression is that it seems like a fast food place. But I was mistaken. You place your order at the counter, but they deliver the hot plate order. In our case, there were about 15 of us. The gentleman, came around and took our order. He brought pitcher of waters and glasses as well as soup brought. Our orders arrived fairly fast and still hot. My chicken omelette over rice is awesome, well prepared taste fantastic! My order came with mash potatoes, kimchi and salad. Others in my party also ordered Udon soup and such. The place is clean, well organized with plenty of tables. The bathrooms are cleaned which gave me the impression that it is still a new place. Again I misjudged this place. If you haven't tried Dan Moo Ji, I highly recommend this place. Specifically since the price is fairly comparable with other restaurants in the area
My friend picked this place for a quick dinner on a Saturday. Immediately walking in, I was hit by the delicious smell of sesame oil, which is always a great sign! We got seated right away by the kind host who was also our waiter. The meal started with their complimentary flavorful simple broth and two sides of daikon. This was my first time having a burdock kimbob which pleasantly tasted exactly how I imagined it was going to. The bbokki was a perfect portion for 1 and having the hot sauce on the side was the play since it is incredibly concentrated so be careful! The sauce was thick, sweet, and spicy, perfect for dipping. To top it off, the dakgangjeong was crispy and matched the palate of all the other dishes. Overall, I had a great experience. The food is phenomenally prepared and seasoned plus the prices are sooo cheap! I will absolutely love to come back again and recommend others to check them out too.
Food here is pretty hit or miss for me, though it comes down to preferences. My friends and I always get their odeng (fishcake skewer) whenever we come because they also give the soup with it. We also always get their kimbap. Love both, though kimbap isn't hard to make or get in Duluth. That being said, if you order spicy tuna kimbap here, the tuna isn't spicy, they just use normal tuna and spread a spicy sauce on the rice before rolling it up. I found that very disappointing, especially when I couldn't taste the spice. As for the donkatsu plate, the pork cutlet was nicely fried. It wasn't overly oily/greasy and was a good size. My issue: I know donkatsu sauce uses ketchup, but their proportions for the sauce weren't for me. The smell of ketchup was overpowering and off-putting, considering I didn't order the dish for myself; my friend got it and shared. The pork by itself tasted good, and with the sauce it tasted fine as long as I don't use too much. Personal preference, if you prefer a more ketchup-y donkatsu sauce, this may be right up your alley. I ordered the bulgogi cupbop. It wasn't bad, though the rice can do with a lot more flavor. There's salad, sweet mashed potato, choice of protein, and fried egg with sauce drizzled on top over fried rice. There was not enough sauce to add flavor, and the rice needs it badly. It was very bland and had bits of corn and onions in it, which did nothing for the fried rice in terms of flavor. It seemed to use quite a bit of mayo. There's also one dish that's on sale, and when we went, it was the donkatsu plate. No one tells you outright that it's at a lower price, or at least they didn't tell us. There was a sign at the entrance near the counter, which is why my friend ordered it. They give a stamp card for customers after the meal to come by more often. You get fried dumplings after your 5th visit and a 10% discount after your 10th visit.
Fast casual spot. Dine-in or order and carry out. Feels like a K-Pop joint. K-Pop videos playing by the counter. QR code to order or a menu is available as well. We ordered the two person extra spicy tteokbokki, kimchi Kimbap, spicy tuna Kimbap, spicy grilled chicken Kimbap (not breaded chicken) and the deep fried combination. Added one more spicy tuna Kimbap. $50.34 The broth drink is actually good, tastes good with the food for sure, it's good since they don't have hot barley or corn tea at all. The extra spicy tteokbokki is good, nice heat. The rice cake is still decently chewy. The two pickled cubed radishes are a nice banchan and accompaniment to the food consumed. The fried potato and the squid are both good. The kimmari is okay, maybe too big for what it is, thus too many potato noodles. The squid is a bit heavy on the tempura batter. The rolls are packed fully. The spicy chicken roll has two to three small pieces of chicken in it, quite nice. It's a good roll. The kimchi roll is decent, it has the perilla leaf, which wasn't expected. Not too bad. The spicy tuna was the better of the 3 rolls, slightly sweet with the yellow pickled radish in it. I do think all of their spicy rolls would be much better with fresh Jalapeño over the pickled jalapeño.
Danmooji is great and a wonderful place to eat when you feel like Korean finger foods. My wife came here for lunch while getting our cars worked on at a nearby mechanic and enjoyed our meal very much. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was very comfortable and felt hip. We haven't been here since 2014 so it was nice to see them doing well after so many years and it looks like they remodeled the place so the location felt clean and well kept. 4 solid stars and 2 thumbs up. Thank you for a great meal!
Oh how the interior has changed over the years, but the food quality remains the same! Large parking spots and larger portions of Korean street food. Expect quick service to enjoy the food

Absolutely love this spot!! I've come here a couple of times and it always hits the spot. My boyfriend and I share the Lovely Combo which comes with Ddukbbokii, Kimmari, Fish Cake and a kimbap roll! Let me tell you the fish cake soup is literally my favorite item in this whole set. The broth is so flavorful without being too rich, and I will always get a container to go because I just can't get enough. The ddukbbokii is also a huge portion, you can also add additional food such as cheese & ramen! The kimmari is crispy and delicious dipped in the ddukbbokii too! The ambiance is casual with some kpop videos playing in the background, but everyone there is just enjoying the food & the servers are also really sweet! Def recommend coming here for some good Korean food.
This is the first restaurant I've reviewed three times, and for good reason. Their menu keeps evolving in the best way. They've recently added Korean tacos, buldak ramyun, bibimbap, and kimbap with new fillings. Some of the side dishes have changed too -- the potato salad no longer has raisins, and the sauce is sweeter. The bulgogi cupbop was a perfect balance of savory and sweet. It came with rice, thinly-sliced meat marinated in sweet soy sauce, fried egg, potato salad, and veggies. The sauce was mildly sour. The bibim dumplings came with spicy and sour sauce, shredded cabbages and carrots, and the pork filling inside was absolutely delicious. The spicy grilled chicken kimbap had jalapeños inside that added a great kick. It was my first time trying soju, and I loved it -- sweet at first with that classic burning aftertaste. As always, the meal came with hot soup and the usual yellow and white pickled radishes. Total cost: $40. Definitely worth it.

One of my favorite spots to get Korean food! You can get a great meal here at a great price. My frequent favorites include the tuna or kimchi kimbop, ddokboki (!), and kimchi omurice. The omurice comes with mashed potatoes, salad, and side of corn cheese which is super delicious. The kimbop comes with about 10+ pieces for under $5 which is a great deal to me. The ddokboki/ rice cake is my favorite because it's not too spicy but it still has some kick to it. It pairs nicely with the egg, and comes with about 15 pieces of rice cake in the smallest size. All meals come with their amazing soup and picked radishes. The TVs playing korean music videos gives this place a fun, authentic vibe. All the tables and floors are really clean and well kept, and the waiters provide prompt service. I wish this place was open a little later for any late night cravings, but I'll gladly eat here for lunch or dinner anytime! read more

Dan Moo Ji is my GO TO when I don't want the classic Korean bbq food or KFC. I love the fact that it's very simple kimbap with a small variety of rice and noodle dishes. I also typically go for the bulgogi or don katsu kimbaps. They give you free soup and radish of course. Definitely love love love read more
Tried the chicken omrice, bulgolgi roll and a cold noodle dish. The chicken is grilled and comes on top of the omelette wrapped fried rice. The fried rice itself is an it plain but there is sauce drizzled on top of the omelette. Also, the chicken is a pink meat so it looks pink inside. The bulgolgi roll (all their rolls really) look really yummy but they taste kind of plain. I ate it with the pickled radish which helps give it some flavor. We also tried the cold noodle dish. It comes with lettuce, red cabbage and bean sprouts in a spicy red sauce. I mixed it altogether and it was a little more spicy than I would have liked. I like this dish but I can only eat a little bit of it. Overall, a great spot for reasonably priced and quick service food. Would definitely come back for the omrice. read more
Me and my girlfriend have been to this place many times, and this is our go to restaurant when we crave korean food. When you walk in they will make sure you are seated right away. Small but very nice and cleaning looking place. With every order they give you a savory hot soup for you to drink and its super good, I drink it like water. I usually get their tteokbokki w/ ramen because its really good and they give you a decent amount for the price. Also their kimbap is top teir, a lot better and fresher than any other place i have been to which is pretty impressive considering they have a good variety to choose from. My girlfriend got the chicken egg omelette in the picture and she said she wasn't a fan. It wasn't bad it just was alot of eggs and rice. Overall this place serves very good korean food, and they never let me down. read more

The ultimate spot for good korean snack foods at a reasonable price. What I love about this place is the immense variety and combinations they have available. You don't have to order two separate entrees even if you want both donkatsu and noodles because they will offer a combo of both entrees in one with still generous amounts of both dishes. Every meal comes with complementary fish soup which is a great plus when eating korean snack foods. Everything on the menu is labeled with spice levels so you know what to expect when ordering. Even after the ddukboki (spicy rice cakes) have been sitting out, the consistency doesn't get weird. Staff is extremely attentive and service is fast. This is a casual, family friendly place. Great for those who crave korean snack foods or are new and want to give it a try! read more

This is a popular restaurant with surprisingly affordable prices and generous portion sizes. However, the food itself didn't taste particularly special or outstanding to me. I would probably not return unless someone else specifically requested coming here. The environment is simple but nice, and the service was overall good as well. read more
Our first restaurant choice was at full capacity...so I searched Korean places in the area since I was craving it, and stumbled upon Dan Moo Ji. This establishment is on the ground floor of a 2 story strip of other businesses. Upon entering, you can order at the counter or sit down. The restaurant was pretty empty when we got there, so we were seated right away at a half table/half booth. There is a bright white aesthetic, with cute string lights cascading the kitchen behind the glass when you enter. Contrasted wood with white tables await at the dining area. More parties were sat throughout our dinner, so it filled up quickly and the to-go counter was busy the entire time. For appetizers, we got the fish cake skewer with soup and corn cheese. The soup for the fish cake had a good depth of umami. It came in a measuring cup of sorts with a ladle, so you could scoop your own. Although we ordered only 2 servings, it was able to serve 3 people and fill up each of our bowls twice. The corn cheese came in a hot little skillet and was tasty. For the mains, We ordered the tuna kimchi kimbob, spicy tuna kimbob, and bulgogi kimbob. What made it really unique is the perilla leaf they put in it, aka sesame leaf. I've never had that in kimbob before and it definitely leveled up the flavor. We had to ask for a side of spicy mayo and soy sauce for dips - apparently the only 2 they had. Everything was super affordable, it was just under $30 to feed a party of 3. My only gripe is that our server didn't really check up on us at all once we ordered. We flagged them down anytime we needed something. However, I will definitely come here again if I'm ever craving some kimbob! read more
Dan moo ji is the perfect spot for Korean snack food! They have a lot of different types of kimbap (Korean style sushi rolls) and one order is already enough to fill you up. My personal favorites are the bulgogi and tuna ones. Another dish I enjoy here is the ddeok boggi (Korean rice cakes in spicy sauce). The taste of the rice cake sauce is a little sweet in my opinion but overall still has the spicy kick I like. I would also recommend their wings and omurice (omelette made with fried rice). A side of the fishcake in soup is also delicious. Make sure to pair your order with some of their complimentary radish sides! Dan moo ji is a great place for lunch or for dinner if you and a group of friends want to go and eat multiple dishes of food! read more

I've been here a long time ago and when I came back it looked different. Heard it was renovated! It actually looked very clean and nice. The bathroom was even nice. They had the toilet paper and everything you need if anything ever runs out. I was afraid they would only speak Korean but they knew English so don't fret. Me and my friend had three dishes. It was bulgogi kimbap, dukboki, and chicken cup bob. All of each was so delicious!!!!!!! I mean they were all very filling too. We were struggling to finish this for brunch. The dukboki wasn't too spicy but if it was you could easily just eat a kimbap or the rice from the cup bob. The cup bobs flavor worked with dukboki because it was a very cool dish that felt like it was a dish for summer. It had chicken, rice, lettuce and some potatoes. It was a very great combo. On the side u get soup and two radish dishes. For those three dishes it came out a total of $20! So splitting it is cheap! The table already comes with napkins and silverware. The plate they give you is a cute kiddie frozen plate. They also have wifi if you needed it! read more
Neat little spot in Duluth! Trendy atmosphere with delicious foods. 2 of my fav dishes here are their Omirice (omelette fried rice) and their wings. All the meals come with complimentary miso soup. The omirice comes with many styles such as bacon or kimchi. The wings here are fried different, like they added tempura batter or something. The service here is always friendly. read more
This place is amazing. Small yet cozy with delish Korean food. I first heard about this from friends, but never got the chance to go until yesterday with the sister. We ordered: fried dumplings, spicy chicken kimbob (korean rice rolls ), and spicy kimbob (fishcake is the only major difference). We also got fishcake soup to slurp on. We were warned by our waitress that the kimbobs are very spicy, but we went ahead with our order. Little that we know our mouth was on fire the second we finished masticating the bigger than bite size roll. Luckily we started taking the jalepenos out of the kimbobs and saved ourselves (and our digestive tract). Other than that, friendly service and looking to come back for some hot noodles. cold noodles, and other various selections on the menu! read more

Authentic Korean food lovers will love this place! Seafood udon was tasty and udon had good texture, though it did not have a lot of seafood. The kimbap (bugolgi) was very tasty and filling and at a great value. The spicy rice cakes were pretty spicy but had great texture. Overall clean and a good value! read more
Dan Moo Ji is my favorite Korean restaurant. Not just because I am a girly-girl and they are totally daebak aegyo--- but there is also a cute-ly provided bounty of ridiculously low-priced food that is freakin' fresh and delicious. And, this is not just any food, but deep fried and spicy sauce covered starchy items and chulgit chulgit (toothsome) noodles. There are bites of food at DMJ that I dream about from 500 miles away, and have not been able to find the same items of comparable quality on the East or West coast. Maybe if I had two grand to hop on a plane to Seoul and hit up a tented standing-room-only snack cart, would I be able to find food that even comes close. Their over-sized kimmari (noodle stuffed tempura) is super-crispy, and when dipped into the ttokbokki's sweet and spicy sauce, it is heavenly. Seriously, no words can describe it. Don't let the photos fool you. There should be a warning, "dishes may be twice as large as they appear in photos." Seriously, the portions are massive. Should I have just written the review in Hangul? Oh yeah, I can't because on Yelp that is not an option... read more

If you're in the Duluth area and craving kimbap, don't go to Super H Mart, Assi, or any of the other Korean supermarkets - go to Dan Moo Ji. After getting a haircut and running errands, I wanted something Korean but something quick but not food court food either. Then I remembered Dan Moo Ji. Ordered "Tuna Kimbap" to go - just $3.50 for 10 pieces (compared to $4.99 at H Mart). Waited about 5 minutes and got not only kimbap, but also a complimentary small bowl of soup broth. *********************************************************** UPDATE: Today ordered "Spicy Squid Kimbap" ($3.99) and they told me it was a 20-minute wait. My advice is call ahead to place your order. The restaurant doesn't have a "waiting area" so standing around for 20 minutes isn't that much fun. By the way, the Spicy Squid Kimbap was good but drenched with hot sauce and therefore very spicy. Still, I liked the slightly smoky flavor and the kimbap had some nice size chunks of squid. read more

Ddukbokki is actually one of my favorite foods! There are so many places in Duluth that sells ddukbokki, but I tend to go to DanMooJi because I love the set that they offer. Usually I choose between the Sweet or the Lovely set! The Sweet set comes with ddukbokki, two odeng sticks, fried squid, and a kimbap of your choice while the Lovely set comes with ddukbokki, two odeng sticks, fried kimmari (clear noodles wrapped in seaweed), and a kimbap of your choice. I really love the differe fried foods here and my favorite way of enjoying it is to dip it into the spicy ddukbokki sauce! I was a little confused because the last time I went the ddukbokki looked very different from the previous times I've had it (and I come here quite often..). The sauce was a lot thicker and a lot darker. It seemed to be a lot spicier as well. I hope it was a one time thing because I really liked the way it was before.. read more
If you're looking for good quality korean food at a fair price with speedy service then Dan Moo Ji should be at the top of your list. I came here with a friend who recommended I come and try the place out and I was not disappointed! The inside decor is very modern with the inside of the restaurant being a bit on the average size of what you'd expect from a low-key spot as Dan Moo Ji. It wasn't very busy when we came in so we placed our orders within 5min of being seated. Our food was ready in such a short time that I was a bit cautious on the quality but that concern quickly subsided when I took a bite of my food. Everything we got tasted great and they portions were so big that we left more than satisfied. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm craving korean food since my first experience was so pleasant. read more
This place is popular! Luckily we got here early. There were 3 of us we were taken to a table immediately. They have really weird table layouts here (only have tables that fit party of 2 or 6). They were going to have three of us share a two-person table... Really? It was really uncomfortable (after all, it was meant for two people), so we waited about 10 minutes to be reseated at a larger table. They have quite a few options on their menu, kimbap, omurice, Duk Bokki, noodles, and more. My friends and I shared a kimchi kimbap, bulgogi kimbap, regular omurice, and a 32 oz duk bokki with cheese. The kimbaps are good and relatively inexpensive (~4 to 5 dollars per roll). I personally enjoyed the omurice. The duk bokki was a bit spicy for me but I loved how chewy the rice cakes were. Definitely carb-loaded this meal... The waitresses here are fairly nice and asks you for a high five after you order (don't think this is their choice but they do it anyway). The total came out around 35 dollars and we had leftovers to take home. What a deal! read more

I came here with friends while visiting ATL ......I wasn't extremely hungry when I came.. but had to eat when the food came out because it looked delicious and it was indeed delicious.... Food - my friends and I ate.. cheese kimbap, tuna kimbap, jjolmyun (korean bouncy spicy noodles) ,kim/Gim malee(fried glass noodles wrapped with seaweed) , and ddukbokki, odeng (fish cake)...everything tasted great.. Service - good service, the waiters are usually on top of things with providing us with water and asking if we want to order more food.. Atmosphere - cute.. a little congested because it's not a big restaurant and it was busy....went on a Sunday around noon and it was packed...we had a short wait when we arrived (waited outside), but it was worth the wait... Costs - not expensive... worth the cost for the food.. :) if you want to eat Korean food ...like the ones they sell in the streets of Korea.....but you think Korea is too far of a distance to travel..why not travel to ATL to eat Korean food.....? hehe... read more
A small, upbeat restaurant tucked in an aging Korean plaza, Dan Moo Ji serves solid food with a cute twist. Walking in, you are immediately greeted by the staff, and led to a table to be seated. The decor is on point, panels of cartoon/anime line the back wall, DAN MOO JI in nice, bold lettering on another, along with clean white tables and wood furnishings. The silverware and plates accent the experience as well: each table gets a plastic water pitcher and cute water glasses, ones you would drink from at home. At first I had a bad impression of the waitress. I asked what she recommended, and in a really caustic tone, informed me that there were too many options on the menu, and that I tell her what kind of food I want. I wasn't really in the mood for anything, just up for suggestions. She definitely could've approached the situation differently, instead of acting annoyed. The menu is pretty simple and small, they mainly serve omurice, these plates (tonkatsu, chicken, etc), dukbokki, and kimbap. They aren't really heavy, more for a light meal to catch up with friends. Tonkatsu and grilled chicken were the most popular among the plates; I ended up ordering the grilled chicken plate. The food came out FAST. My grilled chicken plate came in this oblong plate, looked like a gondola. Presentation was tight, salad and corn on the side, a bed of rice, slices of chicken, and an ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes on top. Starting off, the grilled chicken was cooked perfectly. It was probably thigh meat, the chicken on the outside had a nice char, sort of like blackened chicken. It formed a nice crust, with juicy meat in the center. It was seasoned well, and smothered in this sweet oyster sauce. On top of that, the mashed potatoes. More like potato salad. This is where I'm confused. The potatoes were served cold, but it's sitting on hot chicken. So when it arrived, it wasn't sure whether to be hot or cold. Some parts were lukewarm, while the top remained chill. I really wish it was served room temperature, because it didn't work. It's a sweet potato salad, with dried fruit/raisins mixed in. Not my thing. The sweet corn with cheese was weird at first (what's with Koreans and cheese on everything), but I grew into it. The cheese was sort of like cream cheese, which complimented well with the sweetness of the corn. On the other side of the gondola was the salad, basically iceberg lettuce and red cabbage, with a sweet sesame dressing over it. They could've done better, but it contrasted with the richness of everything else. Nice combo. The rice was bomb. I don't pay attention to restaurant rice normally, but they just had everything down. You could actually taste the rice grains, not some trashy, mushed up paste of rice. The rice was firm yet soft, and had the necessary stickiness to not fall apart when eating with chopsticks. A++ all the way. The plates also come with complimentary soup (probably everyone gets it), which is served in a measuring cup. At first this whole dinnerware thing seems weird, but it's really cute. Other Asian restaurants needa pay attention to this place, gotta be more innovative. Food is 3.5/5, but the dinnerware game was tight as heck. Tacked on a whole .5 for the concept itself. P.S. Left my sunglasses there, but the same waitress ran out to hand them to me. Waitress is cool now. read more
Hm. I never knew there was such thing as a Korean style sushi before. Yet again, I'm surprised at all the cuisines that I miss out not living in a big city. I came here with the gf as we were in the mood for Korean food and the experience was something new. As I said before, I never knew what Gimbap was (and I can hear my gf say "how Asian are you?!" in the back of my mind when I say that.) But anyways, let's get to it. Walking into this place it sort of reminded me of a laid back sort of spot. Kind of like a cafe or something because there were a lot of families and kids that were here as well as the k-pop playing on the TV. We sat down and ordered some food. Like always, the korean restaurant gave us some banchan, this time it was just pickled radish and some sauces to dip our food in. One was a spicy soy sauce and We got the fish cake, a gimbap roll, and a don katsu plate. I do have to mention that when they brought out the plates, they were super cute because you were basically eating out of a kiddy dish. Yes, I mean a little mermaid plate. I myself ate out of a Disney Princess plate. I felt fancy. The food was wonderful. The fish cake came in this measuring cup and the cake itself was skewered. It had a good amount of flavor, thanks to the broth it sat in. The gimbap was interesting! I liked it. To me though I guess I'm a little noobish or just because it was my first time trying out gimbap it just reminded me of sushi. That's all that went through my mind. Well, I guess the only thing that was different was that it wasn't rolled with fish and rather different ingredients. The experience reminded me of a place in Charlotte named Cowfish and they made this sushi called a burgushi where they fused burger parts in a roll. Finally the Katsu was definitely filling. Believe me, this is a meal. By the time we got done with the dish, we were stuffed. The pork cutlet was packed with flavor and it was great, and it wasn't going to be a let down just because it was covered in a glaze sort of sauce. Along with the pork cutlet there was salads/side dishes. Overall, yet another spot that can go on my list to visit if I'm ever looking for a Korean experience. I'm a fan! I would recommend you to check this place out. read more
