I went to the tech counter to ask where cassette tapes were I stood there for 20 minutes more or less and did not see a single target employee mind you most of the stuff here is behind plastic door with locks I went to the red information button kiosk : I pushed the locate me button and typed in cassette tapes It happily and told me that they don't carry them at the store that you have to order them online I checked the price for the cassettes and the shipping was a certain price with a two week delivery date I checked with Amazon The cassettes were cheaper. Delivery was free and it was tomorrow. Target store online cassettes and delivery prices were three times more than what I could get it at Amazon not to mention the delay I wonder why people order anything from Target ? I still did not see any target employees to ask questions of and I was there over 45 minutes As I left empty-handed I noticed only two of the 11 check out counters open with long lines and that the security guard at the front door was playing a video game on his phone( be Booo BOOOP ! ) time for a change in management

There were 2 cashiers on the left side of him that watched him scramble around looking for support. Instead of helping without being asked, they stook arrive taking amongst themselves. And I can't stress enough minimal selection in of them in a couple coolers and aisle islands. The produce was all bruised. And you go to get anything else in the store and 80% of the products are under lock and key and you have to page and wait for an employee. One of the items I was returning did not have a tag, which occasionally happens when items are shipped. She told me, in a harsh tone, that if I ever brought an item without a tag again, the return would not be accepted. I explained that the trousers had arrived that same day and were sent to me without a tag. Her response felt accusatory, as though I had done something wrong. When I mentioned that items should be sent with tags attached, she said she was not responsible and was only enforcing store policy. The situation escalated when she abruptly stopped the return, threw the items she had already processed back toward me, and loudly said, "I will not help you--go to someone else," while making dismissive gestures. I was very shaken and confused by the way I was treated, as I have never attempted to return worn items or abuse the return policy in any way. --She did not greet me when I approached, unlike the other cashiers, and appeared visibly upset. I left the store feeling shaken and had to take a moment before driving away. I asked for her name so I could follow up with a manager, but I was unable to get it. I hope the store can review the security footage to better understand what happened. I believe this situation could have been handled with much more professionalism and respect.

The individuals at the register are often rude and lack the basics of customer service. They also got rid of their scanning systems, which makes it less convenient and harder, as you have to wait in line at the changing room to get pricing.

All the toys we bought were noticeably more expensive than last year and these aren't the top tier made toys...they were just mid when it came to quality but ended up spending a few hundred bucks of mid tier toys. Bargain Hunting Day at Marshalls - Episode 3, the Final Episode!…read more This was our final Marshalls stop of the day--and let me tell you, it couldn't have come soon enough for me. (If you've read my last two Marshalls stores reviews on this day, you'll know my supporting enthusiasm for bargain hunting had reached its limit! :-) That said, even in my bargain-fatigued state, I could see why my significant other was excited about this one. According to her, this Pleasant Hill location had the best selection of the day--and judging by the crowd, plenty of others agreed. It was the busiest of the three stores we visited, and while that meant things were a bit scattered (thanks to customers leaving items everywhere), the merchandise itself was impressive. I spotted a lot of familiar brand names on everything from shoes to clothes to home goods. This store seems like a solid place to find quality items without paying full price. While she was happily exploring, I hung out near the entrance and ended up chatting with a couple of staff members. Even though they were clearly busy, they were still answering questions and helping customers with genuine smiles. It was actually kind of fun to watch. We wrapped up our day with a few more great finds. She was happy--and that's a win in my book.

See attached promo. I arrived at this location at 8:45 AM. I noticed there were some construction happening. The guy at the door said that they don't open until 9:30 AM. I told him I was here for the VIP 8:30 AM event. He had no idea. He had to bring the manager to talk to me. She apologized and said that they're renovating and closed. Poor management for having construction during a VIP event. I was really upset because I got up early to shop to beat the hot weather. I noticed a few other customers showed up as well. The store didn't have any sign saying that they're doing construction during their VIP event. Shame on management. They need to read their emails from their corporate office.

I do but obviously how was I supposed to know I needed to bring some type of birth certificate or paperwork? There should always be a proper and respectful way to approach people, but this lady was the complete opposite. I was discriminated. I'm not really upset for not getting the Job but I'm hoping my experience will reach those who face discrimination and harassment and management reads this so they teach themselves to behave.
