Great store for reasonable priced clothing for the whole family! It's the holiday shopping season and they have daily specials. I like to order online with store pick up which is very convenient

I was dreading Black Friday shopping when my niece said that's what she wanted to do this year. To my surprise, I easily found parking. We parked by 365- with my choice of parking spots. When we entered the Old Navy- we were greeted and offered our choice of a shopping cart or shopping bag. The store wasn't very crowded. I asked about the $1 cozy socks- the sales associate walked us over to a wall of them- she also pointed to various other display areas where we could find more sock options. I also found a sweater I liked- but not my size. Another associate went to the back and found one for me. I was very happy with my experience today. I ended up buying the same top in 3 different colo I was also in a few days earlier with a return from an online order. No problems at all- I had the shipping packaging- so I didn't even need to show a receipt or credit card. Also want to sing the praises of a sales associate-Tance is a true asset. He takes the time to look up items to see if they are available at other stores. Today he ordered for me online- the price was better in the store than online. Free shipping if you order thru an associate, verses online where it needs to be $50 or higher. He seems to be working whenever I come in. I will wait and let him ring me up. The receipt is always correct when he does it.

Store floor clean. Restrooms at 2pm on a Saturday....disgusting. There are at least 20 employees but apparently none know how to stock and clean a restroom.

I don't shop here often, but when I do, I always encounter very friendly and helpful associates and managers.

I really wanted to love this Purpose Built sweatshirt, but there are some serious design flaws that need to be addressed. First and foremost, the drawstring is dangerously long. I've had multiple close calls--almost catching it on fire or having it get caught in doors or other objects. There is no practical reason for a drawstring to be this long, and it poses a real safety hazard. Please fix this. Now for the other details: Pros: Warm and thick material: It definitely keeps you warm in colder conditions. Stylish design: It has a modern look that's easy to pair with everyday outfits. Cons: Poor stitching: After just a short time of wear, the seam on the right sleeve already came undone. Very disappointing. Sizing runs small: I bought a medium and tried it on in store, and it fit great at first. But after just one wash, it shrunk significantly and now fits more like a small. I recommend sizing up one or even two sizes, especially if you plan to machine wash it. Final Thoughts: This sweatshirt has potential, but between the hazardous drawstring and the quality control issues, it's not something I can recommend just yet. After taxes, you're looking at over a $70 sweatshirt, and for that price, the quality should be much better.

Plus your feet will stay warm and dry. Bonus: you'll look sharp, too. I'm still wearing flannels, hoodies, jackets, and jeans that I bought from this shop since it opened in 2012. They don't look as good as when I bought them... THEY LOOK BETTER. Worried it's pretentious? I've found it to be the friendliest, realest, most helpful, most easygoing brick-and-mortar shopping experience I've had in the Bay Area. I usually come in on my way home from the gym, wearing ratty athleisure, from brands they don't carry, and I've never caught an ounce of vibe. Most of the staff have been here for years; that says something too. Old-world ethos, old-school service. We're lucky that businesses like this one -- and the craftspeople whose goods they stock -- still exist. Wishing this fine enterprise many more years.

Overall, the trip was one of the better shopping experiences I have had. They know their stuff and pack a lot of selection in a relatively small store. The one comment I have that doesn't have to do at all with the customer service (which was top-notch) is that the website makes it look like there are fewer options in the store than you actually have (because of what it says is "unavailable for pick up"). So, I'm extra happy we live nearby and made our way in to look.
