Excellent customer service with great deals on almost everything from shirts to pants to jackets you name it! Store Itself: Very neat and tidy with employees folding and helping customers. Ample selection of both men, women, and children's clothing. All with many discounts up to 50 percent off on some items. Service: Kind of helpful employees, but always tries to push there rewards programs on shoppers which is annoying and kind of tacky. When checking out you have to type in a phone number and sort which is just wrong, as many just want to buy items and leave. So that needs to be fixed. I really am not a big shopper. Especially a mall or big clothing store shopper. Its hard for me to commit to buying things for myself. However, my daughter has another agenda. She wants to see every store that has clothes that may fit her. So we now go to Old Navy. We go to Old Navy more than I thought I would ever go in a lifetime. But here we are. They have styles that she likes and the clothes actually fit her perfectly. I cannot complain. The quality is decent. The prices are decent. I will admit that I bought a dress at the beginning of summer and I love it so much. It has pockets and its pink. Its a great summer dress. Ill also apologize to the employees. I usually come in and sit down and wait for my daughter to be done. The employees always come over and ask if I'm ok. I'm fine I say, I'm just waiting for my daughter to make up her mind. I was dreading Black Friday shopping when my niece said that's what she wanted to do this year. To my surprise, I easily found parking. We parked by 365- with my choice of parking spots. When we entered the Old Navy- we were greeted and offered our choice of a shopping cart or shopping bag. The store wasn't very crowded. I asked about the $1 cozy socks- the sales associate walked us over to a wall of them- she also pointed to various other display areas where we could find more sock options. I also found a sweater I liked- but not my size. Another associate went to the back and found one for me. I was very happy with my experience today. I ended up buying the same top in 3 different colo I was also in a few days earlier with a return from an online order. No problems at all- I had the shipping packaging- so I didn't even need to show a receipt or credit card. Also want to sing the praises of a sales associate-Tance is a true asset. He takes the time to look up items to see if they are available at other stores. Today he ordered for me online- the price was better in the store than online. Free shipping if you order thru an associate, verses online where it needs to be $50 or higher. He seems to be working whenever I come in. I will wait and let him ring me up. Came in today with some friends to shop and could obviously tell we were being followed by a man. I'm not sure if he thought he was being sly but he kept staring and pretending to look at items. Made me so uncomfortable I didn't bother purchasing anything. Purchased several items for my daughters online for in-store pickup. When I picked up, I had realized that I had not added my rewards phone number to the order. Staff were totally Incompetent on how to help with this issue, so they just turned and helped the next guest and refused to even acknowledge me. I asked to speak to a manager, and they refused to assist. I eventually found Jasmine who purported to be a manager, and I realized that the complacency and bad attitude come from the top down. I will avoid this location in the future - regime change is needed. Most often shop at Napa or Willows where the staff are not as surly. read more

I usually go to old navy around this time of the year to look for sale :) its the best time to buy clothes to give to my family members. I also grabbed some Halloween pajamas for my little kiddo. Old Navy is smaller than most clothing outlets. couldn't tell at first glance since it's compartmentalized. couldn't tell what was where as displays/signs went from floor to ceiling, blocking views. sections not labeled. just pics of children, women, men. cute marketing? eventually was approached by a sales associate to see if i needed assistance. just asked if my size was available since i didn't see it at a few random glances. she checked her cellphone. told me they didn't stock my size. thanked her and left. . read more

This location is always pretty organized and the shelves and fixtures are always neat and well stocked. I can easily find what I am looking for and most the time have my size. The employees are always helpful. Bathrooms are well maintained. Even the clearance section is neat. I always go to this location first before going to the other one 5 mins away. read more

I came here to buy a gift present. It's at a large outdoor shopping center. It's very large inside but there's a lot of clothes so it could be a little hard to walk around. Shout out to Justine for making my shopping experience pleasant. Upon walking in there was a girl folding clothes I pretty much had to shove her out of the way to get what I needed. She didn't greet me, she didn't acknowledge me, she basically was in her own world "working" to not help customers. I kinda expect this level of service now a days from places like old navy etc. I see Justine and she actually says hello and genuinely wants to help me. I was shocked but I took her up on her offer multiple times to help me find things. Then I am waiting to pay and an online order comes in and the cashier makes me wait for the online order to get rung up. Eye roll. Then Justine comes to the register to save the day. She was friendly, personable, and really displayed excellent customer service. Why can't everyone that works with customers be like Justine? Promote that girl! read more

one star only because I have to choose. I'll never go to this Old Navy location ever again. The Customer Service Associates are rude and very unprofessional. It's the first time I've ever been denied a few bags. Funny thing is, I was there the day before and bought over 50 items. I requested for bags and that Associate gave 10 of them to me, no question. I had to do more shopping, so I came back today and got more than I did the day before. Same request for a few bags but the person ringing up my items tell me she wouldn't give ANY bags. Mind you, I OFFERED TO PAY for the bags as well and she asks me "how many are you asking for?", she had two bags ready to hand over to me. Later changing her statement to "we just don't give out bags", speaks to the Manager over her walkie as if I can't hear them giggling and mocking me. I mean, think about it. I asked if she could charge me the bags (like they do in San Francisco) but nope--she won't do it. I wanted to know why, but her answer made absolutely no sense and I didn't have the time to waste, arguing with a person that has limited ability to understanding anything. She was nearly halfway through scanning my items, when I decided I didn't want to buy the items anymore. I'm definitely not a loss, I know that. But I also know that their awful and very unprofessional behavior won't get them far in life, that's for sure. I could have made a scene, I could have argued my way but some things aren't worth that much energy. Bright, shiny "new" location in the Veranda doesn't impress me much. While it's cleaner than the Willows location it's jam packed with product hard to get around when it's busy. My main issue here is super long lines, at least 20 customers deep when I needed to make a return on a weekday morning. I turned around and walked out and headed to Willows location. This location needs more employees available to assist customers since normal human tendency is to go to the "new" location not the old one. Also should note I'm not a fan of the Veranda in general due to traffic congestion, confused drivers and super tight parking. I never understand why Old Navy does not have a separate customer service desk for returns. If you have lots of time to waste and want the experience of crowds and crammed quarters go to this Old Navy. If you are in a hurry and want an in and out experience go to the old one in the Willows. read more

Maybe i caught them on a good day but this is the cleanest old navy i have every been in.... well stocked, sized, organized by color and SUPER clean... i had no problem finding sizes and they had all sizes available in almost everything... especially shopping plus size is always difficult but i had no problem finding my size and there was plenty to choose from... store was quiet and it was well into the middle of the day... not too crowded... really friendly staff... lines moved quickly... just a really pleasant experience ... made me want to spend my money... even the little items at the cash register tee were well stocked coed and organized and i have NEVER seen that at any old navy... maybe they were fresh off a floorset... i have worked retail busy used for years so i know how clean a store can be right after a fresh roll out of product but this store was top notch... i went in just to kill some time and walked out with bags! read more

I waited in line for 15-20minutes with my 17 month old son, bought $100 worth of clothes and then when I was leaving my flip flop broke. Knowing Old Navy carries flip flops I ran over to grab a pair to quickly buy. I told the guy who rang me up that my flip flop had broken and asked he could ring me up real quick for the new flip flops I needed so I didn't have to wait In line again with my 17 month old (who was about to throw a fit). If I could leave no stars I would. This was absolutely one of the WORST shopping experiences of my life. I had my sister and my 3 year old son with me this past Monday. I had forgot about some old gift cards I had so i was excited to shop (I am not a big shopper). We entered the store and started looking around. Not one sales associate greeted us. But that's to be expected these days because of how awful customer service standards are now. We carried on and looked at a few different sections. My sister and I found some great jeans and a few sweaters. All reasonably priced and fit great. Even better. We shopped a bit more and I could tell my son needed a nap. My sister took him outside so he could play by the fountain while I checked out. Once I got to the register the cashier said "would you like an extra 25% off by signing up for an old navy card?", keep in mind I had 3 gift cards in my hand and set them on the counter directly in front of her while she rang up my items. She watched me set them down. So I asked if it would cost me anything to sign up, she said no. So i said sure. An extra 25% these days is huge. She took all my information, ran my credit, to then tell me I couldn't use my gift cards for the purchase if I wanted the 25% off. I said excuse me? I wouldn't have signed up for it then. I don't need another credit card. I was only interested in the 25% off and was willing to get another for that specific deal. She said she couldn't do anything about it and that I had to put my entire purchase on the credit card. I said I don't want to do that. I have gift cards right here which you watched me set down that I want to use. That's the only reason I'm even shopping here today. Another associate walks up at that point and the cashier turns to her and says that i want to pay with gift cards and get the 25% off and the associate looks at me with the most disgusted face like i was some moron. Then proceeded to be rude. So over their radios they ask the manager if I can get 25% off and use gift cards. He says no. At that point they think the situation is over. Well after being mislead. And then treated with bad attitudes and rude demeanor, I was not happy. So I told the associate to go get the manager. When the manager finally decided to make his appearance he just kept repeating himself. I said the computer doesn't know if I'm buying one item or 20, all I want is the gift cards used and the remaining balance can go on the credit card. He literally wouldn't let me finish a sentence before he would start to speak over me and just repeat what he had already said. By then i was furious. This was their mistake. Not mine. The details of the 25% should have been fully outlined before being offered to the customer. All I wanted was an acknowledgement that they had messed up and an attempt made to rectify the situation. SOMETHING. They did not want to be bothered with making sure their customer was happy. He just kept saying there was nothing he could do. So I asked him why he was the manager then? If there's nothing you can do then why are you here? At that point I dismissed him with a wave of my hand and told him to get out of my face. After he finally walked away I turned back to the cashier and said this isn't entirely your fault. I am sorry for raising my voice. At this point I just feel disrespected and I'd like to know what YOU are going to do to fix this. She gave me 20% off and used my gift cards... confused and totally baffled as to why that wasn't offered by the associate who walked up or the manager I thanked her and left. I do not plan to EVER shop at this location again. I WILL be contacting corporate and filing a formal complaint against that manager. The managers name is ANI by the way. read more

Not one stopped to look over and acknowledge me the entire time I was there. I was specifically on the search for pixie pants & they did not have my size in any of the colors! This review concerns the customer service experience I had when making a return the other day. I ordered a few items online and when I received them (sweatpants and sweatshirt) I could tell immediately they were too big so did not bother to try them on. I placed them back in the bag in which they came and went to the store to return. After waiting in line for some time, it turned out that the sweatpants did not have a price tag and the tag inside the pants had been removed. Obviously it was a return from a previous customer. However, even though I assured the sales clerk that I had not worn the pants, and they had been shipped to me in this condition, they refused to give me my refund or a credit. I just finished a satisfying conversation with the Old Navy via text and the issue has been resolved. However, I would have chosen to spend my precious time in other endeavors, not to mention my blood pressure would not have been engaged by poor treatment. read more

Check out cashier was a lovely young woman but when she attempted to get information from the young man at counter right next to her He was a rude little priss, ignored our inquiries, pretendindibg to be occupied on headset.
