There's a good mix of restaurants, clothing, and jewelry shops, most of which are high quality brands and the mall constantly stays fresh and vibrant although I do wish they had more restrooms outside of the ones below Industrious. Some weekends they have a maker fare or live music, but most of the time the fountain is just central to the comfortable seating area, that during the winter gets some decor for the holidays. All in all, I really do love this area and still find myself coming back year after year.

There was a period of time when I probably shopped at Broadway Plaza 1-2 times PER MONTH (now I'm stuck paying off my credit cards but that's my own fault and a separate issue). What was wrong with the old system? It worked just fine. But now you have to download an app to get out of the parking garage, EVEN IF you were there for less than the three hours of courtesy parking. It's absolutely insane. And even worse, there's NO cell reception in the garage (at least with AT&T) so you can't download the app without returning to the open air mall. Maybe that's why they changed things up? So that for people who haven't been to Broadway Plaza since before the app was rolled out, they might be able to charge for more time? It's unbelievable. And... you have to enter a bunch of personal information. Why do I need to download an app to pay for parking after I've already shopped at the mall, potentially pushing one of the tenants over their percentage rent breakpoint? It's outrageous. I don't mind having the ParkMobile app for parking because it allows me to park on many different cities' streets with little to no hassle. So I'm not anti-parking app. I am anti-Metropolis parking app. At least before, you got a time-stamped ticket so you knew exactly when to leave if you wanted to avoid paying. Now you have to remember to check the precise time you entered the garage, assuming it's even time-stamping accurately. And how do you know precisely where it time-stamps you? Macerich, do better. It's good to see the business park slowly evolve from commercial/industrial to commercial/retail to best serve the community. As you develop more housing, you need more commercial areas to support it. What's it all mean? You plan and build a shopping center with practical anchor stores like a Safeway and a Petco. Then you add a variety of shops and eateries. Have things a short distance from housing, and locate it on a major roadway. Bring in fresh, new businesses and restaurants. Use bright decor and fresh designs. Result....people will want to come here. Word of mouth is the best advertising. You build it, and they will come! Support Local Business!

This does not have the traditional feel that other downtown regions have in this area, everything is newer and the older area's of Pleasant Hill are elsewhere. This is a place with shopping, activities, and is right next to city hall. Currently, I've patroned just about every store on Crescent Plaza and am happy with them. The movie theater, coffee, restaurants, etc. This is a great place for a "date night" or if you just want to check out a movie and grab pizza with a group of friends.

In my opinion, it houses the best Safeway, CVS and Starbucks ( omg the fountains and deck outside that location pretty much makes it the best Starbucks of all time!) As far as places to eat, the focus is on "family casual" with joints like Black Bear diner and Panera. I like this particular Jamba Juice since it has a better parking situation than the downtown location, although its nearly always super busy! Overall, decent parking and a convenient place to stop for my weekly errands.

It has such a nice layout, they have a water fountain area thar feels like a mini Bellagio (Vegas Strip) water show. This space also has the Luxe Movie Theater and big play area for kids. They have lots of great eateries like fancy Italian, Mexican, Shabu Shabu as well as chains like Yard House and Dave N Busters. Also, they have lots of shopping options, Whole Foods, and a plethora of other stores. Our favorite stops include the Humphrey Slocombe ice cream shop, Wine Bar and Barnes and Noble. The only reason for the 4/5 stars is how hard it is to park on the weekends. Stop by sometime, you'll have a blast!

There's plenty of places to shop and plenty of places to eat and probably fits with budgets of all different sizes. It has the staples that you tend to see at other outlet malls and centers but have unique eateries and shops as well. During this time of year (November), there's also an ice rink that lots of people seem to enjoy. Some family wanted to go to Sephora and man it was packed! Which is not surprising, since we were there on the busy shopping day of the year. I got to do some other browsing at J Crew. It was a short trip overall, but I can easily see people spending hours here if they needed to do some serious shopping. Came here with family because they wanted to do some shopping on Black Friday. It was really hectic as you would expect. The parking situation was pretty crazy and it took a while of driving around and luck to get a parking spot.
