Todos Santos Plaza, located in the heart of Downtown Concord, sort of felt like a very nice park to me!! There are plenty of places to eat all around this plaza, along with other assorted businesses. If you can't find parking near here, there are some free parking garages nearby if you don't mind walking. There's also a very nice statue here of Don Salvio Pacheco and a plaque explaining his historical relevance relating to Concord, which is a very interesting read!!

One of the events at the plaza was an Art Pop Up

When I get asked what you can do in Concord, this is the number one place to visit: Todos Santos Plaza. Here, you have restaurants, like Naan n Curry (Indian), Los Gallos (Mexican), and Spaghetti Factory (Italian). You also got Starbucks, Chase Bank and small local businesses. The weekend come alive with different events taking place at the park, with some of these events including live music. You can picnic here; you can walk here; and you can just have a great time exploring this gem of a plaza Concord has to offer.

Nice location to walk around and grab something to eat. I walked to this location while my car was at the dealership. They have vendors in the park, similar to a farmers market. I sat at one of the Mexican food restaurants with a beer and people watched. It was a pleasant experience

Came here on a Wednesday night to meet my daughters after their volleyball practice. Was a hot hot day but the park and plaza was nice and cool. Lovely breeze. Lots of people just hanging out after a long hot day . It's surrounded by lots of nice cute restaurants and shops surrounding the plaza where you can dine and or hangout. I highly recommend coming here for one of their fairs or festivals as well

Incredible beautiful plaza there was festival with over 100 vendors selling all types of merchandise and plenty of parking had a blast will return!!! The park itself if full of grassy areas gorgeous tall full shady trees with so many seating areas like bench's and concrete areas for sitting or lying down under the trees, there were several musicians blasting away the clear notes of their melody from their instruments and voice, had a terrible day !'nbb

Concord is doing some good thing with the park. Really enjoy farmers market Tuesday and the food stalls that setup for lunch Gentrification along Grant street is a planned upgrade that should bring needed amenities - more food and shopping options.

New lit-up sign - gorgeous!

I've always loved Todos Santos (okay, maybe not as much back in the early 90's and the days of the Spirit Poles) - it's home! And luckily for folks that are new to the area, the Plaza keeps getting better and better. Half Price Books, The Old Spaghetti Factory, Taqueria Los Gallos, EJ Phair, and nearby Brendan Theater are classics. The Hop Grenade, Cream, Naan & Curry, and others are newbies that add much-needed diversity and flavor to the scene. It's pretty hard to go wrong at this point. The 4th of July 5K and parade are a must, as are the Farmer's Markets, movie nights, live bands, and KidsFests that happen year round. They even have Off the Grid now! If you're looking for a place to kick it in Concord, you've found it. Enjoy!

Music is a big part of our family's life. We enjoy anything from jazz ,R&B to the current top 10 on the radio. For example (UP TOWN FUNK)) by Bruno Mars. Music with a good beat so you can get your groove on! So today we are headed to Todos Santos Plaza in the heart of Concord California where we planned to hear a band named Farenhyte 5150 known for their funk and R&B. It took us approximately one and a half hours to arrive at our destination. Parking around the park was difficult but fortunately we found a parking plaza just down the street which was free to park your car. Parking spaces were tight on the first 3 floors so we zoomed to the 4th floor to find very few cars. I like to park somewhere you don't have to worry about someone dinging your car. You know what I mean? The park was beautiful with large trees for shade and park benches spaced throughout the park. We came on a good day because the weather wasn't as hot as expected and they had their farmers market stationed all around the park. The smell of sweet summer fruits filled the air. I couldn't help myself so I bought white nectarines, plums, and peaches. Yum Yum. The day was a total blast! Good food, good music ,and especially the best company! Will certainly be back!

There's plenty of places to shop and plenty of places to eat and probably fits with budgets of all different sizes. It has the staples that you tend to see at other outlet malls and centers but have unique eateries and shops as well. During this time of year (November), there's also an ice rink that lots of people seem to enjoy. Some family wanted to go to Sephora and man it was packed! Which is not surprising, since we were there on the busy shopping day of the year. I got to do some other browsing at J Crew. It was a short trip overall, but I can easily see people spending hours here if they needed to do some serious shopping. Came here with family because they wanted to do some shopping on Black Friday. It was really hectic as you would expect. The parking situation was pretty crazy and it took a while of driving around and luck to get a parking spot.

Cars circling incessantly looking for that elusive space. Some drivers obviously getting impatient based on their rapid acceleration and sudden braking whenever it appeared that someone was approaching their vehicle or stepped on their brake pedal. From what little we observed, there is a very good mix of business present which is great to see. So many other destination shopping areas are suffering vacancies and closed businesses. I imagine that parking is not such a mess during the day or perhaps on weeknights and yes, this was the day after New Years so more people were probably out and about. Still, had I really understood what the parking situation was like, I would have made reservations for another night. And it wasn't any better when we left at 7pm either.

This mall has so many jewelry stores, it's crazy! there's even a barber shop for men on first floor which was different. There's a JC Penny here and like walking around bring back old memories of stores I grew up with with Spenser, Sweet Factory store for sour patch kids candy, Hallmark, and life uniforms. I felt their food court had a strange layout as on first floor all their sweets where there and 2 main food places sushi and newly open Mexican in the mall. I know outside has the yummy BJs and Fusion Buffet. Yes, nice mall to visit and they have a Macys here with the perfume dept working the floor very hard. Perfume is quite expensive!

I don' t know if this mall is ever packed and it's not totally the mall's fault - buying stuff on line has really killed the brick-and-mortal stores in general and I get it. But holy smokes, the stores here - it's multiple variations of the same crap stores. Who buys this stuff? There are some stores that I absolutely cannot believe make enough money to stay open. They have to pay rent and employee salaries and make some sort of profit and you wonder how it's possible. If you go here and look around, you'll know what stores I'm talking about. I was walking around here yesterday was just amazed at the absolute garbage stores. One "kitsch" store (and there are many) proudly displayed some poster about "stupid people" by its entrance that you could buy - for people to buy to make fun of stupid people - yet literally the only people who would buy this are the people it makes fun of. And you can't walk into these stores because the second you do the employee is on you. Like Blockbuster where every employee had to greet you and see if you need anything. I just want to look around without being bothered but it's not possible in these stores. They have so little people in them, when an employee does get someone they hover. You do still have some good stores - Macys of course, an old standby with good stuff - you can't go wrong with a Macys. Even JC Penneys is still here (I didn't even know they were still around). The Sears finally went out and to no one's surprise, they couldn't care less about that store for years now. I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did. And the clientele walking around. You have your people of all ages and races which you want to see. California is represented well at this mall and I like that. And of course your thugs always wasting time walking around - disturbs me seeing these guys. I guess the mall can't do anything about them but yeah, they're here. On the plus side, the mall is super clean. I'd like to hope that this mall, one of the malls I've been to for decades will still be around for a long time but honestly, if this thing still exists in three years I'd be shocked.

No matter what time of day it is, the parking lot here is sure to be overcrowded and filled with people who cannot park, drive, or even walk across the damn street right. I never understood how such a large shopping center could have such little parking. The parking lot itself is just constructed so poorly. It doesn't matter what entrance or exit that you take to get into this shopping; you will almost ALWAYS be waiting and sitting in some kind of street traffic, struggling to get in and out. I've seen so many "almost accidents". I actually witnessed a real accident the other day because people just don't have the patience or they just straight up don't know how to drive. The pedestrians are a mess too; walking right in the middle of a speeding car and taking their sweet ass time to get to the other side of the road. But oh myyeee Gawd. The WORST is when... they just walk right in the middle of the damn road... the entire time. Just move your ass to the OTHER side of the road like a normal person! But I swear, they all do it. So, why do I keep coming back? Because many of my favorite places are located right here in the Park N' Shop. I am faithfully addicted to Shan Shan Low and I go there damn near every week because I can't go too long before I'm craving their Chinese food goodness again. Some other great places that I enjoy in this shopping center: -99 cents store -Ranch 99 Market -Kevin's Noodles House -Las Montanas Supermarket -Bobaloca -Rockin' Crawfish -Round Table Pizza -Sunrise Bagels -JoAnn's -Quickly -Burlington Coat Factory ... And those are just to name a FEW. So many great stores... not enough damn parking. But you know what? I keep coming back because I have no other choice. I just hope that someday they'll fix the parking lot and remodel the whole complex because it looks old and rundown.
