I took in both complete spring packs off my 3/4 ton pickup truck to be re-arched or replaced. They…read moresaid they were too worn to be re-arched and should instead be replaced. I agreed and also asked them to go ahead and just replace everything, shackles, bolts, u-bolts and overloads. Paid upfront with my credit card and a week later, my parts were ready for pickup. Picked them up and went to install them. That's when i noticed an issue. There was a set of spring alignment pins for a Freightliner but there were no overload springs. It's easy enough to return the pins but without those overload springs, it is not possible to tighten the u-bolts as i am unable to use the existing top plate or cast iron spacer because of the overload spring alignment nubs that are cast into the part. So, at that point the installation could go no further. I called Spectrac to try to figure out what happened and what needed to happen next. This is where things get weird. I "assumed" that the semi truck pins were supposed to be the overload springs and someone had an oops moment. It happens to us all from time to time so no big deal. Then i'm told that the only mistake was giving me the pins and if i wanted the overload springs i had paid for already, i would be blessed with the opportunity to pay for them again. After having already spent $900 on rear leaf springs, overloads, shackles, bolts, and u-bolts, i was repeatedly, but politely, told that these are not "usually" included with rear springs and that if i wanted to finish this installation, buying new overload springs from them was my only option. That is not an option. So, here i sit with an undrivable truck, a $900 hole in my wallet, and a company that could care less. All because of two overload springs i already bought and have not received.

I called about it since it had expired and they sent me an extended temporary. I got the real tag two days later. Love this place and love my scooter.

It was going through tires like crazy.Because golf cart tires are not rated like regular tires. I patched, I plugged, I tried everything, so I put a new back tire on it. Biggest mistake I did on that 1.Because he ordered it. I wanted the new 1 that the fat tires were coming with on the newer versions, but it still hadn't come out yet.So we tried another 1. It was so heavy, it took out the battery. Now, I gotta go to my refrigerator & look at something on how many times I charge this thing. It was 65 & around 60 was the time that the tire changed.. I got stranded twice. It was sucking power, so bad.The machine was shutting off. Had to turn the key back on & off.For it to reset. & then I got more excuses.. This thing has been in my garage now for 2 years. I am donating it 2 goodwill. I was gonna go back & buy a motorcycle from him.But i've decided, since the runaround that I got on 2 other purchases & giving this guy a chance. I have given up. Already bought 1. He technically doesn't live in America. He goes to Rocky point. Every single weekend & then comes back for the week. Probably for legal reasons. I have given this guy every single chance in the world to fix this.& every time he has pushed it back on me saying, going on the internet & doing this & doing that.When it was his responsibility when he sold it to me. The extended battery, not the new battery.Because I need a extended battery with this back tire. It's over six hundred dollars.. I paid $1,300 for the fat tire. So technically, I could dump this and buy another one. But since how I know they work and you can't leave them charging in the garage in the summertime, too hot for lithium batteries. you can't leave them charging in your house during the summertime. As soon as you get a green light, you gotta unplug it. Because of lithium battery fires, because the battery is rated, not u&l rating, which is not american.This is foreign & they do not do the product testing like they do.In america. I was wondering why people were selling these things.All over the place & they're all over the internet. This is the reason why if you leave it plugged in, the power goes off & then it comes back on, you're risking of a battery fire inside your house.Because they did not do this test at c.E. So buyer beware. & if he writes any comments whatsoever, I don't want to hear it, either. Buy it back or live with this comment.Because what you're selling to the public is garbage. The battery was supposed to go to 2000 cycles. It only went 65. But of course, it was out of warranty by that time. I never registered it. I still have the point of origin paperwork, and when I take it to goodwill, i'm gonna give them everything & say, good luck & tell them exactly what happened. Why am I so pissed off.. Because when I bought the new motorcycle, I ran out of room in my garage, & now I gotta figure out what i'm gonna do with it, it's just sitting there like a boat anchor... But the accessories I bought for it.I can put on my new motorcycle.Thank god! They also have problems with taillights going out. Fix that two times and I had to pay for it. Everything is money with this guy. Everything & remember, it came from alibaba, & it's a harley, not a harley, davidson, harley, and that was another reason why I bought it it was a big joke with all my friends.& they got a great laugh on it. I sold my harley for a electric harley, fat.Tire. Well, folks, that was $1300 wasted, & with everything else. I live in Apache Junction, after reading reviews I decided to give this Tempe location a try. They…read moretruly went out of their way to make sure that I was happy. I went there to install new crash guards and fix my sound system; I walked out spending almost $1,000 for items that were critical to my survival and the bikes...items that would have cost me much more if I waited any longer. They found things while installing the guard that needed to be changed. The air filter (an expensive part ANYWHERE) hadn't been changed in 16 years and was choking the bike, they showed me the once green now black filter, the brake fluid had never been flushed in 75,000 miles (21 years), the brake pads were worn down almost to the metal, (they showed me). My 2003 Goldwing looked new, so these were parts I never even thought about (I was always checking the oil and tires) - but I am GLAD they did! This was my 20-year anniversary for my bike and I am glad I made the decision to go to D&D because they did excellent work. They also went above and beyond by checking my speaker wire, making some changes so the back sounds better, and replacing some rubber washers complimentary. Purchasing and installing crash guards, repairing wiring on sound system, replacing air filer, checking battery connections, removing inside cardboard cover on rear speaker that was distorting the sound (sounds great now), replacing brake pads, and flushing out brake lines. Highly recommended!

Took my 21' lowrider s to get a diag to fix a crank no start. Ended up blowing the crankshaft out…read moreof spec. Settled with a rebuild on the motor and upgraded some parts. Bike got into the shop January 14th, just got the bike back August 18th. If you want your work done in a timely manner don't go to this shop. Also took my S&S crankshaft 3 months to show up when it wasn't on back and called S&S directly and confirmed that. They also had 3 different service advisors in that time span. Got hit with every excuse in the book as to why my parts weren't showing up in a timely manner and ordered half of them myself because of this. Their service advisor is an idiot, was told the bike would done between 11-12 sat around for 45 mins before it was actually finished. They also forgot to order half of my parts for the rebuild, called me n told me that instead of just ordering the parts and biting the bullet on their own mess up. Dyno numbers were also disappointing. Going to have to take it somewhere else for a retune, and spend more money. Don't waste your time or money here.

He said that he was waiting for the boss to give him an answer, then said that the boss was in meetings all day, then said that he (Kyle) was at a Renegade function and when I asked to talk with someone else, he said that the non-answer must have been an answer "no" to my question. Wow! That is pathetic customer service! If it took three days to not get an answer on four rear tires, how long would it take to write up and process the deal and get the coach serviced so I could pick it up? He admitted that they had the coach unsold for 6 months and had another buyer that had not been able to get it bought either . I certainly know why.

Expensive for covered extended warranty work.  We have an extended warranty and one of the items…read morefound while doing Preventative Maintenance (PM) work was covered under our warranty. HOWEVER,  Velocity Truck Centers' repair work was overpriced and most of the charges not covered by extended warranty.  Example:  1.7 Hours to diagnose a leak, 2.2 Hours to Remove and Repair, and 1 Hour Access.  (Total:  $1,219.40)  WOW, that doesn't include the part!  The location of the repair was at the rear of the coach, top of rack support, removing a few screws.  Extended warranty company paid for 2 Hours.  (Total:  $250.00).  We had to pay $869.40 because neither company would budge and we needed our coach back to get to a commitment. Note:  We took our RV there due to an Engine Light on and they work on Freightliners.  While we had it there they recommended to perform PM.
