Never have I ever thought I would pay $7/$8 for a taco, but I'm going to do it every time with pride when I get a chance to come here. I've been here on 2 separate occasions, and every taco I've had was great. The burria tacos are a staple. I recommend beef over chicken. I've had the hot honey garlic chicken, brisket, shrimp po boy, barria (beef and chicken), and the Philly cheese steak. They were all awesome. I've never been to the other location, so I was excited to see what the hype was about. The line will always be long, but the wait will be worth it. I highly recommend ordering ahead even when doing pick up. Unless you have at least an extra 30 minutes to wait for food. This location has seating, so you can wait inside. There is no liquor/beer, but they do have soft drinks and water. There are 2 unisex bathrooms. They even offer ice cream. Very creative ideas and food here and it's all very good! I had the jerk chicken taco and the honey garlic fried chicken taco and both were awesome. Also had the pleasure of trying their pretzel bites with smoked queso and their home made brookies both awesome as well. They have a combo for two tacos pretzel bites and a drink which is more than enoigh to eat. Super yummy go check them out for sure! Pricing wasn't too bad and they've got outdoor seating. They were able to easily accommodate us and said it would only be 25 minutes. We went to pick it up and everything was packaged perfectly. First time visit, ordered 3 barria tacos to go and waited over an hour for them. There really weren't many people inside, but I could see there were orders coming from online. There were multiple people coming and going from the online delivery services. The girl that took our order was very nice, but she should be letting people know that they are WAY behind and warn them BEFORE they order. She never mentioned that to anyone! This was my second time patronizing this establishment. Today I tried the Philly Cheese Steak taco. Was told that it was VERY good. I was disappointed. I didn't like the cheese that they use. It sort of tastes like Velveeta instead of fresh cheese and it was very salty and VERY greasy. The employees are very nice and the Lemonade is REALLY good. Not sure if I will return. read more

Finally decided to give the new location a try after giving them several months to iron things out before coming back. I will say I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the menu looked, but that's about where my compliments end. When I was walking up to the building I asked someone how long their wait was currently and they said 20-25 minutes so I decided to go in. Upon entering, I had to wait over 10 minutes to place my order because the family in front of me couldn't seem to make a decision and the girl working the counter was only making it more difficult for them by confusing them and offering more options. That was the beginning of this frustrating experience. After finally getting up to order, I ordered 3 speciality tacos and was told 20-25 minutes. No problem. I drove home and came back 25 minutes later. Now, it's impossible to even get a parking spot so I knew this was a bad sign. The parking is a nightmare here. When I entered it was evident that it got much busier, however the family in front of me was still waiting for their tacos so I knew mine weren't ready either. After waiting ANOTHER 20 minutes, my tacos finally came out. No apology for the wait. I won't be back until they figure out their estimated wait times and are actually honest with their customers. I actually told several people on my way out that if they tell you 20-25 minutes, expect double that time. A few people were on their lunch breaks and thanked me and turned right around. I don't know how they can continue being as busy as they are when they can't even give accurate wait times. Still no phone or online ordering either so you're stuck waiting there if you want their tacos. The food is delicious and that hasn't changed, however this time around they were SO greasy that I couldn't even finish my 3rd taco and felt sick all afternoon. I told a friend about it and she also noted that their tacos have been much greasier lately so I'm not sure what the change is but I hope they get that under control. I may give this another try if they ever decide to get online ordering but until then I'll be avoiding this place. The tacos just aren't worth the frustration you go through to get them. read more

The food is amazing. Beyond belief, it is hands down the best most creative tacos I've ever had. That alone makes everything else worth it, but I wish I didn't have to be like that. The wait times are insane (1hr+ on Saturday night for 2 tacos and 2 lemonades) and the service is disorganized. I bet if they had a manager conducting operations and/or a software system with a more streamlined approach to order fulfillment and customer service, biz would be absolutely booming for them! I'd recommend ordering ahead on Saturday nights for sure, but probably any other night of the week I'd advise calling well in advance and then maybe add 15 mins to the time they give you for pick up. They put my wife's two tacos in the same container as my two tacos and I are have of hers before Realizing it was hers and had to cut the container that they came in in half with my car key so we could have and makeshift plate so when we ate, the overflow of the taco would go on it upon leaving we had leftovers so we had to ask for another container takeout container.
