Although I wasn't driving I was worried about finding quick parkiing after seeing the street parking already filled. Turns out that CVS has their designated parking. It made it easy for an easy and quick grab and go stop. The employee that helped with unlocking the med display was not a peoples person no really interaction. The store was clean and organized and the shelves looked well stocked. It's a good store if ever in need of your basics. It's a store I would return to if needed.

I needed a refill on a prescription and called the number on the medication bottle. This time on the call I got welcomed by a pleasant AI woman's voice. It asked for my details, said I had no prescriptions there and then hung up on me. Literally, just hung up. So I called back (second attempt) and this time it allowed me to give the RX number of the medication to it. It then told me that I had no refills on this medication and to contact my doctor. And then it hung up on me. The only thing is: I do have a refill on the prescription. At no one point on either of the two calls would the AI allow me to speak to a human. Literally, the only way to speak to a human is for me to physically go to the CVS Pharmacy. I contacted my doctor who gave me a refill prescription which I got filled today. I spoke to the pharmacist who told me that yes, I did have a refill available on the medication and didn't need a new prescription from my doctor. He doesn't know why the AI said I didn't. He also said, yes, if you call the number on the medication bottle you can't reach a human at all. I also use Costco's pharmacy and I can always reach a human by phone there if need be. I'm beginning to think that moving my prescriptions to Costco (or anywhere where you can speak to a human by phone, if necessary) is the way to go. I hope though that CVS will change it's new system --- which is clearly not working for its customers.

They are kind and the area is always clean. Sometimes you can expect a bit of a wait due to staffing and depending on the time you come. Also, a good thing to note is they take a 30minute lunch break that I believe starts at 1:30pm.
