Since moving to this RiteAid they have never given me a problem. There were a couple of times early on not stocking my son's unusual RX on time but since I have become a loyal customer, they never run out. Also, I see people complain here but they also have to remember that another rite aid closed down and this location is handling those rx too. They have some staff from the closed RiteAid but sometimes it seems crowded during certain times of the day. At times, it can take long in line but if you look, the staff is trying to help the customer. There are customers that really need a lot of help! In my years of being with this pharmacy, the people up front have always been kind and patient to not only me but with others.

After dealing with the chaos of CVS and Walgreens for years, I finally switched to Seaview and haven't looked back. They are the real deal - a small family owned neighborhood pharmacy type of vibe. Need to talk to a live person? No problem!! You can actually call and someone will answer. No long automated lines or waiting on hold forever to talk to a live person. When I walk into Seaview, I am always greeted by kind and smiling faces. Everyone here is incredibly helpful. And they are so fast!!! Literally will leave my doctors apt upstairs and within minutes my prescription is ready. I am so glad I found Seaview Pharmacy. They make picking up prescriptions a breeze. I have been coming to this Costco for nearly 5 years now and in that time, I have had numerous amount of interactions with flat out rude employees. This morning, my son and I went grocery shopping and it was early so they were not packed at all. We finished grocery shopping and we get over to the self checkout and the lady at the self checkout, which is empty by the way, let's all the customer in front of me go to a register and stops me and doesn't even give me the option to say no. She says " I need to scan your items." in the last month alone this has happened three times. I don't know if it's because I have a young child or if because most of the clientele at this Costco are older. I genuinely feel discriminated against, and it bothers me a lot. I really don't want to drive to Aliso Viejo because I go to Costco on a weekly basis but I think their policy should be made clear. Do only older people get to scan their products? Is it because I am Hispanic? Or is it because I have my child. My grocery bill was $120, and I had 7 items. I don't see any reason why I should not be allowed to scan my own items. I should get to choose if I want the help or not. I will be calling the store manager and see what they say.
