A local independent pharmacy told me to go elsewhere after a few years of loyalty because they…read moredidn't want to hassle with my son's prescriptions which were difficult to get and probably was a low profit gain for them. Since moving to this RiteAid they have never given me a problem. There were a couple of times early on not stocking my son's unusual RX on time but since I have become a loyal customer, they never run out. Also, I see people complain here but they also have to remember that another rite aid closed down and this location is handling those rx too. They have some staff from the closed RiteAid but sometimes it seems crowded during certain times of the day. At times, it can take long in line but if you look, the staff is trying to help the customer. There are customers that really need a lot of help! In my years of being with this pharmacy, the people up front have always been kind and patient to not only me but with others.

It was truly amazing how many card racks they have here - dozens and dozens of linear feet of cards. I have not seen anything like it in this day and age. Not even a Hallmark store have these choices. I don't even know what else this Rite Aid has but if you ever need a greeting card, this is the place for you!

The staff is very nice and accommodating but my prescription orders were messed up four times within a week. Yes. Four times. There was a different reason every time and I'm now done. I left behind two prescriptions because they were not packaged properly. When the request is to leave the medication in the original packaging and it is not, what more can you do? Go elsewhere. There are several other CVS stores nearby and, next time, I will go to any one of them.

I purchased six hotdogs, one for each member of my family. Where else can you spend less than $10 and feed six people! And then I drove up to go fill up my tank with gas. Additionally, I'm very glad that they offer Coca-Cola right now. And for those who don't like soda, there is now bottled water. I think it's safe to say that most of us who shop at Costco love Costco but for some reason, I…read moredislike this location very much. The staff here is absolutely horrible. I have been coming to this Costco for nearly 5 years now and in that time, I have had numerous amount of interactions with flat out rude employees. This morning, my son and I went grocery shopping and it was early so they were not packed at all. We finished grocery shopping and we get over to the self checkout and the lady at the self checkout, which is empty by the way, let's all the customer in front of me go to a register and stops me and doesn't even give me the option to say no. She says " I need to scan your items." in the last month alone this has happened three times. I don't know if it's because I have a young child or if because most of the clientele at this Costco are older. I genuinely feel discriminated against, and it bothers me a lot. I really don't want to drive to Aliso Viejo because I go to Costco on a weekly basis but I think their policy should be made clear. Do only older people get to scan their products? Is it because I am Hispanic? Or is it because I have my child. My grocery bill was $120, and I had 7 items. I don't see any reason why I should not be allowed to scan my own items. I should get to choose if I want the help or not. I will be calling the store manager and see what they say.

I got a call back 20 minutes later. The same woman told me that they did not have it. "What?" I just asked her. She tried to change the story of how I asked her three different ways. She was arguing with me about what happened. How many ways can you say, "Yes"? Because her answer was changed to "No". She told me I could have it transferred to a different pharmacy. It would have been better to just admit the problem. When I was dealing with her, dropping it off, she was reading the RX wrong 3X and I had to correct her. Geez. She was totally scattered.
