One of the worst targets I've been too. Horrible customer service, like you are a burden if you have to ask them a question and on top of it they can't even point you to where you are asking to go. The store is DIRTY and the parking lot always has trash. They apparently don't wipe the shelves before restocking them and will just put new merchandise on spills so when you pick them up to put it in your cart, they are sticky and gross. I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews. This Target is huge, clean and all the staff are very friendly. You can find everything you need here and they even have a Starbucks, Pharmacy and Optometrist. I came the other day to buy gift cards and left with sooo many other things because this store has the cutest stuff. I think they're going a great job. I hate this store. They only have self checkout and 1 register open at any time. I am stuck behind 2 people with overflowing carts because I can't use the self check out because I have two bottles of alcohol and that is all I am buying. They should have more options. It's horrible that I should have to stand in line for 20 minutes to buy two bottles of alcohol. I am an adult. I never shop there for this. Pizza Hut: The male person who was working there left a line of people then barely apologized when I came to order I paid and he rudely said it will be ten minutes. 20 minutes later we got the pizzas and he began yelling at me across the store as I walked out "hey did you pay? Honestly every single time I go to this Target I see multiple people with multiple pets... The vast majority of animals that are in grocery stores are not ADA service animals. These owners are very inconsiderate and selfish people who bring their pets into stores and put other people's health at risk. And they ruin it for those people who actually need and have ADA service dogs. It's clearly against the health code to have a pet or even esa animal in stores that sell groceries. Even service animals aren't allowed in the carts.. dogs have fleas (that can often has diseases as well) dogs have pee and poo particles sometimes stuck to their fur when they sit down... Please be considerate people and leave your pets at home or in the car... People put food and their children in grocery carts. I have never once seen a Target associate or Target security guard at the front ever ask the guest if their pet is a service animal and yes you are allowed to ask that by law. I was a loyal customer but honestly I'm going to do my best and not come if if at all possible. read more

rude clerk at this Target Pizza Hut. We (myself and my 2 kids) came in at 4:55pm and when he saw us he commented "oh come on" like he was annoyed we were there. We were the only ones in line. I ask if he was still open he commented "FOR now". I ordered four slices of pepperoni pizza and he said "you mean you want one" it seems he doesn't want to make more. I asked if he had hotdogs he replied a rude "no" I said cancel my order it appears you don't want to sell us anything and left the store. read more

The guy working at the target Café place was very mean, I asked for some breadsticks from Pizza Hut and he wouldn't give me any sauce. He said they were out but we could see a whole tub. I love this store- the staff are friendly and helpful. They make the effort to provide a good experience for the customer. The store is well-stocked and clean with a good selection of grocery items, including gluten free, organic, and plant-based/natural snack options. Even better is that the prices are competitive and often less expensive than other stores. I can pick up my prescription from the in-store CVS, grab a Starbucks, and shop for stylish, reasonably priced outfits in the huge clothing section. The seasonal section is well kept and I can count on finding fun things to decorate my home. This store has a sizeable makeup and personal care section. Each week, I used to drive to several stores to find what I need. Now I find most everything here in one stop. Shopping this Target saves me time and money. One downside is that it would be helpful to have more people at registers, but because there are many positives about shopping at this store, I am happy to wait in line for a few minutes. I usually come here when I'm waiting for the car to finish charging. I'll pick up some snacks and drink to help pass the time. This Target is no different from the other Targets that I've frequented. The layout is pretty much the same and the aisles are kept clean and well organized. They always have decent prices. Since I usually have only a couple of items, I almost always use one of the self checkout kiosks. I'm in and out of there in no time. read more

BEN IS THE MANAGER! 45 mins BEING HUNG UP ON WHEN I NEEDED TO ASK ONE QUESTIONS. POOR SERVICE NICK IN ELECTRONICS AND BEN MANAGER .in writing this review after losing 45 minutes to customer service reps who continuously hung up on me. they made this so much more difficult than it needs to be. I needed to ask one question. first nick in electronics finally answered and I said I'm having a hard time Getting anyone onto the phone. He made the phone so I can't hear him and said ya it's hard to get anyone on phones here. He proceeded to walk the store for 30 mins hang up and not answer any other transfers to electronics. Next I asked customer service a very young girl no work experience for managers name. She said that this was basically a secret and she couldn't tell me the managers name. her name was angelina or something rather. She also couldn't say if he was there or not. Her behavior was really annoying. or is he was assistant or GM. His name was Ben. First she said he's not here then put me on a fake hold long time then she hung up. I called back, talked to Ben who was the biggest issue of them all. He chose not to resolve anything or answer my questions. I told him it's trashy your employees hung up on me 45 mins instead not answering one question. he proceeded to refuse to assist me, and say that he was going to hang up on me. If you can have someone on the floor to stare at people stupid enough to work for you for free at self check, you can have someone on the floor to open another register. Last night I came in just to pick a couple quick items, and there was only one cashier open with tons of people on the clock around the store, two people dicking around in the returns and the only other register with self check out. I don't work for your company, I'm the customer . Not only do I resent not having people who are motivated to open another register, you are nickel and diming people because you're not willing to hire more cashiers or baggers even though you are a multi multi million dollar company. That's disgraceful. I just wanted to let you know I took all the shit that I was going to buy last night and I threw it in about 15 different places all across your store because all you had was self check. Some of it will probably go rotten. You can take the money that you tried to penny pinch on extra cashiers and baggers, and now you can go spend it on putting away, go backs, and the losses from the rotten produce for wasting my time. The store allows for political tabling outside the entrance and exit of the store. While these things are easy to ignore, this same man for the last two years table for various California state wide issues and is VERY pushy. There have been times where I agreed with whatever he is tabling for, and I still get put off by his presence. Today specifically he was getting signatures against a California measure that actually is very beneficial, unlike many other ballot measures of late. When I asked him to describe what he was getting people to sign against.. he gave a very misinformed relation of what it was for. When I informed him of what the measure was actually doing, he got VERY aggressive and started yelling at me. I purchased a pair of Apple AirPods from Target Online on November 3rd. I received a Target box on November 6th. Upon opening the box all that was in it was bubble wrap No AirPods!!!!!! I immediately contacted Target via email and text... I was told to wait five business days and I would receive an Email. I did exactly that , No Email , I called again and was told to wait five business days still no Email . I placed six plus phone calls and was told over and over WAIT for an Email.... It has been over a month!!! No Email no replacement or refund.. I was a Loyal Target shopper , No longer.. I am very upset and disappointed... I hope Target does not treat all their customer's the way I was treated. I know if I had purchased these through Amazon or another reputable company This would of been handled immediately. This is for the pharmacy in-store. Don't bother getting your prescriptions here. I've been here a few times now and every time they don't have the prescriptions I need. This last time they sent me to another pharmacy and after I specifically asked them to send me to one that is Kaiser affiliated I was sent to a pharmacy that did not take my Kaiser insurance. I then had to call another Kaiser pharmacy to have them call the pharmacy I was at to have them transfer my medication. Not the brightest people working there. read more

Maybe I went on a good day, but I honestly had no problems with this particular Target. It's rather big and honestly, it probably could've benefited from being two or three-stories tall. Everything being on one floor does make it crowded, but I wasn't bumping into any aisles or clothes. I loved how all of the clothes were in one big section, so I didn't have to go to one section for women's and a completely different section for kids. I was in and out of the store in no time. I even stopped by the Starbucks and got some of the best service in my life. Even the guy at the food section made friendly conversation. Love this target! It is huge! At least compared to the one near my house. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They do what they can to help you locate what you are looking for. If they can't find it on the shelves they will see if it is in the back. I was surprised to see how much they really have here. Especially the seasonal things. Though it might not seem like it at the moment. The staff tries to stock shelves but with Christmas right around the corner, that can be a little difficult. I am very happy to come here to do my shopping. read more
