This review is mainly for the bathrooms...total ew. I was excited to see that they have codes on…read morethem, because usually that means they are kept up with a little. Sadly, that is not the case. There was dirty toilet paper on the floor and it felt very gross. There are no paper towels, so after you wash your hands, you have to open the door with your hands. They needed some serious help!

Who Yelps a Target? Honestly, who does that? You don't Yelp…read morea Target. You wander in half-awake, buy paper towels, a candle you didn't need, and maybe a seasonal gnome. You don't review it. It's like reviewing oxygen. But then I found this Target--in San Juan Capistrano--sitting there with terrible ratings like it owed people money. So I got curious. I went in. Huge mistake. It's not just that it's small. Small can be charming. Parisian cafés are small. Tokyo apartments are small. This place is just... small yet at the same time sparse. But size aside, the real problem is it doesn't feel like a Target. You could beam me into any other Target in America and I'd know where I was--somewhere between the greeting cards and frozen waffles. But here? No. You could've told me I was in an off-brand CVS or a Soviet-era department store and I'd believe you. The layout is chaos. The shelves are half-stocked like they're waiting for the apocalypse. And the vibe? Confused. Like even the building doesn't know it's a Target. I saw people complaining about the staff, but honestly, I was too busy trying to find the shampoo aisle to form human connections. Target is supposed to be a safe space for people who like throw blankets and adulting. This one? It's a Target in name only. A rogue franchise. A glitch in the red polo matrix. If this were the only Target I'd ever visited, I'd assume the whole brand was a prank.

Corey found a frame and popped the lenses in. $100. Thank You. I only get my glasses at Costco. They've helped me several times adjusting, putting new prescription in old frames (even bought outside). Outside places push you to make new glasses.

I think it's safe to say that most of us who shop at Costco love Costco but for some reason, I…read moredislike this location very much. The staff here is absolutely horrible. I have been coming to this Costco for nearly 5 years now and in that time, I have had numerous amount of interactions with flat out rude employees. This morning, my son and I went grocery shopping and it was early so they were not packed at all. We finished grocery shopping and we get over to the self checkout and the lady at the self checkout, which is empty by the way, let's all the customer in front of me go to a register and stops me and doesn't even give me the option to say no. She says " I need to scan your items." in the last month alone this has happened three times. I don't know if it's because I have a young child or if because most of the clientele at this Costco are older. I genuinely feel discriminated against, and it bothers me a lot. I really don't want to drive to Aliso Viejo because I go to Costco on a weekly basis but I think their policy should be made clear. Do only older people get to scan their products? Is it because I am Hispanic? Or is it because I have my child. My grocery bill was $120, and I had 7 items. I don't see any reason why I should not be allowed to scan my own items. I should get to choose if I want the help or not. I will be calling the store manager and see what they say.

But not so much anymore since after the pandemic. Yet, still some good buys if you have time to look through their stuff. The store is somewhat messy and could be a bit more organized. There were 32 people in line and only five cashiers ringing. I asked the manager if he could call…read morefor additional cashiers, which he did, but only briefly. About 10 minutes later, two cashiers left for break, leaving just three cashiers to handle a line of more than 30 customers. I understand that reading a review from the comfort of home may make this sound like a minor complaint, but after standing in line for over 30 minutes and still being only two-thirds of the way to the register, most customers would be frustrated as well. The manager even announced over the intercom that they were receiving complaints and needed more cashiers. While I understand managers may have limitations on ringing customers themselves, I would expect a seasoned manager to monitor the line proactively and staff accordingly before the situation became this extreme. Long checkout lines happen occasionally, but this felt like poor planning and a lack of attention to the customer experience. This is the manager he's trying the best he can, but apparently it is corporate crunching down on them and not allowing more cashiers. The cashiers are stressed out at the people in line getting angry because literally I waited an hour in line. The consensus I heard while in line was that corporate is not allowing them to hire more.

I approached several staff members to assist me to investigate if the item I was looking to purchase was in stock in the back store room. They looked at me if I was speaking a foreign language, English is still the language of choice isn't it ? I ended up frustrated and decided to leave. This is not the first time that I encountered a language problem. I know what you're thinking " why didn't you ask for a manager". well this past January I had to wait 35 minutes for someone to find a manager and when they did I had to help them fill out the form to my dismay ! The manager said someone from the Corporate Office would contact me within 48 hours ...... its now June and I'm still waiting ! This is about Corporate Greed, non trained staff members and managers at no fault of their own have been placed untrained into the service of dealing with customers. My Walmart days of shopping are over ! Don R.
