Theres the super cute decor of course, and then all the fun goodies and human (and pet) would ever need! They have a pet isle with the cutest stuff, there's viral candy, food, drinks and soooo much more. The only thing I can do without is the ads over the radio about their credit card. I had a really frustrating experience at this HomeGoods location. I tried to return an item and had a clear photo of my receipt, but the manager, Blair, refused to accept it--even though another HomeGoods store previously allowed me to return an item the same way without any issue. In 2026, everything is online and digital, so requiring a physical paper receipt feels outdated and misleading, especially when other locations are clearly more flexible. Because of this, I now have to go out of my way to return the product elsewhere, which is super inconvenient and time consuming. I understand policies exist, but consistency across stores would make a huge difference for customers. I returned the item easily at the HomeGoods location in Laguna Niguel. Overall, the manager, Blair's refusal and lack of flexibility left me unhappy and unlikely to shop at this location again. read more

Best home goods, best customer service. I am furnishing my home and Vanessa has been absolutely lovely to see every time I visit. She is attentive and goes out of her way to accommodate every question and request. She even carried out my large furniture to my SUV by herself, always makes sure my merchandise is waiting for me and safe especially my chairs and my table. Thank you Vanessa , she should be the head top manager in my opinion. I work right down the ways from this homegoods and wanted to get some new fun cocktail glasses for my mocktails. I knew they had a good selection because I got my friend some for her 21st bday. I made my way over to the glasses and had the best time picking out different ones for my mocktails. I got sets of two which equaled out to 6. It was difficult cause they were all super cute. I even found some wine glasses that I was debating getting at Target. The price here was cheaper which was such a score! I decided to walked around the entire store and found a candle and Mother's Day car for my mom. I also needed something to put my cooking utensils on and found the cutest little holder. There are a lot of HomeGoods around the LA/OC area. And, this is another one of them. This HomeGoods is design pretty much like all of the others. It is a large store that offers all of those kind of things that you either know that you want, come here to find, or that unique something that you never knew you needed. It's a great place to come in and shop knowing that you will be able to find that high-quality something. This business is located in a large shopping plaza, so there's tons of parking. The problem is, as it is a large shopping complex, sometimes you can't park all that close to the store. Meaning, if you buy something large, you really must keep that in mind understanding that you may have to carry it some distance. Workers were saying "get the f out" to customers when the store was closing. Like I work in customer service but at least I wait until the customers are out of the store til' I say that. Unprofessional & unwelcoming. For the record, nobody was lingering. This store has a lot packed into it!! Right now, I would say about half the store is Halloween / Fall related, and I AM SO HERE FOR IT!!! They have every color imaginable in decorative pumpkins. It never fails and I'm not sure why I continue to go in there, but every time I do, I wait FOREVER in line. It doesn't matter how many people pile up in the line and how long we have waited, they just don't care. One person on the register and returning a ton of stuff from a customer that bought on several credit cards. I am so sad that I can only rate the level of amazing customer service I received today from Patrick 5 stars. I wish I could rate him at 10, 100 or a million. As a wedding designer, I stumbled into the store a few years ago and from that trip until now, every single experience I have had has been amazing. I wouldn't normally look at reviews for a chain store like HomeGoods, but I should have. My mom and I came here a couple hours before closing on a Friday night to find some gifts for my friend's bday party the next day. Parking was easy, but it was a little crowded with the most obnoxious, rude female customers I have encountered in a long time. I'd be standing looking at some mugs on a shelf, and some chick would force her lil cart through me without saying a word or making eye contact, then forcing her way in front of me to look at the same shelf. Are you blind? When we were looking at candles, another chick rammed into our cart, and as soon as I looked up she asked, "is this your cart?" as if we put her out, but again, are you blind? And forced our cart out of her way even though it was already out of the way. The employees roaming the floor avoid eye contact and are void of any customer service skills or just plain friendliness. The dude (one of the few dudes in store period) who rang us up at the checkout was the most pleasant person we encountered here. He actually smiled and asked us how we were doing. WOW. How hard is that everyone? When he's ringing me up, my mom is standing behind me, and some other patron was walking by. This bigger chick behind the counter bellows rudely, "BEHIND YOU!!" to my mom. She might has well have said "Get the f*** out of the way" by the way she said it. I glared at her, like WTF is the matter with you? Her face was so smug and mean-girl, I wanted to call her out right then and there but didn't want to embarrass my mom. In the parking lot, we unload our stuff into the car, and another annoying patron from the store whose parked next to us swoops in to her car and opens her door while I'm trying to do the same thing and have to dodge her. She says nothing, no eye contact. What is with this inconsiderate vibe?? It drove me crazy. Unfortunately, the cashier forgot to give me one of my gift items, so I had to return the next day before crunch time, the bday BBQ. I was just happy that when I called, they had it for pickup. He and the chick I spoke to on the phone were kind and definitely had some customer service skills. This store was organized and had lots of good stuff to choose from, but I probably wouldn't return to this location seeing as all I had to hold myself back from going off on several people -- patrons and employees alike. read more

This place is so fun to visit. I always come out with something! There's something for someone here. From high quality toys and furniture for the kids to amazing kitchen needs to really fun and festive decorations for the home! What I also love about this is place are the furniture collection. There's are so much to choose from! Even RUGS! They hang on these clips so you can see each one with their beautiful design. They are very high quality from silk, wool, and nylon rugs. Everything you need for the home, brought to you by the folks at TJ Maxx! A very busy store but the cashiers keep that line moving quickly. Dishes, rugs, bedding, planters, kitchen gadgets, pots & pans, bathroom items, laundry baskets, end tables, lamps and much more. It's a very well organized store and clean, with the exception of a couple aisles in the "clearance" area. It looks as though a battle royale regularly takes place amidst the clearance items, tossing them every which way in an attempt to find the ultimate bargain. Which brings me to my one issue with this store. I went in with a TJ Maxx mindset, looking for great bargains. While the prices are generally good I really didn't see much in the way of a great bargain. There were a few items I would have walked out with if I had looked at the price tag and gone "WHOA!" but that was not the case. Most things were just priced a bit below retail. If all you're looking for are items for your home and garden, then this store is perfect for you. A division of TJ Maxx, Homegoods basically gives you the discounted items you would ordinarily find at a regular TJ Maxx, but without the clothes. All they have are items for your home including an array of lighting, furniture, kitchenware, linens, decorative items and even some food stuff. I didn't find the items particularly cheap .... Marshall's have better prices ... but the quality is slightly better than what you might find at Ross or Marshall's and some items are even a little unique -- not something you see at all the regular discount stores. I loved that all of the staff were friendly, wearing masks, and offered to help when needed. The establishment had direction guidance for COVID social distancing, which were kind of confusing to be honest; I tried my best to follow the signs on the floor, but I felt like I was in a Pac-Man video game. They are limiting the amount of people to enter at 100, and I appreciate all of their efforts to reduce the spread. The items I viewed were all in good condition and the price points were reasonable. I regret the years I did not shop at home goods. All the money wasted elsewhere. I was looking for a store where I could purchase new plates, bowls, and bakeware that was beautiful and within my budget. Home goods had everything I needed. I picked up beautiful blue/white plate/bowls at a fraction of the price I would have spent elsewhere. In the kitchen section were the perfect size square pans, which I used later that day to make cinnamon rolls. I even found pestle and mortar that will definitely be used for my papaya salad. Yes, I am a fan! However, since the pandemic, not all precautions are always taken. Especially by the customers, and occasionally the employees. Aside from that, this is one place I can find what I am looking for rather than amazon, or even other furniture stores. For instance my, an old fashioned metal fan, or a "classic" looking colored mini fridges. I don't always NEED everything, but it's also nice to be able to bring back any buyers remorse I may have later on. In fact, this is one of their best stores I have been to yet. Tons of clearance items making the prices more than fair, I always find something I fall in love with. Homegoods is a TJ Maxx owned business which specializes in home brands. They carry higher end and quality brands at an affordable rate. All the items you see here were recently in the big box stores. Since the quality is on the higher end prices are still fairly high. It's priced well for what it is, but it's still higher end brands that are a bit more costly. I come here a lot for items that I need in my home such as blankets, bedding, restroom appliances, pet accessories, garden accessories, and home games. I also go shopping for home warming gifts and occasions like that. The customer service is average. The cashiers are always friendly, but you can hardly find help around the store. The store itself is decently organized making it easy to find items. Though, clearance items can be difficult to find in certain sections. The store is also very clean and big in size. There are many items here so you can look for hours! I been customer for long time, the store is quite big, full of nice and unique things, almost everything you looking for your home, small as spoons, plates, napkins and more.. or big like lamps, couch, chairs. and the prices are fair. They have a lot of clearance, and kids sections full of toys, books and board games. It carry bunch of MUGS and candies!
