Well, it's been a while since I did my last review of this dollar tree. Firstly, it seems like ONLY ONE of the employees is always at the register, no matter how long the line is. And if anyone request for register back up: they have their responses justifying everything. So repeat followers just go in there with learned helplessness, in my opinion. The store had gone downhill quite a bit, clutter, disorganization, open food items, selection has stayed the same. I don't want to talk ill about the store since their competitors have gone out of circulation. Definitely a value buy place. It's hit or miss for specific items yet great for holiday decor, fun accessories, or a browse and buy mood.

I'll start with why I didn't give 5 stars.The employees were fine, but not as friendly as other dollar tree employees.The store was a typical size, but I do wish it were one of the larger ones.It would be nice if they had self checkouts like other stores, because checking out takes a while.I don't know why, but dollar trees never have music on, so it's eerily quiet.I'm not sure if this one had a public restroom, but they all should.Some don't let customers use the restroom, and that's very inconvenient for those shopping. They had good item options, it was clean and organized, and I found some things I wanted.If you find anything you like, get it while you can, because dollar tree inventory is never the same and mot guaranteed. read more

This store is disorganized, and a mess. Merchandise can't be easily found due to items on the ground that blocks the aisles. The manager needs to address these issues to make it welcoming, and organized. read more

Mim the manager on duty was super unprofessional , came with my kiddos to grab some quick decor , and as we were checking out there was a problem in the cash register with prior "unpaying customers" who literally just scam and dipped the store w/o paying yet the managers blaming the cashier for it when the cashier was doing her job as calling the manager for assistance to deal with the situation and Manager "mim" couldn't even handle the situation and was so worried about being short and made the cashier paid for it , as unprofessional why is she yelling at her in-front of the customers making all the drama when it was the MANAGERS fault for not taking quick action and removing the items from the customers and rebooting the error of register and making them pay the right way !!! Obviously no receipt was given but the scammers left anxiously and not wait ! I just felt sorry for the cashier which in the other hand had no reason to apologize to us but the manager herself for putting her in a bad situation and making her felt less !! Please retrain the manager and know how to respect workers as well as the environment in the store ! Again the cashier was a sweetheart!! I stopped in for extra supplies for thanksgiving dinner , I'm met with a stocker with a speaker hanging g from his belt with loud rap music very vulgar as I watched the store clear out from the music mothers w/children I told the manager she said her customers like it what a moron what customer his music cleared the store out as soon as the first F bomb was dropped You guys need a manger that's not rude to your customers I'll never shop there again I'll go to the 99 instead read more

Avoid this dollar tree. It's a horrible mess. Shelves are not stocked. Poor elderly cashier asked for help numerous times because 15 people in line and no one would come to help. I felt bad for her. I think corporate should look into this store. read more

This Dollar Tree is located next to that Paris Baguette that is going to open up. I think that Paris Baguette is still not open. It was very quiet in the store. I think everyone could hear us discussing what to buy, which was in great contrast to the branch next to the Grocery Outlet. At the time I was looking for discount DVDs but they didn't have any so I just impulse purchased a few things. The employee at the cash register just seemed to be doing his job as he did everything in a dull and lifeless manner. read more

Best dollar tree I have ever been. It was well organized and shelves were full and there were many items I haven't seen at other dollar trees. It was immaculately cleaned. They had balloons ready to go and were able to inflate the ones I picked from the balloon wall. They also had my favorite corn nuts snack, picante! Hard to find this flavor outside of a variety pack. Will definitely be coming back to this location exclusively from now on. read more

Horrible and rude service from the cashier. She is an older white hair Caucasian lady. She basically tossed my items at me and said I can bag them myself when the previous customer in front of me She didn't do that to. Seriously, what is wrong with people nowadays. I came in for an online order pick up and the MANAGER turned me away. She told me she has no idea where online orders are and she could not help me. Me, being silly, accepted that and agreed to come in another day in hopes someone will know how to do the online order process. I show up two days later and the manager once again tries to turn me away. She only helped me because I expressed my annoyance at the situation. She found my order in 2 minutes... ridiculous. The last time I was here. The frozen foods section had little to nothing, sad I hadn't been back to see if they restocked any frozen foods. The selection down the isles was sad, under stocked and lacking product cleanliness of packaged goods. To be honest it felt like they were no employees in the morning stocking shelves. Please have a talk with the employee who was listening to music, cussing and complaining about customers very loudly, I felt extremely uncomfortable shopping there with my daughter today and left as quickly as possible. I came in here to buy some of pine sol for my house and this review is regarding the experience I had last week. The cashier didn't really look like she wanted to be there and didn't seem make any eye contact with me. She also didn't really acknowledge me, no hello, no smile, nothing. As she was about to finish scanning my last item, I needed to get a hot wheels toy that my nephew needed. So I asked the cashier if she knew where the hot wheels were and she told me to "look for it myself" in front of my son. I then told cashier "never mind i change my mind" and left. read more

Do not go to this location. The two ladies working here are always rude. One is the older Asian lady and the other is the older Caucasian lady with the all white hair. I came in today to return a whole bunch of big lollipops. I found them elsewhere cheaper and I had the receipt . Right away they both said I could not return it and I asked them where is that policy when none of them were opened and I had a receipt and she just said she was told and did not want to return for me. I then went to the location in Laguna Woods next to Aldi and they returned it without even questioning me and gave me a full refund. read more

The staff it's very friendly, but the manager, Chem, is so kind and helpful. I appreciate how clean the store is every time I go into in, and I'm there a lot! Good variety of items and of course the price is only $1.25 for each item. read more
