A very calm and quieter outlet in the most southern part of the O.C. It's an outdoor outlet, with about 100 or so shops. It's a great place to take a nice walk, while doing your shopping. Of all the stores I visited, the customer service was very chill or beachy, where no one really bothers you or try to sell you anything. Visitors and shops all seem pretty friendly. There's multiple parking lots in the area. You can also take the trolly to the outlets, if you're traveling by train. Only takes about 25 minutes if it's not too busy, or a full trolley ride. I didn't see much food choices here. but a few coffee shops. There's a noodle place that I saw that looked interesting. Maybe at my next visit. read more

The shops aren't too busy which is nice (expect for cars and coffee Sunday mornings from 8am-11am it's packed). The bathrooms are VERY nice and even have a lounge area! The trolly is sometimes delayed so don't relay too heavily on the timing estimate of 15-25 minutes but it's still worth waiting for if you want to head to the beach! I recommend parking in the back of the outlets for the parking is normally empty! read more

Smaller outlets as compared to the Citadel and Cabazon outlet stores. The outlets are conveniently located just off the 5 freeway. Despite its smaller size, this property is nice and clean and offers great shopping, including a few of the larger, well-known names. Stores such as Nike, Under Armour, and several others. The selection of stores is good, and each offers a wide range of merchandise at great prices. Property management does a GREAT job of keeping this place very clean. The lighting is great at night, and comfortable chairs and benches have been placed everywhere, offering visitors a chance to relax in between some serious shopping. There is also a free, round-trip shuttle that runs every 15 minutes and takes you throughout the city of San Clemente, ending at the San Clemente pier. Parking is available in the large, private lot, and security can often be seen driving in and around the lots. This is a great location if you want to do some great shopping, get a little sun, and take a road trip, all wrapped into one. read more

This is the nicest outlet mall I have ever seen. The parking is easy, just off the freeway. The selection of stores is limited but super classy. I selected pants from Hurley. I found a spectacular deal on a pair of Converse shoes, and picked up some wool socks at Columbia. The men's room is amazing. The prices were very agreeable! The service was friendly, across the board! The ocean view is beautiful. You will love the selection, the value and the venue. It is well worth the drive. We made a day out of it! read more

This is one of my favorite malls to visit especially nowadays. It has ample parking and also Tesla superchargers right onsite. Several breakfast places are available too in different price ranges. The location is perfect as well. Right off of 5 freeway and PCH making it a wonderful pitstop. I like stopping by at the Vuori, Lululemon, Le Creuset, and the GAP affiliate outlet shops. But my favorite feature of this mall? IT IS DOG FRIENDLY OMG!! Love that about this mall!!! And the ocean views are beautiful. You can actually walk right down to enjoy the beautiful sea. We stopped by on a holiday weekend and had a blast shopping with all the additional sales. There is now a Vuori at this location and the selection and additional 15% off the sale price tags were well worth it. The store was stocked with a pretty good selection and the service was super friendly. The cashier shared that every Saturday from 9am-11am there is a Coffee and Car show in the parking lot. That explained all the people leaving when we arrived. A lot of athletic stores at this location, including lululemon, Nike, Adidas, Converse, and Under Armour. It was a fun shopping experience and we even made it in time for the Chinese New Year performance. read more

OUTLETS AT SAN CLEMENTE @ SAN CLEMENTE This is one of my favorite spots to visit, especially for the Saturday car meets. The parking at this outlet is spacious and easy to find, there are usually plenty of open spots. I definitely recommend coming earlier in the day to check out the cars and then strolling through the outdoor outlets afterward. I really like that this place always has great sales. There are tons of sneaker and shoe stores like Adidas, Fiori, and New Balance Factory. The stores are big and nicely laid out, which makes shopping more enjoyable. My only complaint is the lack of variety, I wish there were more local shops or smaller high-end stores like PacSun to mix things up. As for the service, it's decent overall. I stopped by a kitchen store next to Starbucks, but the staff didn't acknowledge anyone in the store, which was disappointing. On the brighter side, there's a cute little bus that takes you around the outlet! Overall, it's a nice place to hang out, shop, and explore, definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. read more

We used to go there all the time when we lived down there. I didn't see many big brand names like Michael Kors, Coach, etc. but it's okay because I am tired of those stores too. Plenty of parking throughout, awesome deals at practically every store and plenty of staff on hand to help maintain a safe environment, clean restrooms and warm holiday cheer. I've been here before once, but it was to use the Electrify America chargers in the back. This was my first time visiting the outlet to shop, and I was really surprised at how calm it it! It kind of reminds me of the Outlets at Orange, but way less chaotic and busy. There's probably about 20-30 retail stores at the moment, along with some food and drink spots. There are big named spots like Lululemon, Vuori, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, Loft, Tillys, Vans, Adidas, Asics, New Balance, etc. Parking is pretty ample here, and doesn't look like it would fill up. I had a really pleasant time walking around and checking out the shops. It looks like there was something for everyone for all ages. read more

Never ever order anything from this store or any other Ann Taylor stores. We have been waiting for a package since May 19, 2026. I tracked it through ups and usps. The USPS status says item is undeliverable due to insufficient postage. That was May 22, 2026. When I finally contacted Anne Taylor customer service (after a 90 minute wait online) the agent said I needed to wait and there was nothing they could do? I reiterated that usps had it for insufficient postage he did not seem to care and consider it my problem. Still have not received the package and USPS still says it is undeliverable.Still no help from Ann Taylor. Tried emailing and after completing the form it would not let me send it. read more

Shopped here yesterday for the first time. Pretty good experience. Nearly every shop is occupied and the selection of stores is good. Parking is plentiful and free as well. We stopped into 5-6 stores and made purchases at several of those (though not all). Primrose was a nice little boutique shop where my wife found a sundress she loved. Well priced at about $70. They had a buy one get one 50% deal but she only really wanted the one. Nike is always a great deal and I found several items for myself and my son there. Bought a new purse for my wife and another at 50% off for my daughter at Guess. Staff was friendly and helpful at all the shops we visited. The manager at Primrose was especially attentive and helpful to my wife, helping with grabbing different sizes and styles - thank you! I haven't been to an outlet location in a few years and was pleasantly surprised by the selection and by the crowd. Good to see the US consumer/economy in action! read more

It's a smaller outlet, but a great place to walk around if you need a break. We came on a Friday late afternoon and the place was really quiet. The stores were clean and organized. It's smaller than the Carlsbad one so don't expect too much. We also came during Halloween so they had a bounce house area next to it, $25/hr for kids to slide down 6-8 slides and 4-5 bounce houses. It was really enjoyable walking around the Outlets at San Clemente when I visited with someone. The whole place feels bright, open, and relaxing in a way that teenagers would enjoy a lot. I saw so many teenagers there that day, and they all seemed to love taking pictures by the colorful walls, hanging out near the fountains, and walking around in groups. Great outlet in south OC. This shopping center has a perfect variety of clothing stores, shoes, and food. Overall, a nice hangout place, and they even have a movie theater. While I'm not sure the Outlets have the greatest shopping, I still think it was a great addition to San Clemente. It's a beautiful outdoor space and I especially love the movie theater. Also, the Outlets have fun events, like shopping extravaganza that gives to charity. Also, it is always clean - including the bathrooms. One thing I'd like to see are some better restaurant options. Using the ChargePoint here I experienced as an Asian, got spat on by a construction worker working in the building #(200) saying after he showered me with his spit from a gulp out of his water bottle, "here now you have COVID." Michael the head of security, tried to help and assess the situation only after I got spat on, this isn't the first time something like this happened to me by another white male here. While I also almost got jumped by 4 Hispanic workers with the guy that spat on me, and a manager with a body cam just doing nothing while they had their hands clocked back to strike me. All while I was taking my mom to the emergency room! Horrible experience here! Can you imagine just being here for less than 10 minutes and something like this happens to me here in this community? Is there going to be justice or is this sort of stuff something is this the new norm!? Also waved at police and just passed by with absolutely no spatial awareness and almost got jumped at this exact moment when they said after the police just passes by less then 30ft away, "no one to help you now." For the record wasn't scared at all but trying my best to make it to my elderly mother who had an emergency in the bathroom needing my assistance... however I am starting to be cautious of Hispanics and white people these days... as these attacks been mostly by these two communities. I have family and friends on both spectrums so being attacked like this by these two communities in Orange County the place I was born and raised, why are people treating me like I gave them COVID? 1/5 for security not being there and also being the victim of this hate crime, was brushed off as nothing has happened, also handled so horribly like I was the problem, however I just am fed up with this kind of treatment especially in the county I was born in. read more

****This review is for shuttle service offered from this outlet and walk around the outlet only*** When attending the CIBC PPA Tour at San Clemente, CA, we had to be shuttled from the Outlets at San Clemente because there was limited parking at Life Time. We waited in the back of the outlet near Guess. There were two shuttles. Wait time was a good 20+ minutes. My eldest daughter and I didn't get a chance to check out this outlet before the event, but we did do so after we left the event. This is an outdoors outlet with a good number of retail shops, restaurants, and more. We walked around and found some good name brand stores such as New Balance, Guess, Lululemon, etc. Restrooms were very clean. Plenty of parking are available. During the holidays, they have a huge Christmas tree with Santa Claus in the center courtyard. We didn't get a chance to shop or dine due to time constraints, but we'll definitely be back to offer our patronage. P.S. I will post photos later. It's right off the 5; on the coast. It's beautiful to drive there and gorgeous on arrival. Its format is spacious and carries a wide variety of retail brands, food and a large movie theater. Plenty of free parking and lots of room to maneuver a walker or wheelchair. It's a pretty place just to walk around actually. The area was kept very clean and the outside staff were happy to help you find a storefront. Additionally, great prices and plenty of stock for the things I needed. Success! read more
