The price looked high but that seems to be the way of the world now. So I get home and reflect on the price I paid for the medicine. It was $29.99 for Mucinex Sinus-Max 24 liquid gels. A Google search shows Target has the same medicine for $18.89 and CVS is at $23.49. I did not expect to pay convenience store prices at a major drugstore chain. My fault for not doing my research. But it will not happen again.

I called them and they said Walgreens policy is to only provide an 80-day supply and that was the two bottles and the correct cost. I was stuck with it, so I used up the two bottles in 60 days and went to refill, they said they would have to charge a penalty for an early refill. This is critical medication!! I moved my prescription to Amazon. They filled it same day. Gave me three bottles (7.5 as prescribed) and labeled it a 75 day supply for $247! I am never going back to Walgreens.

I needed it to be picked up after work, and this facility has later hours! I am so happy this is the place that was open. Ahn was so helpful both times. The first time, it ended up being prescribed to me when it was too late, but Ahn had still walked me through what I needed to do. 7 months later, I was able to get it prescribed on time and it finally worked! Trying to get pregnant for 2 years, it was a very stressful and upsetting time for me. I am more grateful for this pharmacy and what they make than they know.
