    My wife and I have 9mth year old so we purchase pampers and wipes frequently. With that being said, we use coupons often from pampers.com and utilized at such stores as Walmart, Kroger and CVS "FREQUENTLY." I went into the store today to purchase pampers using our CVS rewards and also attempted to use one of our coupons from pampers.com. As I was telling the cashier named Yoly, she went to tell me that she doesn't think they can do that. I asked her why when this is a normal thing done by us and also at CVS stores. She walked off to go ask the manager and came back and said they couldn't. The manager then came by and told me no as well explaining it has to be a coupon directly through the CVS or printed, but not from a digital coupon from a 3rd party. I went to show them my wife's phone with the instructions and reiterated, this is something we do often and never have any issues. Krista/Christa (the manger) said that it was company policy and I asked her to show me that where it stated. She pointed the sticker by the register and said it's stated there. I then asked her to come show me where it stated and after she looked for few minutes, she said literally, "Oh they much of changed it, oh ok well." After that she walked off and went back to working in the aisle. Then after that another guy came to assist. I offered to give them the phone which listed instructions but they treated me as I was lying, didn't apologize for giving me false information and was extremely rude and short with me. The part that was upsetting is the manger and employees didn't take accountability for giving false information about the policy and then went to treat me as I used the coupon before and the issue was on my behalf. They didn't do anything to try to resolve the issue which was on their end and/or system. My wife came in and explained to them the same thing which said, all you have to do is follow the instructions as my husband stated and the discount would be applied.

    Understaffed. Long lines. Slow cashiers. Stuffy and smelly Avoid unless you have time to spare

    They keep the place clean and the self check out is a real time saver. They always have all the stock you could ask for as well.

    I have been a loyal CVS customer for nearly a decade, picking up the same prescription from this…read morelocation -- the same location I've been coming to since I was in elementary and middle school in this neighborhood. What happened today was one of the most disrespectful and incompetent pharmacy experiences I have ever had. I came in to pick up my medication and was told it was an insurance issue. I spent my ENTIRE day making calls -- to my insurance, to my doctor's office -- getting everyone to do their part, only to come back and still be told it wasn't going through. Why? Because Jinny, the pharmacy technician who was "helping" me, did not know how to properly process the claim and refused to listen when I calmly explained how this prescription has always been handled. Instead of listening, she stayed on her phone texting for five minutes while I politely asked to speak with a manager. When I repeated my request, she looked me in the eye and said "what do you want -- your medicine or the manager?" She then put my medication back on the shelf and refused to assist me. I continued asking for a manager and she acted as though she couldn't hear me. When Yvonne came over, she told me to my face that I didn't know what I was talking about. Both employees were dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional. I was mocked and belittled while I stood there calmly advocating for myself. Then -- and this is the part that says everything -- the head pharmacist walked over, pressed ONE button, and it was done. Instantly. The same thing I had been telling them all day. The girls went quiet and returned to their work. Not a single apology. Not one word of acknowledgment for the full day they wasted of my time. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he was on vacation. I asked for a contact email or number to escalate and was told they had none. Convenient. Jinny's incompetence and refusal to listen cost me an entire day. The disrespect shown by her and Yvonne is inexcusable. I will not be returning to this CVS -- or any CVS -- after this experience. Do better.

They remember your names prescriptions they call you when things are ready they call you and make sure that you are taking care of I've never been to a pharmacy that just made a regular citizen in the community feel like royalty. They're kind with the most caring professional demeanors I highly recommend this pharmacy I feel so fortunate that when we lost our old pharmacy and knew we were going to miss everybody that now we're even more special because of Saddleback valley Pharmacy it's right inside the medical building behind the post office off Moulton parkway and Laguna Hills. The customer service we receive from Loc, Tony, Peter and Anne is hard to explain that everything they do is perfection. And Robin one of the other employees also is helpful with reminders that are medications are ready. Everyone is so kind and caring and it's shocking how they remember your names and medications and due dates and expiration dates. The kind, caring pharmacist who assisted me went out of her way and took a considerable amount of her time to research the answer for me. As promised, she called me back once she had the answer. She also spoke with me at length on the phone, ensuring that I had the information I was seeking. I greatly appreciate her professionalism, kindheartedness, and thoroughness. The customer service I received was first-rate. I would not hesitate to patronize this pharmacy.
