I love this pharmacy, especially for my Bio Identical Hormones, which is a compounded medication made just for me, and it is consistently the same high quality each and every time. I am so happy to work with them, as early on I discovered that all compounding pharmacies are not equal. I've spoken with all of their staff over the many years I've been going there and they are all outstanding. Their customer service is fantastic. I was having an issue getting my prescription renewed, (not their fault). I was leaving on vacation and needed my prescription filled, so they were really helping me out, sending and resending the renewal request to my doctor. Once it was approved, Yasseen rushed the order and it was delivered it to my house. Little pharmacy with a USPS counter inside Came here for my 3rd COVID booster and it went so smoothly. We came back for them to do my 5 year old. They did an amazing job with him. This has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever been at. I've been with them for about 7 months they have a mailing service and a pharmacy, the pharmacist and female staff are helpful it's only the owners or manager men that are very short with you they never have your preferred brand medication not all generic brands work as good as others so you can have a pharmacy order a certain brand name you are completely use to. Zanes say they will however almost every time it is the less effective brand they seem to only care about their bottom line. They seem frustrated overwhelmed and impatient when we are the customers spending hundreds of dollars maybe some people are ok with this behavior but I'm not I found a small friendly pharmacy that only carries my brand and are completely helpful care about their customers health and time. Zanes every time I'm there the men are being complete jerks to their staff it's not like they have a line of people at any point maybe they bit off more then they can chew with this business practice absolutely terrible. My wife called and asked if they have the preferred brand of medication they said yes however when I went to pick her meds up it was not the preferred brand they said too bad sorry when she requested to always order this brand. It's crapshoot every month if you are going to get the correct medication. I can go on and on use this pharmacy at your own risk and frustration there are many good small friendly pharmacy all over lake Forest I used zanes for convenience not anymore it became inconvenient very quick. It's not worth the headache. Zane pharmacy you need training of how to be a good customer service oriented business we are not parcel packages we are human beings that need your undivided attention and understanding if not get the F out of pharmacy business and stick to shipping and receiving mail. Needed a COVID shot after I showed up for a scheduled appointment at CVS and they said that they had nothing available to give. No call, text or email. Frustrated to say the least. I called a pharmacy they recommended which also was out of the Pfizer and was then told about Zane's. Very nice over the phone, "yes" we can help you and just drive over. In and out as quickly as I could. Super people and they also have a Post Office indoors if you need shipping help. Great place and nice people! read more

We set up an appointment here for my 7yr old son to finally get his covid vaccine. He is on the spectrum so I made a note on the online scheduling app to ask for accommodations since he can be prone to anxiety specially when needles are involved. All of the staff /pharmacists were extremely kind and kept us posted when it would be our turn. The personnel administering the shot took his time to reassure him explain the process and allowed him to ask questions. He made sure my son was at ease and comfortable. Shoutout to Randy the Pharmacist who gave my son his covid vaccination today. He was fast, efficient, and friendly. He was so fast with the shot, my son literally said, "what?" and we asked him if he really injected the vaccine. We were in an out in less than 30 minutes. Such a better experience than Walgreens which was inefficient and made us wait forever. I like how they put on the shield for the kids with the bandage on already. They even give out free bottles of water in the store too. Highly recommend them! read more

I called Zane Pharmacy after a challenging few months of not getting information from previous big chain pharmacy. When I was told that none of my prescribed medications could be made available in liquid and it almost prevented me from going about the treatment I needed, I called Zane with my fingers crossed! I'm so glad I did! *I had received covid testing here (they were excellent with communication regarding testing and results) over summer and I had noted the fab reviews at that point. Amr walked me through their ability to convert medications into liquid form (they have compounding services on site) and basically work with me in finding a way for me to be able to take my medications. They were able to get everything done efficiently. I even received a call from the pharmacist once they received my prescription order and they went over each medication and the goal - how refreshing! Everyone I have spoken with at the pharmacy has been friendly and knowledgeable and have taken the time to look up facts which makes me feel confident about my treatment plan. We are writing a review for Zane Pharmacy and US Post Office Substation in Lake Forest, Ca., since Amr (owner & pharmacist) purchased this facility a while ago. We have been customers since 1982 before the former owners sold. The care, concern, and attitude of Zane is a breath of fresh air. It is apparent their genuine desire is to do whatever they can to help their customers have a seamless experience. Their staff is excellent, Amr, Chad, and entire staff go way beyond what is expected of them. They are our pharmacy go to facility for prescriptions, vaccines, general shots/immunizations to keep you up to date. Care, and ease of getting shots is always a priority. They fill out, and take care of any and all paperwork necessary so doctors, hospitals, or state and government agencies receive finalized, signed documentation. When needed, Zane takes the burden off you, and submits everything. Zane delivers prescriptions, and everything necessary that they carry, usually the same day, to make your needs flawless. An absolute plus is that Zane's staff answers all phone calls, so they can be part of health care questions, prescriptions, etc.. Kudos to Amr and his staff for wanting to always being available to help customers with their needs.
