We drove up from Encinitas because ALL the pharmacies in our city could not get my husband's prescription. Link had it and we got it immediately after waiting three weeks! They are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They can even ship directly to you. Great customer service!! read more

These people are the best!!! Brandin is so knowledgeable, kind and personable, he was able to get my very expensive prescriptions with no co-payment to me, due to coupons and billing the big pharma companies back for their overpriced medications. I drove down from Irvine to pick up my Rx's because they are the only pharmacy I've found that is there for their clients not to make the big money for overpriced drugs. I can't recommend them any higher, but they are the wave of the future in realizing how their clients are being gauged by the big pharma companies and are there to help us! My doctor recommended this pharmacy since they have less issues stocking my medication. Service is very good here. When I call in for refills staff is very friendly and always helpful. The only issue I experienced is they use a third party company for delivery and the first time I used it I did not receive my delivery and ended up having to pick it up. Since Then I pick up my medication and all is well. read more

Really love the service and staff here. They're very knowledgeable, patient, and have good management. They get busy but stay on top of things. Most delays are due to insurance, but they do a good job of following up and helping out when they can. Highly recommended. read more

Awesome independently owned pharmacy! The staff is super helpful and will go out of their way to help you find affordable solutions for your expensive meds. They also offer free delivery and will contact your doctor for you for anything like refills. Much better service than the big chains. Please train your staff to be more considerate and discrete with the clientele. There is no need to ask out loud someone's date of birth as soon as they walk in and in front of a dozen strangers, just ask for insurance card. Even less need for your staff to openly disclose what type of procedure your clientele are picking their meds for. Both things should be handled with max discretion. Just horrible service read more

The first and only time I've never had to worry about my prescription getting to me. Even through the holiday season, even when insurance wouldn't allow them to fill my medicine til the last possible minute, they got me my medication refill on time, to my doorstep in San Diego, in the pouring rain. This is exceptional, above and beyond service. Something I have not come to expect when related to pharmacy. I really didn't have to lift a finger, they do it all. My one wish would be that there is a better system to know where your medication is or what status because it was a little anxiety inducing to keep calling and no one answered (due to the new year holiday and offices were likely closed). I submitted a request via the form on the website but no email or record of it to give any info. I know now they're on top of it but I like the added certainty that my refill was on auto-fill and it was in progress. read more

I told him he didn't need to know why and just give me my medication. He also said that he noticed that I'm allergic to sulfa drugs (antibiotics) and said ibuprofen was a sulfa drug. I called them and they said Walgreens policy is to only provide an 80-day supply and that was the two bottles and the correct cost. I was stuck with it, so I used up the two bottles in 60 days and went to refill, they said they would have to charge a penalty for an early refill. This is critical medication!! I moved my prescription to Amazon. They filled it same day. Gave me three bottles (7.5 as prescribed) and labeled it a 75 day supply for $247! I am never going back to Walgreens.
