This is by far the WORST CVS PHARMACY I have EVER been to. Upon my prescription being incorrectly filled, they told me "you can return this only this time but in the future we cannot do returns" after I had to pay PRIOR to seeing the prescription!! Then the girl says the fax from my doctor must be "lost in the internet world" and to try again next week!!! I will never return to this office, as this is not the first time they've incorrectly filled my prescription. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

My husband and I have both recently went into the CVS store on Rob Drive on separate occasions. We both were over charge for out items. Like for example a $10.00 item was charge close to $30.00. When my husband told me this story, I realized I had the same problem with the same employee there. It was a blonde guy with a long fake nail. He also seemed to be moody. Than a year ago I went in and the manager was watching me so closely like I was going to steal that she forgot to put my items that i paid for in my bag. I believe she is the manager there. I've been going to this pharmacy for almost a year, and while I would like to say it's improved since the two reviews written in 2011, sadly - it hasn't. I called in a refill on Monday and was told it would be ready the next day. It's a good thing I didn't go pick it up because on Wednesday night they called to tell me they 'ran out' and it wouldn't be ready until Thursday, it ended up being ready Thursday night. It's not the first time this has happened, a few weeks ago I refilled a 90 day prescription and when I picked it up I only received a 30 day supply. I asked about it and they told me the Dr. needed to call in a 90 day prescription. I told them that had already been done and the "new" story was that they only had enough for 30 days and could I come back in a week for the rest..huh? These are not some kind of rare drugs, just common generics. It just seems like no one in this pharmacy cares... read more

Very discouraged by the customer service in the pharmacy at this location as well as a few other CVS locations. I asked the pharmacy tech to remove me from the automated reminders on their system concerning my pharmaceutical needs and I was told they didn't know how to do that nor do they have a number I could call. I told him I would like to take care of my refills on line and the pharmacy tech's response was that the online services don't work that well. The drive-through is frequently closed without a sign stating that we need to go inside. Today after waiting five minutes following the consistent prompt from the recording that someone would we be with me shortly I went inside and the pharmacy tech's response was that they were too busy to put a sign up. Well CVS guess what, I'm too busy shopping at Walgreens to use your services any longer. read more

I usually get decent service with the pharmacy, by today they had a girl there who had curly, red hair and she was quite possibly the most unpleasant girl I've ever had to deal with. She was rude, lazy, and didn't bother to help whatsoever. She told me that it wasn't her problem since she doesn't work there normally, and that she didn't know what else to tell me after my prescription had not been filled. Poor move to let this girl work here, as I will not be returning. She deserves to lose her job. read more

I will always be amazed at the extreme incompetence most of the pharmacy staff here have. Once I switched to a different pharmacy, I haven't ran into a single issue. Here, it was always problems and extreme rudeness. I actually pick up one of my prescriptions now at a different CVS (on 7th) and they have been awesome, so it must be the staff at this location, not CVS itself. read more

I just have to say that I have not had the best experience at any CVS but tonight I came in 30 minutes before closing. My 8 year old got her first UTI and her doctor sent in an antibiotic right away. I came in and asked if they would be able to do her prescriptions considering they close within 30 minutes. Jennifer knew right away who my daughter was based off her doctor who literally just sent in the RX. They told me to wait around in the store and they would work on it right away. I walked around for maybe 4 minutes and her RX was done. I almost cried when I heard it was done. No parent wants their child to suffer especially from a UTI that are extremely uncomfortable. Jennifer and Erika went above and beyond to help me when I know it could take 24-48 hours for an RX to be filled once it is sent it. I cannot believe how amazing Jennifer and Erika are. Those 2 are the types of employees you DON'T ever want to lose and who can show other employees what great patient care truly is. Thank you again so much to Jennifer and Erika!! read more

The customer service is a joke at this place! I went in there last week with a girlfriend and she asked Catherine (cashier) about the simply straight product. Catherine's response was "if it's not out then we are out" she didn't even offer to check the back. It's like she is so unmotivated to work there and always seems out of breath. No personality or basic customer service! Today I went and asked about online prices and if they match... Again, Catherine stood there, with her legs crossed playing with her hair and answered my question and sounded like she could care less about my question. She then Brought her manager Cammy out and she was no help either. Even if they can't price match a simple "oh man, I wish we could, but we can't". GIVE ME SOME SORT OF FEELINGS IN YOUR RESPONSES!!! read more

I shop at this CVS about once or twice a week. And each time I come in I have an awesome time! The cashiers are very friendly and helpful, and it's awesome when they remember your face. I shop at this CVS only for the great customer service, all the others aren't the same! They are accepting of coupons and very helpful if something goes wrong in the transaction! I just had oral surgery and came to get my prescription of pain killers. The woman named Jill was so rude and told me it would take 2 hours to fill a 10 pill prescription. .I asked because obviously my face was swollen if there was anyway it could be filled quicker..luckily the actual pharmacist was polite enough to fill the prescription in less than 10 mins. I even heard the others working in the pharmacy how the customers in the drive trough we "complete assholes" and worse. Ive been reading some of these reviews Im so sorry to hear about all these people having a poor experience. I have never had any problems there they always fill my script within 2 hours and they're totally nice to me! and it costs a good 30% less than walgreens or other usual store pharmacies. I love all the great coupons and the extra bucks. Combine with manufacturers coupons and you will save a TON. The Store Manager Anita, her team is always friendly and helps us find anything we can't. The minute clinic is AWESOME! IN and out in 20 mins ( Christine is amazing) keeps me healthy but also great with little ones. read more

The pharmacy is as good as it gets. The pharmacists have bent over backwards for me to not only get specific medications for me (I am allergic to the fillers/binders commonly used in of the one prescriptions I take), once we found a medication that had different fillers/binders in it and I was able to tolerate that medication, they make certain it is the one I get each month. None of the other pharmacies in the NW area would even consider doing this, When I tried all the others would tell me that 'what we carry is what you get'. This CVS is also very proactive in watching for interactions against other medications you take as well as health conditions you have. They have caught several mistakes the doctors made before a problem arose. The pharmacy is obviously rather popular as a result of this and they can get a bit swamped so you may have to wait in line or come back to pick up your prescription, but it is worth the random extra wait to have the added peace of mind knowing they aren't just shuffling you through like the other local pharmacies do. As for the rest of the store, it is your standard CVS fare. The store is generally clean, though in the winter the snow and ice removal in the parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. read more
