11/10/2023 First time to visit store., since I had some time to kill.. Store is stocked well for it being early .. Unfortunately, I had a few items to purchase, but the self check out was closed... There were only three cashiers and the lights were going down the aisles.. Ended up putting back my items and by the time I was walking out, looked like they had some cashiers open up. Glad to visit.

Winco is by far one my favorite grocery stores to shop for my weekly grocery shopping, they offer a huge variety of Mexican products for a great price, their staff are always helpful and greet you with a warm smile, they also have a stop and go pizza spot which is great if you're hungry while shopping. The bathrooms are well maintained as well as the floors.

This was after the lines started to thin out

Lord if you don't mind a bunch of willy nilly people armed with baskets running around this place does have really good prices. The selection is pretty good they do have seasonal sections and hygiene section so kind of basically anything you need you can get here except clothes. The lines though are ridiculous I spent as much time in line to check out as I did to shop which was about 45 minutes. There's no rhyme there's no reason to the lines everybody just kind of pick somebody to stand behind and hope for the best.

Ask the Community - WinCo Foods

What type of bagels winco have?

I'm standing right next to the display case for bagels as I wait in line for a checker and it looks like they have just about any kind you could want. It is late in the day and some of the bins are empty.

I think I need to update my review from 14 years ago!!!!…read more I stand by my original post: How wonderful to have a real grocery store that specializes in local and organic products. Much of the produce is locally grown, or locally adjacent (AKA California) OK, Bananas do not grow in the Great Basin. The origin of the produce is identified. They work with local farmers, bakeries, and other local businesses for the food and non-food items. They no longer have the upstairs restaurant but they do have a kitchen and make ready to go items. I love picking up a fresh salad (some with meat some purely vegan/vegetarian) , a yummy very generously filled wrap, house made cookies and other delectable treats. They have a large selection of locally produced meats. Lots of organic canned goods, dairy and non-dairy items . . . the list goes on. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Memberships are available (20$/year) with a once a month 10% off of your total purchase. You do NOT need a membership to shop here. It's small and a bit cramped but there is a lot of good stuff there. It's clean and friendly and completely locally owned.

This review is for their food delivery service…read more I have ordered 5 deliveries to my door in the past few months and out of 5 I had one mishap where it was misdelivered. The 4 times I received my orders I was very happy with the services provided. They were delivered early before guarantee delivery time frame, my chilled items were packed nicely and still cold! My kids and I love their 365 brand and other featured brands that we have enjoyed as healthier takeout options. Their prices are fair and they offer online specials that have saved me a lot of money at checkout. My orders are sealed and delivered from the store like a doordash order and I never have to leave the house. I subscribed to their grocery deal so my deliveries can be free. I like that I can set my time to have my groceries delivered so I can make sure I'm home. Don't forget to tip your drivers they get to keep every dollar. I'll be placing my next order for the weekend.

I found myself out and about with just my son and and we both thought a char grilled kebab sounded like a fun dinner experiment. We popped in and found who were guessing is the owner's child at the register and placed our order for their signature kebab made from ground chicken and Afghani spices. The plate came with sumac spiked basmati rice, two pieces of the chicken kebab and a small green salad plus a green hot sauce. The kebab was tender and juicy with a great flavor profile and a nice bit of charcoal flavor. We thought the rice was actually exceptional light and fluffy with a hint of that citrus sea tang from the sumac, in a buttery finish, made this a nice light side to the kebab. The salad was fresh and crunchy with cucumber, lettuce, and bell peppers and that green hot sauce was really great and we used it as a dressing because the salad did not come with one. For $16 I just felt like the value was a bit often the plate needed at least one more piece of the kebab because when finished with a small tiny salad and the kebab, we were left with a mountain of rice and that is south wasteful. I just wish the plates here were a bit more valued oriented and I guess it will take more people eating here to kind of drive that up. Highly recommend giving it a try plus the market has some really fun fines too. Share your review and let me know what you think.
