I am so happy with this pharmacy. I looked for a new pharmacy after the one I have used for years started to not be as reliable. When dealing with pharmaceuticals I need reliability. The staff has always been friendly and reliable. The first visit I brought in the prescription and was given a card with a cell number that I can text when I am getting close to my refill. I usually receive a text back that the prescription is filled very promptly. I have also seen that this pharmacy offers a delivery service. I have not used the delivery but it is definitely worth mentioning for the people that are home bound or otherwise unable to pick up on their own. read more

This place is really a hidden gem. An acquaintance reccomend this location to me, and told me how their service is fast and friendly. And they are! I dont know why I was putting up with CVS for so long. They never filled on time, not to mention the wait times are long. But, here, I went in there, they got my name, insurance, etc,. And filled my meds. This all took about a total of FIVE MINUTES! I am so happy and relieved to have finally transferred over to this pharmacy. read more

The free delivery has helps me so much because with myself being disabled, a lot of times I wasn't able to pickup my medications but now I don't have to worry about it, it helps having one less thing to stress about. I love this place as the price is fair and if I don't understand something I am explained it where I do understand and they deliver, actually it reminds me of a small town and I have never had to wait inside more than 10 mine, they are on top of everything as as it is, it blows my mind why people are still using CVS, when is 110% better. read more

Valley pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. Amar, the pharmacist there is likely the reason. He is simply amazing. He was able to transfer ALL my meds for me. They offer free delivery which is a major bonus and he has scripts filled before I can even call and ask for them to be filled. He prides himself in amazing customer service and gives as much one on one attention as possible. The delivery drivers/techs are also amazing, full of customer service. Glad I found a small local pharmacy. Amar is super friendly, knowledgeable and provides great fast service. Love that he offers free delivery. Having sick kids and having to wait 30Plus minutes at other pharmacies just hard. Prices are the same or maybe a little more then Walmart but I rather pay those extra few dollars and get better service. Well my good people, Look no further! Valley pharmacy Not only offers these amazing things they have AMAZING customer service too! I had been with CVS for the last 10 years. I get all my medications, my kids and my family's. That was until Amar walked into my office one day speaking of all these wonderful things that we are promised every day from the standard pharmacies. Best of all he said "WE DELIVER" Be still my HEART! You deliver? Not to only certain insurances, but ALL insurances (Medicaid included). I changed my pharmacy to Valley Pharmacy. I figured what did I has to lose? Nothing, I had everything to gain. I never have to wait for my medications to come in or if I cannot get the pharmacy before they close to pick them up. I simply call or write them on Facebook and that day they deliver the same day or the following business day. I have nothing bad to say about this place. The staff is great! They work extremely hard to get refills for medications if needed, transfer your medications from your old pharmacy to them if you need them too. This place is a dream come true! After the large retail chain in the valleys customer service became horrible I was thrilled to see a small business pharmacy open. Stopped in to talk to owner and was impressed by his commitment to treat his customers like he would want to be treated. Had him transfer my meds to his store and have been more than happy with his service and he even delivers for free. Can call and speak to him without being on hold forever or email with a refill request. He also does auto refill but without the text messages your refill is ready for pickup but when you go down to store it's not and they tell ypu to come back later. Thank God don't have to deal with that anymore or some snotty employee who doesn't even acknowledge your at the counter or bother to smile or tell you they will help you asap. read more
