This location has been on the decline over the last several months, and today it came to ahead. For starters, it is severely understaffed. I dropped off my prescription this morning, and the woman stated it would be ready in an hour. I knew better than that based on my experience with them. So when I got the text, I just ignored it. I returned to the store at approximately 1817hrs. There was a line of eight people and only one female working in the pickup section. She had no idea what she was doing, and it showed. Once I made it to the counter, I gave her my information and provided her with my Government ID. She then proceeds to tell me that I have to have a State-issued driver's license/ID. Then she asks the Asian woman if she could accept my Government ID, in which she says, "State of Government-issued ID." I laughed because this woman is a joke and has no clue what she's doing. She was starring at my ID 100% clueless on what to do, then finally ask if I have a driver's license. At this point, I'm over it already, I wrestled my license out my wallet, got my medication, and left. The store reeked of bad order and was a complete mess. CVS should train their employees better. The employees should know that Government, State, or Passport can be used as an ID. The old crew that use to be there rocked! The team there now is tearing the place down one customer at a time.

The pharmacy crew is always busy but the lines never seem to move. I had to drop off a prescription and there was one customer ahead of me. They spent about 20 minutes handling her paperwork. I ate dinner and returned and got my prescription. Again, another long wait. After I picked up my medication I wanted to get some things for home but when I got to the cash register, at the front of the store, yes, another long line. I put them down and bought them elsewhere. They need to move customers through quicker.

Okay so the first person was 100% indifferent to our inquiry about whether a product was in the stockroom because the shelf was empty, but Jerry is a superstar!!

This place continues to be just as shitty as the one standalone by Safeway. My wife has had to…read moreforego medication as long as six weeks because these fucking idiots can't fulfill a prescription in a timely fashion. First off is that their texting system is broken. We are constantly told her prescriptions are "ready" at the CVS, then they are not there. This is inexcusable. Earlier in the year they claimed the prescriptions were for me. Look, I'm all about diversity and LGTBQ+ rights and whatnot, but it's pretty fucking obvious we're a straight married couple with very male and female names respectively. Are these guys that fucking stupid they can't tell the big scary guy who comes sometimes (as a result of her missing doses) from the little woman who comes by most of the time. I can't help but cross my arms in anger every time I have to come up to that counter to hear the next stupid excuse like "you need to pay this fee" for something I never signed up for or agreed to, or the "we can't give you the prescription because it'll be $80 because insurance won't cover it". Which speaking of that little fact, my insurance, in fact, DOES indeed cover it, and the letters all match, but they say it did not. Fuck, the CO-PAY took care of ALL of it. It makes me wonder how much I got ripped off by these mathematically challenged mental midgets in the past by expecting them to DO THEIR FUCKING JOBS!!! Look, I don't give a rats ass about the goobermint's "new policy" or whatever the fuck - I'm not here to argue for the DNC or RNC - seriously, fuck them both equally, I'm here to do the simple task, of picking up our prescriptions, and then going the fuck home to hopefully live our now-healthy lives not having to think about this disaster of a company every waking moment of every damn day due to their incompetence. Seriously, do you know what it takes to restrain ourselves waiting in that line for 30 fucking minutes to find out the text from CVS was a lie from wanting to grab the idiot at the counter by the neck and say "GIVE ME MY FUCKING ANTIBIOTICS!" - seriously, is there enough people to sue this place with a class action lawsuit?!?!? Anyone have a relative die due to the crappy care here? And I'm sure people are going to say "just go somewhere else" - well, this is the THIRD place we have been in Sparks for our prescriptions, it just gets worse every time, either they over prescribe, under-prescribe, make up lies about your insurance, sign you up for shit you never consented to, or whatever. It just seems to be the same crap everywhere. I have found one place when I had to get antibiotics awhile back for tonsilitis - it's the CVS that was a Walgreens on Sparks Blvd - but I'm waiting for that place to turn into an epic disaster as well, but it's way out of the way. And with gas prices being what they are....seriously, fuck em' all.

I would recommend that you find a different pharmacy to fill your prescriptions. However, if you…read moreenjoy being lied to, given false information and being overcharged, this is your spot. Ever since this CVS pharmacy location had a change of management and their previous pharmacist (Drew & Jesse) and pharmacy technicians (Ida) left, it has been a complete disaster. Ayo Odunsi, the new pharmacist has zero understanding of customer support. Doesn't understand his role in rectifying his mistakes and could not care any less about providing any semblance of a good customer experience. This location needs a complete makeover top to bottom.

***THIS IS -NOT- A REFLECTION OF RALEYS, THE BEST LOCAL GROCERY STOP AT WINGFIELD!!!***…read more ***PHARMACY REVIEW ONLY!!!*** So, let me start off by saying, I shop at Raleys, literally 4-5 times a week. LOVE Raleys, AND the entire employee staff. They're great. Anywho, I recently had a dental appointment down the road, and my dentist prescribed me some meds that I'll need leading up to my procedures. So, naturally why not get my meds sent to my favorite grocery store? Makes sense, right? Although it makes sense, I may just start going to Walgreens after this trip. So, my friend and I arrive. He elects to start gathering what groceries we need for the dinner we were making for us. A couple of girls are working in the pharmacy. I engaged in my typical conversation, show my driver's license and insurance card, make small chat as I do with anyone, and IMMEDIATELY the young womans demeanor changes, and seems irritated. I'll get to that in a minute, but my prescription was sent at 9:45 in the morning, and we're looking at about 11:00 a.m., and it's still 'not in the system'. The other girl came from around back and asked me for my information for the 18th time, as if it's going to change, and she concurs the order is not in there. So I called my dentist right then and there and have them resubmit the prescription. Presto! All of a sudden it's there, the ORIGINAL one that came in at 9:45. Wonderful. So I guess I can get my prescription filled while I shop. For whatever reason, irritated and flustered, the girl comes back, acting real standoffish. Weirdly. The attitude she gives me, starts make me feel uncomfortable. As in I think she actually thinks I'm trying to sweet talk her or "spit game". Funny! So let me get this out of the way. First of all girl, although I'm flattered, please don't flatter yourself. Whether you have things going on in your personal life, "professional" life or at home, or you're just some weird feminazi, thinking all guys are pigs, you're strange demeanor wasn't warranted. AT ALL. Not to be a jerk, but c'mon, seriously... I mean you work at a pharmacy in a grocery store. What could you even bring to the table? My bills are about $15k/month honey. You're not even on my level of relationship/dating caliber, even if I WAS single, so you can go ahead and save that, and turn your attitude down a notch, because you SHOULD be "flattered" just to have the average construction worker try to pick up on you. So that big head of yours is really unnecessary, just do your job, and if you can't deal with the average person being genuinely nice, maybe you should go work in the stock room and load the ladder carts for the graveyard shift stockers, away from ANY people, because your attitude sucks. Now that that is out of the way, I told Cruella that I was going to shop while they filled my prescription. And as per the norm and being gentlemanly, I asked the entire pharmaceutical staff if they wanted something from the store. Expecting a no, I just ask things like that everywhere I go with whomever I encounter. Here comes the last bit of attitude, when the girl says "Uhhh, no. Actually can I get your phone number to text you when the prescription is ready." She puts a slip of paper on the counter, acting all nervous, and then takes two or three steps backwards like she's expecting me to jump over the counter thru the acrylic/plexiglass at her. At this point I'm actually uncomfortable giving it to her, and contemplated giving her the wife's number, but I do anyhow because obviously I need my meds. I shop, I leave, then got a notification to come pick up, so I came back and picked up my prescription, met by the same Young woman, and then the actual professional woman who has probably been working there for some time who was very very helpful and very professional towards me. Even a bit cheery. I really don't care where I get my medication, and I really don't care to go somewhere else, even though it's more convenient for me to shop and make the store money while I wait. So if you have an issue with your job, or an issue with that field, maybe you should make some changes in your life. I'll let you know if I ever return to this pharmacy, because this young woman makes me uncomfortable.
