And they always catch if I have doubles of prescriptions on my account (such as increased doses) and won't give me the new prescription without confirming I'm not taking both. I do know that it took 4 days and multiple communications with my 2 doctors and the pharmacy to get a refill on my prescription that has been on file with CVS since 2014. There is no excuse for requesting the refill from the wrong doctor or having a phone number on file that hasn't been used in over 12 years or giving me instructions that I followed that were wrong. Finally, there is no reason for my doctor to have had to submit the new Rx via fax 3 times before they finally got it, I haven't decided whether or not to change pharmacies only because,as I said at the start of this review, I don't know who is to blame. I do know we all have to be careful with our prescriptions no matter what pharmacy we use. One last note...despite being told that I would start receiving text messages from CVS regarding the status of my prescriptions I did not receive any notification.

He did not offer to get me a manager. He did not make what I would call an actual effort at honoring the coupon. As I told him I do not believe you all should sell items with manufacturer coupons displayed on the front if you are not going to honor those coupons because that is false advertisement so in the end, I was only able to use my own CVS account coupons which the receipt references. I ended up paying five dollars more than I should have and he kept my manufcoupon! I will attach a photo of the pregnancy tests for reference, although the coupon is now gone. I have shopped at this CVS for many years and I am completely displeased this service. We are living in more expensive times than at any other time in history so to some of us saving five dollars means a lot, it sure can make the difference between someone choosing to grab an item off of the shelf in the first place or not so refusing to help them once they get up to the register with said item is truly unacceptable. If your employees are not trained properly, then maybe some retraining is in order so that no one else gets overcharged as I was.

I know the store has been here for a few decades, but it could use some flooring, just a thought. Nine out of every 10 visits there are ZERO hand carts available when you walk in. Today I was picking up a prescription and saw they offered vaccines here. I decided to ask Rosa who was helping me with my prescription. I decided to take care of my flu shot and another vaccine today since I was able to on a walk in basis. Process was fairly quick and just one questionnaire! Do call ahead and check times that they take walk-ins. Don't quote me on that, but I recall her saying they don't take walk-ins between 12-1pm or after 7pm. They do have some restrictions when it comes to insurance, so I recommend calling ahead. I was pleased they were able to get me in today. I can cancel my doctor visit now and my insurance saved me $500 today. Woo hoo to savings and great customer service!

They have a fully painted parking lot, which is something I've never seen, bars preventing large vehicles from entering, and the architecture of the building itself is out there. I have only been almost squished about 3 times in the last 10 years. Not bad for Reno. CONVENIENCE: They are no longer open 24 Hours. The Pharmacy window is only open 9:00am to 8pm with a half hour closure for lunch. The rest of the store still cares a huge collection of stuff. Items that apparently are "shoplifting magnets" ie most beauty products are now in locked shelves. ATMOSPHERE There seem to be fewer "dodgy" patrons than in the past. Shelves are better displayed and don't seem as cramed. It is clean and well lit. SERVICE: Still pretty slow, and staff has been drastically reduced. I have had no problems with either the pharmacy or the front checkout, it just takes a while. On the plus side, staff are friendly and professional. My insurance no longer covers prescriptions from Walgreens. I just learned that Walgreens is not affiliated with the large third-party Pharmacy Benefit Manager. So the convenience and location have been major factors in me continuing to shop here.
