I have been using this station since I made ve to Sparks in 2017.Today I went for my usual fill up and decided to pick up an icee.I went to cups variety of sizes and prices according .Neither price reflected whether cups were for Icee or Soda or other.I choose the size cup based on price under cup and filled with Icee.I went to counter was told a different price then the cup reflected,I express my concern to older gentleman showed him how I got to the conclusion he started yelling.I advised him I'm not slow and to stop yelling at me.Then a younger male employee walk up explain to him.Would not listen so I told him I didn't want it left on counter by Icee.I know it was chang were talking about but labeling where customer clearly can make right choice is key read more

It's a gas station. I swiped my card and let the gas pump do it's magic while I went inside to get a soda. Selection was perfect and they had a few quick grab snack options. The guy working was friendly and said hi as I entered. I did not use the restroom so I can't speak to it's cleanliness. Also, it's winter so the carwash isn't an option as it is closed for the season. Entering and exiting was easy as I entered from the Legends roundabout and exited onto Sparks Blvd. I also appreciated the fact the area near the pumps was very well lit. This is important to me especially while pumping gas later in the evening as I like to have full visibility to all of my suroundings. Overall - 4 stars. I'll check out the bathroom and the carwash next time around and update the review. Also loved that they took the Smith's card points for discounted gas prices. read more

Quick gas up getting ready for the weekend. Gas is expensive here compared to South Reno or even Carson City. Very expensive gas. It's a dollar more than the other comparable gas stations. And it's even more if you compare to the other nameless brand of gas. Two stars because of convenience, there's hardly anybody at the station and if you're coming from Legends and heading towards 80 and in a hurry then you just go for it. Thankfully I only needed a half a tank of gas. I didn't use the store just the pump. The condition of the pump was not very good. The button for the premium gas was missing. Just have to guess that it was supposed to be there. It looked dirty. Next time I'm in the area I'll plan it better so I don't have to stop here. read more

This is right off the main road - hard to get in though because you have to go through a roundabout to hit the parking lot. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned with a rag in months, the walls were dripping black dirt, but it did look like some one sprayed bleach on it. I made a purchase and asked if I could politely use the air because I have a reoccurring issue with one tire. Terri said I could use my quarters to pay for air. I told her it's required to give air if my tire popped and I wrecked and you refused me air you would be ok with that. She rudely told me to take it up the company. I said I would went to car and look up the law. Nevada gas stations can't charge for air went in and tilt Terri she again rudely said fine whatever I'll turn it on....drove to the air pump and she still didn't turn it on. Horrible customer service and I will try my best to never go to these stores! read more

Stopped by for gas and directions during our road trip from Florida. The worker was friendly and asked about our travels and told us he'd seen a lot of travelers lately--mostly from oregon and colorado. We asked for directions to Cabelas bc DH wanted to check out some fishing gear. He suggested Scheels as a better option bc it's right next door, but gave us really detailed directions to Cabelas anyway. The bathroom was pretty clean too, so no complaints there. The attendant even wished us a nice trip on our way out! All in all it was a pleasant experience. Will definitely stop by again if we're ever in the area and need to fill up. read more

The employee here is a jerk. We were IN the place 2 minutes ago, he turned off the lights and shut down the bathroom and locked the door at 10:45pm (turned off the water he said). I was like seriously? My mom can't use the bathroom? He said no, and kept walking. I was like well since you're closing I guess I won't buy anything. He said I could buy stuff because the register was still open, I told him I'm not buying anything from you because you're a jerk. I wish bad karma on him for not knowing how to be a decent human being. I wonder if the owners know he closed at 10:45 pm and lost at least one sale. read more

Very RUDE owner, I don't know how this guy is still in business! My 4 year old daughter got sick in the car, so we pulled in to get her cleaned up and refuel the truck. My wife and daughter went into the bathroom. the bathroom was so dirty she had to put down four paper towels to stand our daughter on and two to set her bag down, and a few to dry their hands and face. For the few min they were in there the owner was trying to open the door. When she opened the door the man was standing in her face yelling " I cant believe you, you so rude, you use all my paper towels, you owe me money! and your husband use my paper towels at pump, those expensive you pay me!! " ( I used 5 - 8 individual paper towels by the way ) My wife came out and informed me what just happened, I went inside and had a discussion with the man and gave him some money for his "very expensive" paper towels, and informed him that I was going to fuel my truck, and buy some cleaning supplies for the mess elsewhere. SHELL just lost our families business for life. What kind of person yells at a mother and 4 year old child (a customer!) over some paper towels?? This man should not be in this business!! read more
