The cashier that works day shift is constantly on his phone talking as he is ringing up your sale. He messed up on my gas pump and had to put money back on my card. He said it would be back on the card in 1 hour. I t is now going on 2 days. This confusion would have never happened is they would have put an out of order sign on the pump I tried to use. When I went back to talk to ask why the money was not yet on my card I saw a car having to change pumps as I did. Too lazy to put up a out of order sign. read more

My experience here wasn't as bad as some of the others based on their reviews, but it wasn't what I'd call "exciting" either. We came here later in the evening to get some supplies for our room at a nearby hotel. The hot food options weren't great at that hour of the night, but I wouldn't expect them to be as good as in the morning. Dairy options are limited (I cannot believe they don't sell half & half). Neither were packaged breakfast items, though I expect they don't want to have too many of those competing with your hot food options. Why do they even bother posting the mask mandate sign if the workers and the people allowed in the store refuse to wear masks? I went in a few weeks ago and saw a few maskless people. I thought maybe it was a fluke. Nope. Went back yesterday and the cashier wasn't wearing a mask and of course many other people in the market weren't. The Cool thing is Cash or Credit the price is the same . So I filled up . Since its a 7 Eleven I picked up a few Cokes for the road and rolled out . I hope all 7-11 that are lucky enough to have a restroom are not as ignorant as this one. Bigger 7-11 has a redbox, and gas pumps. I went in to wash my hands after using the pump; only to see a sign on the door saying "No Public restroom due to Covid19" so I CAN NOT WASH MY HANDS. It's cool I got stuff in my car, and went to a LOVES that not only had spotless restrooms, but hand sanitizer in each individual stall. All the people that posted this sign are doing is making things worse by not allowing people to wash their hands- basically now- there's a bunch of people getting gas, all in the store touching things etc. with ZERO way to wash your hands VS well... being able to wash your hands! Well not really much to say about a 7-11 except for it's the home of the slurpee, the icy goodness an the Double Big Gulp! Which is one of my favorite things to get on a long road trip. But on this visit I wanted to stop by only because it's the structure of the building and the Victorian style that's on the outside of it. So when my wife walked in an were browsing around the store I've noticed a lot of items that are the same as other locations, but a few things that are changed are some of the food that's on the hot grill and the coffee is different too. Other than that I grabbed a Double Big Gulp an we headed over to the cashier, she was pretty nice but seemed tired but she was still welcoming an was very informative on things, but she was very nice an likes to get to know guest, but she's not asking to many things like I have had in the past at other locations. So yeah if you are in need of a quick drink or food then I'd stop at this location. read more

I live within walking distance of this 7-Eleven, and they do a great job. The slurpees are always delicious, and the taquitos are savory and dlightful. My favorite are the cream cheese and jalapeno ones. The cashiers aren't very friendly, but they do their jobs quickly, so I can't fault them for that. The location is great, right where Pyramid and I-80 intersect. It is a popular location for the homeless to hang out, but I don't mind that so much. read more

If I could give them a zero I would. Went in there trying to use app it was a $2/6 mini breakfast empanadas deal, I've never had an issue using deals in app and they said it doesn't work at their store and didn't go thru. They tried to charge me almost $10 for 6 mini empanadas, They started talking in their language and making bad faces about me trying to use the deal I'm assuming. Racist much?? I called corporate and did let them know this information also, but I'm sure they won't do much about it. Disappointing. And their coffee station was a mess, empty bottles of sugar everywhere. read more

Extremely rude, went in two days in a row. First day the younger of the two cashiers basically they my change at me and even as I scrambled to pick it up he didn't apologize. Also as I left he gave me a very rude and sarcastic "have a nice day". Next day I came in and had a refill coffee cup and two monsters I put all three on the counter together and was asked if that was all I was purchasing I said yes. I was not charged for the coffee and when I pointed it out the cashier said "that's why I asked if that was everything?" Well I expected you to see all the things on the counter. I paid for my coffee in cash and it was $1.07 I gave him $1.10 and told him to throw the pennies in the change tray and he laughed at me and said there is no pennies as change. I don't know how you do math but there is 3 pennies as change. Having the choice of other 7-11's, Arco, Jackson's, and local small markets I will not be returning to this one. If it wasn't for their location I don't believe they would do as well. read more

I avoid going to this 7 -11 because of the woman behind the counter is dependably rude EVERY time I go in. No smile, no good morning, just that scowl when you are forking over your hard earned money. Did the owner back into her with his car and has to employ her? I don't know. What I do know is there is a job suited for everyone and she has no business being around other human beings. Just really sick if the extremely rude and unpleasant older lady, I believe her name is Dee... everyone I know says the same thing. She always acts annoyed and miserable everytime she rings you up. And its been this way for years. If she has that much of a problem with helping customers she should find another job .. someone with a nice personality and good people skills in need of a job would be thrilled to take her place. I go in there expecting a happy visit to my neighborhood 711 and always leave feeling offended and questioning why I get treated that way. Other than that its a nice store and the other staff are personable and friendly and the store is clean and well stocked . Honestly, I would have given this 5 stars. Let me explain what went wrong. We walked in and it was clean as well as fully stocked. People were coming in and out ... this is a pretty busy 7 eleven! I was excited because I was suuuper hungry and needed a snack ASAP! But then ... The ONLY thing that made me go from 5 stars to 1 star is the older caucasian lady that kept staring at me and the Mr. She was staring SOOOOO hard at us, I could feel her eyes burning into the back of my head. Even when we were paying for our food with her, she was staring at me! I truly don't even think she took her eyes off of me while she was scanning our drinks and pressing her buttons on the register. She stared at me up AND down. I honestly felt soooo uncomfortable with the lady working here. It was very rude and unprofessional. I doubt she'll care that I reviewed this, but since I didn't say it to her face, I'll vent it here. I would never go back there again. Rude manager and employees. One of the worst customer service I've experienced. Rude and lazy.
