Very nice and clean grocery store in west Reno. Got a prime rib for New Years Day dinner and it was delicious. Shelves were well stocked and people are friendly. The butcher cut us a nice 5.7 lb prime rib and it cooked really nice in the Big Easy. Check it out read more

I've been going to my local Raleys on Mayberry Drive for over 20 years. It's a smaller Raleys which I really like. The staff is exceptional and the store is typically well stocked. However, this fall, things started to change. There are fewer checkout lanes open. Even on weekends. Sometimes the check out lines are now four people deep. This never used to happen. Also, the shelves aren't as nicely stocked as they used to be. I've talked to some staff members who said their hours have been dramatically cut. I spoke with the manager and he indicated that there had been some labor issues, but also people have been calling in sick. From a customer standpoint, it's very disappointing. It's no secret that Raleys isn't the cheapest grocery store in Reno so you would hope they would try to do a bit better. I don't want to try another market because I really enjoy the people at this Raleys. But, if the lines continue to be long and the store isn't well stocked, I may have to check out some other grocery stores. read more

What's good at this grocery store? The fish counter is great! They have a few wild caught white fish options. I also like that they moved the onions away from the potatoes. Staff is friendly. The not so great would be the store app. I was ask to help buy something that was "on special." This person doesn't do apps--we are talking about someone who maybe just moved away from writing a check in line! Can you imagine how many time they thought they got the special price but didn't? So to be fair, that's stated policy and it is a benefit you get if you jump through hoops. So I had to finish the mission at the store. I stood there to download the app. Then I had to figure out how to add the coupon to a phone number. Not really sure if they offer wifi at the store to make this all happen either. Oh and the cream cheese price at the store is one of the highest I have ever seen. Other than that, great store to get what you need. read more

The biggest complaint I have is this stores self checkout registers freeze up on me 90% of the time requiring attendant to put in his passcode and push a few buttons before I can continue. Maybe a small inconvenience except it happens so frequently and has for the last 10 months or more, sometimes I'm in a hurry. Attendants tell me that it happens all the time and don't know why it hasn't been fixed. A friend told me to try not putting in my reward's number until everything has been scanned, will see if that works? On a nicer note they have great produce, excellent selection of organic choices and friendly staff. Their prices are high compared with other stores. read more

I've been using Raley's pharmacy for our Rx since 2017.. (Wedge Pkway).. However, this pharmacy is much larger and has a very nice full size counter. I know I'd definitely be a regular for both groceries and Rx if we lived in this neighborhood.. The app for the prescriptions is great to use. read more

I was looking for something special for a birthday and the bakery asst manager went above and beyond on helping me. The store is clean and always stocked!! read more

This pharmacy is awful. The customer service is terrible. You can wait a couple of days to pick up, but half the time your prescription still isn't ready. If you need to start an antibiotic do not go here. It won't be ready and they'll act like it's no big deal and you're the jerk for expecting it to be ready. Save yourself the aggravation and get your scrips filled elsewhere . read more

I have a dream! That Raleys would actually pay attention to their fruit and vegetables and throw them out when rotten!!! Stop selling bad items. I'm so tired of getting home, cutting Raleys fruit to eat and finding the inside putrid!!!!! ENOUGH!!!! read more

About a year ago we got sick and tired of another pharmacy that we were used. It's like the employees had a cumulative IQ of 100! I say this after 3 years of grief and frustration with picking up our prescriptions there... We shop at Raleys occasionally since it's the closet to our home. It's pretty pricey with the exception of wine. If you guy 6 bottles you get 30% off too. I go do that a couple of times per year. When we noticed the pharmacy going in we switched straight away! I've been very happy this far. They are closed on Sunday; but you can shop around that. Also the open @10 a.m. but I'm also okay with that. The gals working behind the counter are very helpful and sweet! Yes and Yes! read more

I had one good experience here but two horrible ones that far outweighed that one. Working backwards - I am suuuuper sick with COVID and had a prescription sent there for antivirals. I figured...they'd fill it. Right? wrong. I logged on to the website and it was there, but said I needed to request a refill in order to actually fill it. OK, annoying but fine. I requested the refill and it said it would be ready the next day at 1 pm. I thought...I better call. Thank goodness I did because the pharmacist said she didn't even stock the medication and the only area phamacy who did was CVS - I'd need to contact CVS who would call Raley's and transfer the prescription over. No offer to help or apologize for their crappy system that pretended it was filling a prescription for me and was not. I am SO sick you guys. And still working on getting the prescription transferred - a bit of a nightmare, especially since I can barely talk, making phone calls difficult. The other super crappy thing was that I had requested a prescription refill - again on their portal - and it said it was "in process" and would be ready soon. To find out what soon meant, I called and the nice person said it was supposed to be filled by 5 but it would be more like 5:45 pm. OK no problem. I run some errands and go over there at 6:15 pm, and wait in a long line, only to be told it will be ready in 15 minutes. Another 15 minutes?! Why couldn't you have just said that...ok fine. I come back to the counter - luckily no line this time - in 15 minutes and was informed that they couldn't fill the prescription!!! til the next day. WHAT. Why couldn't you have just said that when I called, or when I first came to the counter - wasting a trip there and loits of my time. This was like an all day ordeal. It would have been absolutely fine if their system, or any person, had said I couldn't pick it up wil the next day. What the what. I know it's hard to work in a pharmacy right now but come on. Finally I have learned my lesson. And if you need Paxlovid for COVID - do NOT go here! Try CVS. I am hoping they have it, anyway. read more

This is not my usual Raleys and that's probably a good thing. I went to the deli today and ordered a lb of lunch meat and asked for "thin sliced." The deli guy says back "you said thick, right?" I repeat again "thin sliced." He's says "thin, OK." I pay my $13 for 1lb of lunch meat only to find when I go to make sandwiches that evening, that he gave me thick cut meat. My children don't like thick cut, which is why I order from the deli and ask for "thin!" (Twice). I'd chalk it up to a mistake, but the people in front of me asked for bone in chicken wings with a specific sauce. The deli guy says they don't have that flavor and offers them a chicken wing with different sauce. As he gets it, the customers notice it's boneless and again repeat they want "with bones." He's then says "oh we don't have that." Either he has a hearing or memory problem, but neither is helpful to have working the deli department. read more

Let me tell we have given this pharmacy and it's employees so many chances. We continually have issues every time because they have new employees or the last one didn't input it right etc. instead of calling and letting us know they have a problem with our prescription or with insurance they wait until we get and stand in line for 30 minutes. Not to mention the Pharmacy tech with long brown hair, that stands to the left behind the pharmacy counter is so nasty and does not want to even help. Do Better Raleys, customer service is not that difficult even if you are understaffed. read more

Raley's Pharmacy on Mayberry Dr. This is a great pharmacy with knowledgeable and professional technicians. Alicia is wonderful, I really like the female pharmacist here (Mid 30's blonde hair) she's smart and straight to the point and doesn't play games. That is a quality I admire in everyone especially professionals who have a hand on any of my medical care. The Raley's on Robb Dr: They have been really good to me as well, stock issues have hit every pharmacy and I believe these two stores do a great job in customer care and accuracy. The pharmacy manager at this store is hardworking, intelligent and professional. ***Raley's in Wingfield Springs, Sparks. ***** This review is ONLY regarding Raley's Pharmacy Wingfield location: Take my advise and never ever have any of your prescriptions sent here for you or your loved one. The bad reviews they already have are well earned. The most disappointing and disgusting experience I've ever had the displeasure in having to endure at a pharmacy. The pharmacist is ignorant to not only state laws but also very basic policy and procedures. It's one thing to be ignorant but it adds a special layer of hell when you have a group of people who are supposed to be professionals who are anything but. They actively seek to inconvenience, annoy and make matters worse when there is no issues in the first place. Not to mention the tech is rude, vindictive, unprofessional and straight up lazy. They wasted 3 hrs of my life yesterday afternoon for absolutely no reason other than to be the narcissistic psychopaths that they are. read more

They are trying hard but the volume has been difficult and the waits relatively long. It has improved lately and it is our go to place.

Oh my god!! I ran in at 10 till 11... They close at 11 PM. I said to the girl I'll be quick. I literally had 10 minutes to gather my shopping items. I was shopping for meat and dairy only!! At 10:52 this medium build brunette closing the store comes to meat and dairy and just starts pulling down the shades on both department as I'm shopping . Not a hello.. you have everything you need... we need to close.. ect...She just starts pulling the shades down with such conviction as to let me know... " times up!!!" " you're out" "get out" " you're not welcome here at this time" ect.... I was obviously intruding on thier closing time although I had approx 8 minutes left and was totally aware of the time. I was planning on being done by 11 hence my... I'll be quick comment when I walked in! Anyhow, . It was just so rude... Just so rude!!! Just enough thoughtlessness to make me wanna write a horrible review for a store that I've been going to for almost 30 years . What an overall horrible feeling and experience I'm left with. Ugh! read more

I went to this Pharmacy for over five year's to fill a prescription for a controlled substance. I don't have insurance but I was able to use Good RX to purchase my controlled substance prescription for $55 month. About three months ago, a new Pharmacist was hired and this Raley's Pharmacy location stopped accepting Good RX. My Controlled Substance Prescription price went from $55 per month to $416 per month. The new Pharmacist is not friendly either. I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more
