This is one of the nearby CVS Pharmacy locations to where I live, and I drive by it at least once a month. I have stopped by here every now and then when needing an item on the way home or when there is a promotion, and my closest CVS is out of stock of something. I have interacted with the staff, purchased health products, and browsed the shelves for other items over the years. The store is often clean and well-kept. I have stopped by when the staff were restocking shelves, and they worked diligently to ensure that the store wasn't a big mess while they were restocking. They occasionally have common everyday items out of stock, but more often than not, they have everything I am looking for. The staff have been helpful when I have asked for assistance. If there is someone near the front of the store, they have often said hello when I have entered the store. Sometimes there is a wait for someone to come and assist at checkout if you aren't using the self-checkout machines. The staff have always been knowledgeable based on items in stock. I encourage everyone to sign up for ExtraCare, which is a free membership and includes sales prices, deals for you, 2% back in ExtraBucks rewards, a $3 birthday reward, and up to $50 in ExtraBucks rewards at the pharmacy. This location has the worst customer service in the pharmacy. I ordered my medication refill three weeks early. On the day it's supposed to be filled, I get an email from them stating it's out of stock and will be available the following week. This is unacceptable. I tried to call and talk to somebody, good luck with that! They forced you to leave a message stating they will return your call... I never got a return call. This location had the most disgusting patient shot area I've ever seen. Trash on the floor, an open bag of cotton balls on the table with someone's hair in the bag, and the table was filthy. I walked out. If the front is that bad, who knows how bad it is in back where they are prepping the vaccines. I'll be passing on this location. read more

Mosiah (sp?) was my pharmacy tech today and while I'm usually not impressed by a pharmacy or let down enough to leave a review, today I was super impressed. I think 1 or maybe two other times in my life have I had a pharmacist themselves actually gave caution to medications. I did a quick google search and about 5 of the medications I have taken have caused discomfort and I never knew why. Why is it so hard to find professionals that actually care about their work? This is my CVS and I regularly go here . I know like everyone they have staffing issues and sometimes it might take time , but overall everyone in that pharmacy goes above and beyond without whining about it . ThE 3 stars are all for tHe pharmacy , it will be a five when the store as a whole gets it together . I will never step foot in this store ever again. Pre-paid for a prescription and received an email that said "Your rx is ready for pickup" with a barcode. After 30 minutes in the drive thru we get to the window only to find out payment is still processing. I went back an hour and a half later and it was still processing. The email didn't say "Your rx is being processed", it said it was ready for pickup. Absolutely insane how bad their system is and how unknowledgeable their tiny staff is. I ended up paying for the prescription twice in hopes that I'll be able to get a refund eventually. Even Walgreens is better than this. read more

They have a new policy that when you call the pharmacy you can't ever speak to a person they require you to leave a message for them to call you back-what is that? No other pharmacy does that! I also attempted to fill a prescription which they said they don't carry/had to order which is fine, I asked how long that usually takes and the response was "I have no idea, I can't even give you an estimate, once we have it we'll call you." Ok so you can't tell me if it's going to be a week or a month for something I medically require? What kinds of policies are these? read more

I came in today to pick up my prescription using the drive through 5 minutes till. The blond girl Rianne was helping someone inside then she closed the pharmacy. When I tried to catch her attention, she told me via the phone, leaving her back to me instead of talking to me face to face, that the pharmacy is closed and that I should go to the one that's open 24 hours. Instead of working 2 extra minutes, you left someone without their medication, and the 24 hour pharmacy wasn't able to help. I needed the medication today. Thanks a lot for your attitude, you're leaving a patient without their daily medication! I will be moving away from this location. read more

On 7/12 at 7:55pm. To the pharmacist that told me he will be with me in a moment and continue to work....thanks for not making me feel like a valued customer. I understand you're busy and you're by yourself back there but you're still working in customer service. I still got things to do and places to go as well, so to have me wait until you're done working a order/refill on the computer is NOT acceptable. Now I'm NO longer want your service for my prescriptions! Always preferred to go in store (which cost me extra money to get in store refills) but will save myself the money and get mail to me instead! Today I was in line waiting to check out with several people in front of me. Two were very elderly people. I was in like for upwards of 10 minutes because no one knew how to reset the self check out so everyone is waiting to be checked out. Two separate people in this line weren't wearing masks and the clerk says nothing. There are two elderly people in this line within 2 feet of maskless people, your front doors have clear signs that a face mask is required but no employee says a thing? Not even when at-risk elderly people are in line waiting? It wasn't just the clerk who didn't say anything... the manager also came up to help at the last minute and also said nothing. read more

I think that this CVS must be the best in the country. The entire team are awesome, Ben who I refer to as the "leader " is just that a Leader . Ben has a staff that cares, I love being called by my name, which is rare, seeing they must deal with thousands of customers aChris,Weely who is not only professional, but an extreme pleasure to deal with! Today is Friday 12/29/17. As of Monday, 1/1/18, I will have new insurance that involves a deductible, not a copay like I have now. I just went to the doctor and got three prescriptions, two that needed to be ordered. CVS text me and said they wouldnt be in until next Wednesday, 1/3. I wasn't sure if my old insurance would cover this prescription even though it was prescribed in 2017 but wouldn't be in stock until 2018. So I called CVS to inquire about my new insurance picking up the cost or would my old one still cover it. The woman who helped me went out of her way to not only call other stores to see if they had my prescription available, but she also time stamped my prescription as being filled today. She didnt have to do that. Thank you so much nice lady at CVS! You really helped me out! Edit: Its 8:30 and Megan from CVS just called to tell me she was putting the load away and saw one of my prescriptions came in. So she pulled it, filled it, and got so excited she had to call and tell me!!!! Megan, you went above and beyond for me!! Thank you!!! Why cant more people be so nice like you? read more

Went to pick up a prescription and it was super expensive. I knew it wasn't right so I called the insurance co. Sure enough they had charged almost $50 more than they were suppose to. If you think the price is wrong always check. They could be fleece you too. read more

This is a fairly new store here in the valley and I must say it is very impressive. Good customer service.....very clean....and they seem to always have some sort of sale going on. The pharmacy department is very good and the staff is extremely friendly. If your in a hurry they do have a drive thru for the pharmacy which makes getting what you need very nice. I mean most CVS stores are pretty much the same.....however because this one is so new and near a major intersection I think it will truly stand out. Super slow at filling prescriptions. Was told that a script would be filled by 3pm today. I keep calling to find out why at 7:30 pm it's not ready yet. I've been waiting for 15 minutes for someone to answer phone. I tried the automated system but it was useless. Used to love this location. Employees were incredibly kind and helpful. Since they started "rona" testing their customer service is non existent. I've waited over an hour to get a human on the phone. Bad idea to have drive thru testing. It has completely changed the staff attitudes, incredibly long wait times and overall service. Stop testing at pharmacies! read more

I definitely prefer this store to Walgreens. The clerks are ALWAYS extremely polite and helpful. The pharmacy staff is, as well.

EXTREMELY upset with this pharmacy!!! I had all my prescriptions filled here one time before switching back to Walgreens. The only reason I switched was because they didn't take my secondary insurance. However it has been about 3 weeks since I switched, and suddenly in the last week I was getting text alerts from CVS saying it was time to refill my prescriptions. I honestly didn't pay it any mind, because I personally spoke with a pharmacy representative when I told them I was moving all our scripts back to Walgreens , and why I had to do so. So get get a voice message saying my prescriptions were ready was alarming to me tell say the least!!!! When I called tonight approximately 650 pm, and spoke to a woman who not only, couldn't or wouldn't take responsibility for CVS as a whole, but also insisted on speaking over me and cutting me off never letting me finish what I was trying to say, but then hung up on me as I asked her for her name. She insisted that my Dr. sent these prescriptions in, but I know my dr. Would never have done that without me seeing her, and filling our the proper paperwork requesting a refill. The only other way she will refill is if the pharmacy sends a request for the refill. This is where I am upset. Yes accidents happen, but this is not ok because this puts me in a position to look like I've already gotten a refill when I haven't. I NEVER agreed to auto refills, and CVS was made very aware that I was moving to another pharmacy. What makes all of this even less acceptable is that I never got a sorry, I was treated as if it was not big deal and like I was over reacting, but I can't pay for the price at CVS when I get them as free refills at Walgreens. The woman I spoke to on the phone just went on telling me that my dr did it and to talk to her, all while talking over me, and failing to acknowledge anything I had to say. This is bad business, and makes me wonder how often CVS actually pulls this kind of crap just to try to make the money. I won't be back here!!!! If people don't know how to handle customer complaints or to rectify a situation they have no business answering phones are working at the front desk!!! read more

At CVS last week I was behind two ladies buying some valentine candy Mark at 90% off the clerk then charged five dollars for one and $10 for the other one if this was 90% off they would've had to of been $50 box to start and a $100 box I did tell the clerk that he was doing something wrong but I believe he already knew this and register was probably set that way. The people who work here are always the friendliest. The pharmacy can get busy at times but they are pleasant to deal with. I would go here a million times over than the Walgreens down the street. They do not have propane tanks at this store either. They make you feel valued each time you go in. read more

The service here is fine and store layout is very nice. Only thing is that the floors (carpeted) are very dirty. I have brought this to the attention of the pharmacy manager and the general manager without result. The manager just said "Oh." when I told him the floor needed cleaning. That was a week ago. As of last night still no cleaning. There are bits of debris scattered from the entrance all the way back to the pharmacy area. There are also two well weathered wads of gum along the same path.
