Tried to pick up a prescription on a Sunday and was kicked out of line at 5:01 pm. After returning home my wife's caregiver told me the pharmacist was rude to her the last time she was there. So the next day, while I was in line, trying AGAIN to pick it up at 1:45 in the afternoon I approached the counter and AGAIN the pharmacist CLOSED the pharmacy. At that point my wife was 3 days from her last daily dose and I lost it and told him to go F himself, "I'm never coming back," and he responded with a comment very much like mine. I will never go back. In summary, my only thoughts are that the store must be closing, CVS (the company) was going BK, or he just got word that he was out of a job (or got caught taking drugs from the vault?). Went in at 8:45 to get a medicine from the pharmacy that closes at 9. I get it, if it was going to be a difficult transaction, no go. But I was going to procure nasal decongestant because of my awful allergies. After attempting to ring me up and failed 3 times, the man declares that 'they' closed down the pharmacy registers prior to my arrival, and were unable to make ANY transaction in the pharmacy. His customer service was awful, the employee told me "guess you're just going to have to come back tomorrow" instead of actually trying to create a solution to the problem 'they' had created by closing down registers before the close of their posted hours. This is literally the golden rule of retail to be available for revenue at all posted times to generate revenue. I guess cheers to that employee for the resistance to conforming to capitalistic rituals. I truly wish I could utilize a different pharmacy but I can't because of my health insurance. I guess I'm going to chalk it up to capitalism and go walk into traffic. read more

The pharmacy here is awesome :-) those staff are very cool. The rest of the store not so much. I walked in today, there was nobody in the store and no front clerk person visible, I got my item, I walked up to the automated check out.. that of course didn't work right and left. It was like the zombie apocalypse wothoit the zombies... Well, they could have been in the back room I guess :-) I discontinued my carepass and I will not be back to these stores. The pharmacy staff has always been great but last night we arrived 20 mins before closing hoping to fill a Rx from an urgent care visit. The Rx had not arrived in his system and my sick 5 year old was already cranky and ready to go to bed. The pharmacist was so kind, and rushed to fill the Rx as the place was closing. We have to often get a over ride for travel purposes on a scheduled drug for a child and we travel to this pharmacy from our home bypassing at least 10 of them because repeatedly with personnel changes this has been the one to understand and care about what is a complicated series of steps to ensure we get these in a timely manner. The opioid abuse crisis makes it hard for anyone needing a legitimate drug that is not a opioid for treatment of a serious condition an absolute hassle by the government. Cesar, Christy and Megan at this CVS have been a big help repeatedly. A very very expensive but needed drug to keep our child alive has more red tape than I care to think about making it hard for any working person to address easily. I am grateful for the folks at CVS. read more

Once again another horrible experience. Unfortunately, I forgot to change my pharmacy information with my eye surgeon and they phoned in post op medication to CVS. Not only did they not have the third prescription but as I waited the female tech offered to help a man that just stepped into the line skipping right past me. I have been visiting this CVS location for the past year on a regular basis (at least once a week). I have gotten to know all of the staff and have learned the layout of the story quite well. I have always received only the best customer service, and rarely do they allow there to be too long of a line at the register before calling a back-up cashier. The store is much cleaner than most CVS stores I have been in and often showcasing the latest CVS promotions. The only challenge I ever find going to this CVS is that sometimes it is out of certain products, but that is similar to any other CVS. I definitely recommend this location as a good CVS in which to shop. Oh, and definitely take advantage of the Black Friday Extra Care Bucks (ECB) deals as you can score lots of free products! read more

This Pharmacy used to be great when the Ukranian gal was in charge. SInce she left it has become crap. Unfriendly staff, VERY slow to answer phone or wait on customers. Make way too many mistakes. DO not follow customer instructions. Asked them to no call me with refills and do not do automatic refills. Guess what ......the call & call & call with auto refills. This is a miserable pharmacy with an incompetent staff. I no longer use them except for one-off prescriptions. read more

I went in for my 2nd covid shot appt today at 5pm PST. A young man wearing a dark blue scrub top took my card and asked me to wait. I walked over to the area but before I sat down, I asked to see the vile to verify that it is Pfizer. I did this same thing during my first shot and the lady showed me. This young man said that it was Pfizer and I asked again to see the vile. His reply was, verbatim, " we are not in the business to give people the wrong shot" but then showed me. After my 15 minute waiting period, I told him that I didn't appreciate his sass when I asked to see the vile. He told me that he is a licensed ... and a trained ... (I honestly wasn't paying attention so I don't know what he said that he was). I told him that I didn't know him and that I was already nervous about getting the shot and being sassed over getting a service as serious as this was not appreciated. He replied with OK and gave me my card. The lady who gave me my first shot was kind, friendly and professional. I hope he didn't mess up the dosage, and hindsight, I should have asked the lady who was there to give it to me as she was the person who gave me my first shot. read more

Cesar and staff are amazing. I see how busy they are but they always go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I feel like a valued customer and beyond that they care about each individual person. I'm truly blessed to find my new pharmacy home. Nikki at this location refused to honor my Extrabucks on Shampoo and was very rude. She instructed me to call 1-800-SHOPCVS and register a complaint. I did so and they even gave me more extra bucks to compensate for Nikki's behavior. I'm now planning to shop at a different CVS pharmacy to avoid Nikki. read more

Continuation of my previous experiences with CVS at Tatum and Cactus. I had recently had an update to one of the drugs I was taking, increasing the dosage. I had gone to the website to archive the old prescription but was given the notification that I had to go to the pharmacy to do this. When I went in to the pharmacy I asked that the old dosage be archived. This month when I went to the website to refill the new prescription, I saw that the new prescription and dosage had been archived, not the old one! I went to the pharmacy in person to get this corrected since they had archived the incorrect one and was told that they would have to call my primary care provider to make sure I was to be taking this. But...they were the people that had archived the incorrect prescription in the first place! Bring back Christy; she knows what she is doing! read more

I've been going to this CVS for more years than I can count. LOVE the staff and sales. Today, 3/20/18, I was especially impressed when a man checking out became belligerent over a price difference on medicine. I was so impressed with Jackie and Ryan's calm demeanor and continuous efforts to try to help this customer. Ultimately, he ended up leaving in a fury, but not without the CVS staff being kind and patient, and keeping calm for the other customers. Shows tremendous leadership from manager Roseina. read more

Been coming here a lot to fill my prescriptions. They accept coupons too, so that's a huge plus for me. This store isn't a 24/7 store, which is a bummer, but at least they have friendly people working there.
