This CVS pharmacy is absolutely disgusting! The parking lot and outside of the store is filthy! Just trying to park here, I almost got hit by another driver. Go inside the store and the whole place is just gross. It smells like BO and the floors and displays are all dirty. Looks like nothing has been cleaned here in years. The pharmacy line was about 20 people long and took over 30 minutes just to pick up. The pharmacy computer system crashed and the whole place had to re-boot their computers. The pen on the payment pad was broken, so everyone had to use their finger to sign and the pharmacy employees were not cleaning off the payment pad screens. The countertop at the pharmacy was falling apart. The whole place was just gross and disgusting. Prescriptions were filled here once and we transferred everything to a different pharmacy due to this store!

Employees are great but the self check-out system, frankly, is a Charlie Foxtrot. I've used it for the third (and final) time today. I should have taken a hint when there were three attendants working the registers and only one person (a lady that just walked up to buy a candy bar) used the sole working unit (this location has two). No cash transactions or cashback so get your credit/debit card ready. I get it that Home Depot, supermarkets and CVS are transitioning to self-check out, but they should take a hint from Jack in the Box (their system was a flop because it took longer to do it yourself than to give an order at the counter or drive-thru for "A #3, large, curly fries with an unsweetened iced tea"). The scanner I used required several passes to read the bar code and the system itself was just sloooooow. After scanning my last item I wanted to use a coupon, so I hit the button on the screen and scanned it (this one read immediately) then I got the "wait for attendant" message. Either me muttering "are you fucking kidding me" or "Jesus fucking Christ" or the station sent a message to the attendant got them over within a minute. Without a word, she put a cell phone to the scanner and cleared the message so I was able to pay with my debit card. That fourth photo shown on the page? Yep, mine. Going forward I'm just going to wait for an open register; if steered by an employee I'll simply state "With all due respect sir/ma'am, the self check-out scanners suck and aren't self-check out because every time I've used one I've required an attendant...so it's really not self-check out. I'll wait for an open register, thank you."

Fancy feast for my little house guests..nothing but the best!

Dear CVS Senior Management,…read more I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at CVS Pharmacy. The service I received was extremely poor, and some staff members behaved in an unprofessional manner I spoke with an employee named Imelda regarding my medication, but she walked away without explanation while I was in the middle of speaking to her. I was left waiting without any update, and she never followed up or checked on my prescription. I then asked for assistance from the manager, Jessie, but she did not take the time to properly review my situation. Even though I explained that my doctor had already sent the fax, she told me I could not receive my medication. Her tone felt impatient, and she raised her voice, which made me feel uncomfortable as a patient. Because of this, I had to contact my doctor again while waiting at the store. After they resent the information, the medication was eventually found in the system--but no one had taken the time to check thoroughly before. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes unnecessarily. I used to visit this CVS location often, and the staff was always helpful and professional. It was one of my favorite stores. However, after this experience, I feel nervous and uncomfortable returning, which is disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues, especially since this is a 24-hour location that many patients rely on. I would also like to recognize Liz, one of the pharmacists, who was very kind, patient, and helpful. She clearly explained everything and made sure I received my medication. I truly appreciate her excellent service.

They had great reviews and I figured we could get more attentive service with a smaller pharmacy. Unfortunately, here I am for the third time, waiting for a prescription after calling in three hours ago and being told all my prescriptions would be ready. Out of the four I requested, they had said one they were already working on so it would be ready with the other three. Great! I thought... Lo and behold, upon pickup, three hours later, it was NOT ready and nobody knew why it was just sitting in the queue. Regardless, if I had other prescriptions requested, I'm not sure why they wouldn't complete that one along with the others. Seems like common sense. I used to work in a retail pharmacy so I know things can happen, but this place has just consistently dropped the ball: not following up, not ordering when out of stock, not having prescriptions ready when promised. My husband has also had similar experiences. I just wanted a place that was helpful and reliable. Unfortunately, this is not it. And the customer service is more miss than hit, which only adds to the frustration. After today, I am working on transferring both my husband's and my own prescriptions.

Let's get real, ever since a bunch of pharmacies shut down (like rite aid) Every CVS and Walgreens…read moreis having to over compensate Since I have chronic pain / repeated procedures / surgeries, it's safe to say this place is my second home lol I've dealt with Tracy a couple times, including inside the Pharmacy (not just the drive thru pickup) after one of my past surgeries a few months ago, She saw me doubled over in pain while trying to get my medication after a bladder surgery that was extremely painful. I kept getting texts saying my medication was ready, but everytime I called to double check, it was not. When I showed up she got me my medication within less than 30 minutes and was on top of it. (And she kept telling me to sit down and asking if I was ok) I'm extremely understanding that these places are overwhelmed. I've dealt with a really rude male pharmacist here, but Tracy has literally been a lifesaver Recently, I had called ahead of time to see what I needed for an early release (2 days early for a medication that is highly controlled due to me not being able to pick it up on the scheduled day) she told me exactly what to request from my doctor. (Which, I got ahold of my doctors office and told them) My doctor put in for my medication, but unfortunately, they did not put what Tracy needed them to put. It was night time and my doctors office was already closed. Tracy told me not to worry at all and that she would call them in the morning and get it taken care of for me. I honestly did not think much of it. I was fully prepared to call my doctors office / having to deal with it all on my own. Yet, I got a text saying my medication was ready in the morning. Tracy even called me personally (not just the automated generic voice message system they leave saying to come get your medication) Tracy called and told me that she had been calling my doctors office as soon as they opened and she had everything taken care of for me. It honestly made me cry. While dealing with so much such as a surgery and trying to get everything taken care of, it meant so much to me that she took care of everything for me and did not make a fuss about it. She literally went above and beyond and I'm extremely thankful that she not only does her job, but is extremely sympathetic and helpful. Tracy is a pro Every time Tracy is working, she goes over the medication with me and asks if I have any questions and etc If you have any issues I highly suggest asking for her (but only if you're nice to her, because she's amazing) This location has a drive thru and is also open 24/7

Like legitimately the absolute worst CVS. Like all other CVS pharmacies, they suck, but this one is probably the worst pharmacy amongst all the them. And the one inside Target is pretty bad too. But not worse than this one!! I chose this pharmacy because they're 24 hrs and have a drive thru as well as being close to where I live. Had I known what a sh*tsh*w it was here I'd would have never switched pharmacies. They are SUPER JUDGMENTAL if you have pain meds. They automatically treat you like some junkie degenerate. Even though I've had multiple failed spinal surgeries (the last one being a spinal fusion) , a seriously painful autoimmune condition that affects all my joints and severe chronic pain to where some days I can't even get out of bed, walk or dress myself without help. And I've already exhausted all my surgical and non surgical options. Like what am I supposed to do? Do they need me to bring my medical history in order to justify why I need these medications. What do they need? Call with my surgeon? All my X-rays, MRIs, a copy of my medical and surgical history??? All of this hassle for freaking Tylenol with codeine!!! They used to give you that for tooth pain and I'm here trying to get by on taking it for pain that would send most people to the ER. You would think I'm asking for fentanyl with the way they treat me. I don't know what I can do to make these people stop treating me like lesser than a human being because I need these medications. I wish I didn't need them. Who wants to go through this hassle every month. Oh my Lord, don't even try to travel and need your medications early. I had to travel 1 time and got my script 4 days early and months later I'm still paying the price for it. They also arbitrarily choose when your prescription will be due. Their policy is every 28 days, you can pick up your prescription. However, they will choose your pick up date based on whatever they feel like that day. Or if the pharmacist doesn't want to fill it they'll just change the pickup date so it's the next pharmacist's responsibility. They'll either make you pick it up anywhere from day 28, 29, 30 or even day 31. They used to let me pick it up every 28 days but now all of a sudden they're making me pick it up day 31 for the month of July. They won't give me an explanation as to why the pick date constantly changes. When I do ask, they automatically make me feel like they've labelled me as a "drug seeker". Every pharmacist will give me a different answer to when I can pick it up. One pharmacist said I can pick it up day 28 and changed it to automatically fill on day 28. Then another pharmacist who I'm assuming was supposed to fill it that day, changed it again to day 30. It's like they're all passing the buck to the next pharmacist because they don't want to fill pain meds. Meanwhile patients are getting screwed. Do you think they care? Nope. In the month of May, I picked my script up day 28, then in June they made me pick it up day 30 and now in July, they're saying I can pick it up the earliest day 31. I don't care when I can pick it up if it's between day 28-30. Just choose a freaking time frame so I know when to expect to fill it. Except for Day 31. I don't want to be completely out of my medication before I can even get my new prescription. It's freaking ridiculous and so frustrating. If you ask why they constantly change pick up dates they don't give you a clear answer. They mumble some bs "well you picked up day 28, 2 months ago so it's cumulative days so now you've got to pick it up day 30" What??!!!? How does that even make sense. Then just don't give it to me day 28 one month and day 30 arbitrarily 2 months later. Just pick a goddamn date and stick to it. Then of course by even asking you've given them more reason to label you a "drug seeker". I AM seeking my medications! I freaking need them to survive day to day in order to manage my pain. Even though it doesn't control my pain entirely, I have no choice but to take these prescriptions. I'm severely limited on I can take due to GI issues. So this is the only thing I can take and they're making it so difficult every freaking month. Literally every freaking month I have anxiety going to the pharmacy wondering what kind of BS they're going to pull in order not to fill my Rx. This is flat out discrimination and should be illegal. Also their medications are trash quality. CVS will literally purchase the cheapest, least effective medications, and pass it off to the customer. All while making you feel like you should be so thankful you're even getting your medication this month.
