Used to come here when I was younger to pay utilities bills. They charge a convenience fee for their services which is reasonable. Nowadays, I use this location as I rent a P.O. Box here. A year rental, I only pay $80 which is nice. You pay a $5 key deposit, after your lease; the deposit is returned to you. No complaints so far read more

My first time there...the staff was super nice...They had stuff there that reminded me of my childhood...I called the pharmacy maybe 20 mins before arriving for my booster shot...I'm already nervous and jittery..I'm not a big fan of needles!!!! Recently had to switch pharmacy because corporate pharmacies are not what they used to be! After COVID I've realized that corporate pharmacies just don't care about you, your health and what medications you are taking. Family pharmacy is a small owned business and after coming here I never want to go anywhere else! The pharmacist that works there truly goes above and beyond to make you feel like they truly care. My mom got prescribed two of the same medications (she would've been taking two doses of the same antibiotic) if it wasn't for the pharmacist! He made sure to call and correct this error with her doctor. He also took the time out to go over every medication she was taking, explain the side effects and asked her if she had any questions. He ACTUALLY took the time to listen to her and I was blown away by his customer service. Everyone at this pharmacy has such polite manners and great customer service. OH WAIT, it gets better. They actually have people who SPEAK SPANISH, so my mom was able to understand everything they were saying. Such a relief when I am not there to translate. This CBD product (gel caps) worked well on me, it relieved the pain. I didn't have to take a pain pill on that particular day. I highly recommend their CBD gel caps. They work ! ALSO.... I am livid....over this thanksgiving weekend I found that this pharmacy had dispensed my 98 year old grandmother a medication indicated for seizures and epilepsy when the doctor prescribed her a uti med, levaquin. How did they mix levetiracetam for levaquin??? Is there not a procedure in place to check and double check before they dispense meds? My grandmother was able to walk around with the help of her walker right after her stroke, but after she took what they dispensed, she was in bed unable to eat, talk, and was just very lethargic.....she stopped walking! I'm going to get down to the bottom of this. My grandmother could have died in her Already weakened state. How stupid of that person that dispensed this without a thorough review and double take of the prescription. He/she deserves to be fired and license revoked. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE! I come here to pick up my mother's medicines.. I usually go through drive thru because its just convent for me. Today , just like every other time. They do not acknowledge you. They see you, but they don't care. I know this place is in the hood & people drive in n out of the drive through.. but i am parked right by the window making eye contact with people. They were looking for something and talker to each other they see me, come by the window and walk away don't even ask if i need assistance. Then when the lady finally came to the window to "look for something" i shouted to get her attention & she just looked at me like what... I don't understand why the majority of reviews I see on here are so negative when most of the time I'm there I get positive service and I never get charged when I pay for bills (they do however charge on weekends)...this pharmacy has been here since the 80s so it must be doing something right and I'm sure it isn't going anywhere soon!!! The worst place to come pay your utility bills! The cashier for the payment center was rude and disrespectful. She over charged the customers bills by adding additional cost on top of your utilities bills. She ring the customers with the wrong amount of cash a customer has given. I have given her $100 dollars for a bill costing $53.58 and she charged me $4 dollars on top of it. Then she would print out a receipt with a different amount without the customers knowledge. She end up Charging the bill of receipt $55.08. This is not what I gave her. I would like to say that their pay center has been overcharging customers for a every long time. And without putting the exact amount the customers has given her. I am so tired of them ripping people off. For them to not put what the customers have given. Is pretty much a clever way so they can't get in trouble. I would like to warn everyone to beware of the over charged fee that will not show up on your receipt plus she will but a totally different amount you did not give her. BEWARE of her false amount being charged on your receipt. She would not put your amount but make up a different amount on your bill. She first charged me $3.50 then she asked me to give her .50 more. Good luck on getting rip off if you come here!!! I will not be coming here ever again... They never add the additional cost onto the receipt thats being charged on the customers receipt at all... Very disappointed with how an order for a specific brand of rollator that doctor wrote a prescription for, which also fits specifications authorized by insurance. This pharmacy Insisted on dispensing what they have in stock and didn't bother to let us know beforehand that they didn't have that particular brand.
