Staff got my name wrong. My burger was incorrect, cold, and just bland overall. Staff also appears to be sort of careless about orders

Second time visiting a Culver's over the past 6 months. Last time we were in Florida, and I have to say, they have the NICEST people working at these places. Not only is the food out of this world, but the customer service is awesome. I highly recommend the kids meals for your kids, even if they feel a little bigger and want a full size meal. The kids meals are HUGE, and come with the custard that is out of this world. They did a great job on the food and customer service! I highly recommend stopping in if you haven't already! Being from CA, we really enjoy seeing these places when we travel, and we can always rely on them to be tasty and a great place to stop into. read more

Hi I go there maybe once a week first time I went there a few weeks ago my burger was cold it was pretty bad.. I reached out to corporate and I took care of me, I'll be honest I only like to go there is a gentleman named Lincoln not sure if I spelled his name correct he is such a sweetheart cares smiles, he understands customer service and or he is just a natural thank you Lincoln for always being so courteous and kind to me even though they keep putting salt in my fries when I say no so maybe I just won't get the fries anymore, last time they seemed a little bit taken back, and I could see the looks on their faces and it made me uncomfortable but Lincoln deserves a raise he's the best these five stars are for the delicious cod sandwich and Lincoln's exceptional customer service. Others there don't seem very friendly or even happy to be there that is sad I am a waitress myself and I understand how important it is to make your guests feel special and that you're happy that they're there so many choices of places to go eat.. maybe Lincoln should be training these people on how to treat guests again thank you Lincoln 5 plus stars for you read more

I wanted to like this place much more than I do, although this was not our first time it was first one in a long time, this time made a bad impression, With no many choices lately, it was Friday night and my son said he wanted ice cream so my other son said let's go to Culver's so we did, drive thru was open and had a line of about 4 cars before us Kids ordered food and shakes me and my hubby ordered just scoop of vanilla ice cream, it was handed to us in an acrylic holder where you can grab your ice cream from, but it was already melting as if it's been sitting for 10 minutes, I wanted to complain but I was just too busy liking the melting ice cream running all over my arms, that ended all over my shirt and my car seat, kids food was average, nothing to brag about judging by the look and my kids reactions, melting ice cream not cool! read more

Food was great as always, kinda hard to mess up a burrito... service was horrible. Taylor who I later came to find out was the manager? doubtful because a manager would not have acted the way she did. Simply asked if they could put my burrito in the press for a moment as the tortillas are always soggy and i prefer it toasted... with which she responded "If we weren't so busy I would"... there was 4 people behind me... they were busy but not to the point she could not fulfill this request, after all I just paid $16 for a burrito it should be made the way I prefer. I didn't argue with her, said okay took my food, sat down and ate. while I was eating I observed Taylor practically doing nothing.. all she did was bag chips while the workers around her were handling everything. Also in the 10-15 minutes it took me to eat I observed Taylor locked into her phone atleast 5 times directly in front of customers... completely ignoring the "busy" store... sad excuse for a manager. Ordered ahead for curbside- said it'd be ready at 9:18. I live right down the street so I checked in at 9:20. Waited 20 minutes JUST to have to go through the drive thru to get it anywhere and now both shakes are melted. Poor service, employees are obviously not attentive, and the wait time is ridiculous. Daily Deals! I love checking out their daily deals or eating when I have a coupon in the mail. I love their rootbeer floats or their rootbeer for that matter, next to A&W's. I also enjoy their butterburger. Who doesn't love a toasted bun on the grill? Their crinkle fries are okay. Their custard is okay. I like their chicken fingers, mushroom and swiss burger and their Northern Pike fish is pretty tasty. Anyway, without the coupons, Culver's is on a pricey side. Tip: Oh, if you know someone who works at the location, they have a friend discount. Just mention who you know. read more

Don't know where to begin. We had a terrible experience back-to-back. On February 19th and February 20th 2022. Let me begin by saying that Culvers became our favorite place to eat with our kids when we lived in Chicago for 14 years. The kids loved everything about it and my husband and I think that Culvers has the best burger on the planet. So, every time my family visits Arizona, Culvers is always a stop for a delicious meal. Unfortunately this Culvers location is TERRIBLE!!! The service and food do not meet the Culvers standard. On the 19th we visited the establishment and had our meal. When we got to the hotel I had the runs. Diarrhea all night, non stop. I was a bit concerned but the kids did not have it as bad so I let it go. The kids begged me to go back again the next day. Please mama please. Again, the food was terrible. My burger was over cooked and dry. It did not melt in your mouth as a Culvers burger should. The fries were cold. The only good thing about the meal was our icecream. I dont know what this location is doing, but they either need to take the Culvers name off the billboard, or get it together and serve the quality that Culvers is known for. read more

We happened to be in the area and I was craving the flavor of the day which was a chocolate almond salted Carmel. This particular time we went through the drive thru and there were no cars when we pulled up. Service was pretty quick and the girl was really nice. We enjoy the food from Culver's including the non ice cream food. I love that they have a flavor of the day and the hubs and kids do too. The kids really like that shakes and malts from here as well. The only thing I don't like is that 9/10 my ice cream is melted before we even make it home. I'm usually slurping my ice cream but it still tastes good! I love there food. They have a seasonal drink which is the Lemon Ice. They also have loyalty cards if they see you a lot. I go to the drive thru all the time. They are quick and friendly. I personal have built a relationship between a couple of the workers. They make me feel appreciated. I love this location. read more

I wish there was more than 5 stars. This is the first time I have ever been to Culver's and wow. The fish was as good as I remember from Western NY as a kid. The turtle sundae was amazing. Melissa was incredible. She was very patient and explained everything a couple times and made great recommendations. She checked on us a couple times to make sure things were good. Went to Culver's and noticed 3-4 cars pulled forward in their drive thru all waiting for their food. Figured that they may have had large orders and that's why their food took a while. Immediately after ordering (small order, just burger and fries) they told me to pull forward in the drive thru and wait as well. It seemed like they were telling that to every single car as eventually there was about 7 cars in the drive thru waiting for our food. No one was given their food at the window. The worst part is that I waited over 20 minutes to receive my food. A 20 minute wait is unacceptable, you go to a drive thru expecting things to be quick. I love Culver's! I just think it's the best thing ever. Granted I generally go for a butterscotch milkshake, but I know they have a "flavor of the day" they like to offer too. I've had just about all of their salads. My favorite is the summertime strawberry salad (not sure if they offer that one year round). Seriously anything you get will be awesome. The only reasons this isn't a five-star place is because 1. it's pricey ($4 for a medium milkshake) 2. you're going to be there awhile. Went to the Culver's on Camelback drive-through on Thursday May 15th (temps were high so thought it'd be refreshing to eat a scoop of custard in a cookie cone. I was handed the cone and as I was driving forward, I noticed that half the cone side was broken and leaking custard. It was a ness. The woman who handed me the cone didn't provide any napkins. Excellent! I was shocked. Having not been to a Culver's before I figured it was like a Wendy's or a Whataburger but I was wrong! Not sure if they're all the same but the one I visited on Camelback surprisingly exceeded my expectations. The dining room was very clean, big and nicer than any fast food place I have been to. I loved the music they had playing softly in the background too. I could really sit and relax there. The food was delish! I'm a chicken tender freak and their spicy tenders were superb and I could get a salad instead of fries - hallelujah! Then I had to give their concrete mixer a try. Vanilla custard with Oreo mix in. I never have dessert at lunch but had to try and it was Heaven. Glad I had someone to share it with me. I was a bit surprised to see bible verses on the walls. Didn't turn me off and was very tastefully done. Made me think this must be a franchise or the owner of the chain is very religious. The tatted up employees all came off as non religious people who endured the ultra-religious environment to earn a paycheck. Came here today for lunch. Service was good and so was the food. I got the double deluxe with cheese curds. The food was yummy but on the pricey side. The combo set me back $11 bucks. It would of been more since I wanted a small custard, but the cashier told me if I filled out the survey I can redeem it when I was done eating, and that's exactly what I did. I usually only grab dessert here. I love the custard flavor and creamy texture. Today, the short shake was on special so I tried that. Never again :( it tasted nothing like the mixers.
